Walked in on a Wednesday morning around 8:30 to see if I could get maintenance light taken care of, including tire rotation and oil change. There was no wait and no problems! The guys were super nice and knowledgeable. They let me know upfront the cost and what they would be doing. The whole thing took 20-30 minutes, with a whole foods across the street. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back next time. Thanks for helping me out today guys! You the best!

Oil change was done quickly & correctly.Only issue was my request to rotate tires.They wanted $25.00 for that service.I get it -nobody works for free but really it takes less than 10 minutes and is only labor with an air gun. Disappointed and eschewed that and will do myself. Don’t forget to look for coupons online -every oil change shop offers them.

Frankie saved my car!! I pulled in after work because I had a light waring and my car was driving bad in traffic. Frankie saw that my coolant level was low. Had he not checked I would have damaged my engine by driving on low fluids. John there was equally as helpful!!

Just waited 2 hours for a simple oil change. Absolutely no communication of the time delay and had to tell them myself where my car was in line with respect to everyone else. Mechanics are just standing around the shop while the line of cars waiting for service increases. Strongly do not recommend.

Took over an hour for a simple oil change - no line ahead of us. Employees just walked away from our car and weren’t even attending to others. No communication on time. Avoid! There are other better Jiffy Lubes that get service right.

Well organized method to get oil change n other jobs done on vehicle. Crew very profesional n seemed to know there craft. I was a bit surprised by total cost of my oil change on a small honda accord. They advertise 29.95 but of course I am sure its a hook. My oil change was over 90. Dollars . Not sure I will be back.

Here is my experience....I got wheel hub replaced from the Jiffy Lube at national and overland; and it broke in 3 months .:(They told me there under a different owner and wouldnt honor warranty! and would charge several hundreds of dollars to fix it .After several conversations they told me to go see Eddie at this Jiffy Lube and maybe they would help better.Well .....his crew was so professional and nice, everyone was working together as a team .I brought the car in at 4:30 (no stress) they said they would take care of me and they called me at 1:30 the next day !, and I drove away NO CHARGE!!!mind you they replaced a wheel hub!God Bless You .Happy HolidaysSome people do make a difference in this world !

The hours posted on Google Maps and their business front door said it opened at 8:00am on Sunday. I arrived at 8:40am and the place was closed. That ended up being a waste of time.Id recommend calling first to double check the hours.

Service was alright but the manager was cool about it

Every experience Ive had there has been excellent. I dont just have oil changes.., Ive had new brakes put on, new wheel bearings, differential fluid changed and more. Edward is top notch at diagnosing mechanical issues and is very knowledgeable about repairs. He will give you suggestions even if they dont do the repairs at Jiffy Lube (example, I needed new tie rod ends). I will continue to see these guys and appreciate the good service I receive.LJ

Very stupid pricing:Oil change with 5 qt. of oil and filter costs $25.If you bring your own oil and filter, oil change costs $42 (just labor). And the guy did not even understand why this makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Very sad.Jiffy Lube on Melrose charges $20 for an oil change when you bring oil and filter.I will absolutely avoid, and not recommend anybody, going to the Santa Monica location.

News of costing me over $100 to get the oil changed for my Lexus. Took about 45 minutes or so cant say that I would do that again. Location however is a convenient

Went for an oil change here as I had before. Very condescending attitude towards me and tried to upsell when I clearly stated what I wanted and need for the car. Went to drop off a family member for a trip and on the way home the car started smoking. The people at jiffy lube never closed it or filled it with oil. All they did was empty it of oil and still charged me and let me drive off without telling me, I didn’t find out until i was on the freeway and could see and smell the smoke and had already paid for the service. Called them and they didn’t seem to believe me. Definitely will not be returning.

WENT IN EARLIER IN THE WEEK AND I HAVE TO HONESTLY SAY THAT NILO IS AWESOME. HE HELPED ME CHOOSE THE CORRECT OIL FOR MY CAR. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED OTHER SERVICES BASED ON MILAGE AND NOT BECAUSE HE WANTED TO UPSALE ME. GREAT GUY! 👍🏼

Went in for a signature service oil change, and the young kid Abel tried up selling me on the full syntethic and said that his manager wouldnt let him. I said nope and got out of there as quick as I could. This place is obviously trying to scam customers. Left without paying a dime and will not go back.

Fast and good service. - that what i said last time but...Sorry not worth it. They forgot to put my air filter back. I was running all this time without it... Just got back and they installed me a new one. But who will fix my engine after this? Unbelievable. Totally disappointed.Do not even heard the word sorry from manager...Not really excited to use Jiffylube service any more.

This place is a joke!!You know, Jiffy Lube really needs to go out of business because they provide horrible service. I took my vehicle here because I am a student at Santa Monica College and felt it would be convenient for me to get my car serviced here. I requested for a tire rotation because I needed one. Well, after receiving a tire rotation I noticed that my car was making a noise that I have never heard before. I had my mechanic look at my vehicle, and he insisted that Jiffy Lube never rotated my tires to begin with. If I could give these people 0 stars I would!!! Please do not come to this place, or any other Jiffy Lube location.

Had oil change, Korean owned. They used to have courtesy top off policy if car is low on oil/coolant. Store policy has changed, there is a charge. - no mor top off.- SAD

People here are nice and the one who fix my axle and brake was nice and I trust him. But my only complain is they didnt fix the sound coming from my aircon which is I didnt hear before I bring it to them, I ask my cousin to check it and he was able to fix it and He said something was disalign. Please next time before you turn over the car check everything and dont rush. I might not know everything about car but I know when there is a problem specialy if your using it everyday.

I called in and was quoted 23.99 and there was no wait. I was in jy car driving so i was tjere in 5 minutes. I dropped off my car and the quoted me the same price still not in writing and told me 1 hr. I was a little miffed about the time buy went and ate lunch t x garden which was great. Only to be called back 1hr and 25 minutes later to be informed that my car of course needed 300 dollars of us less repairs. In addition the broke my airfilter when the pulled it out. The best part was the price was now 45 dollars and they were still hadnt done the oil change but had drained my oil so I couldnt leave without paying there scam pricing. The manager finally gave me the price discount making it 30 still a bad deal. I then had to wait a additional 30 minutes for them to finish. The worst part about being scammed at the register is that you wonder when u say no if they will really fix what u came in for. Only come here if u liked to be lied to and ripped off

So far so good as i am sitting waiting for my oil change to be done. I got $12 off which it was a plus, found out my car was a rental car lol and Will come back here to give more stars if the car is running in great condition. Yeah no more stars. The service was a bit lost while the guy was wking on my paper wk and watching tv. Very disconnected service. I just hope wont have problems with my car. .

Thia place is the worst place I have ever been to throughout entire of my life. I changed my engine oil and they found out that my car ran out of brake fluid..I did not have cash on me and said I would take care of it within few days. and they said your car will eventually unable to stop. but thats not my car. your car. the way they talk to me was so rude and disrepectful. seemed cheaper than other place but they charged lots of labor fee that i didnt even ask for. dont go here. you will hurt your feeling. this guys should go out of business

Beware Dishonest and shady technicians trying to overcharge you for services you dont need. They told me my transmission fluid, and my brake filter needed to be changed. I knew he was lying when he said that because my friend is a mechanic and had recently changed my trans fluids!! I didnt even bother getting the oil changed, gonna be patient and wait for my friends schedule to open up so he can do it for me

I had then do a tune up on my car. The problem is that a service tech left a pair of plyers under the hood that ended up getting stuck in the fan and breaking it. Working to get this resolved.

A typical Jiffy Lube.

It turns out that in the comments they put that it has transmission oil leaks. Apparently they are based on the history of the car. Since a fortnight ago I changed the transmission for this reason, I do not think it continues to have leaks. There I ask them to check before putting the comments based only on the history.
