ZERO stars if possible! disappointed! started out great while planning and doing transactions for the payment, but the day itself of the event, they were very late to set up the bouncer and tent! they were aware that my event is at two o’clock, the agreed setup time is 10-12. they arrived shortly after 12nn. so unprofessional!!! they are a couple who did all the set up but cmmon! of course it took forever for them to finish like 0145 they left! i got candy machine which was dirty! they came back after an hour to teach my sister to operate the machine! ok they are family owned business but hopefully they delegate or hire people do the work! they went to the event to set up with there kids, which is fine but god knows why they were late!??? i dont blame the kids but having kids is a handful. never recommending this place to friends and family! overpriced and unprofessional!!!!they’re just good at first when asking for the money but the service is bad!!!!!
