I first encountered their cookies at another local cafe. I bought a couple bags of cookies(cranberry pecan and chocolate) and fell in love with them. I looked up the bakery and placed an order through their website and got a response very quickly. Email order and pick up process was very easy. The store is very cute and lovely. The staff was very friendly. Packaging was so pretty too!Price is a little more than how much I would usually spend on cookies but I think they are worth it. They are good treat-myself cookies and would be a great gift too.I got cranberry pecan shortbread and cinnamon pear shortbread this time and plan to try their other cookies in the future.

Weve ordered a couple of 6 birthday cakes recently. The first was their signature cake. The second was a 4 layer chocolate cake with their caramel topping in the center. Among our favorite cakes of all time, and the cakes were delivered to us in Santa Monica with no delivery charge. Many thanks, Jim [the baker].

Amazing bakery!! Best treats in the area. I’m very picky, but everything from this place is incredible. My favorite are the cupcakes with the phenomenal strawberry frosting, though literally everything else is a close second. My husband and I stop by often and it never disappoints.

I cannot speak highly enough of Broadway Baker. The owners are amazing and talented and give incredible customer and personal service. Everything about the product is magnificent, from the delicious and irresistible baked goods to the beautiful packaging. I have sent the gift boxes out to friends and they always absolutely love them! They have gluten free options too which is awesome. AND they give a percentage of their proceeds to charity - how cool is that? Try the Grandmas Mix-Up Bars (my personal fave) - you wont regret it! And one more thing - I received a freshly baked brownie in the mail for my birthday. These guys are rock stars!! Love love love xxx

Ordered a batch of Grandma’s Mix-Up Bars for my parents - got no less than 20 texts from my mom talking about how awesome they were. Can’t wait to try them for myself!

I went to visit Jim for the first time since quarantine to treat myself to some of his delicious goodies (peanut butter and jelly cookies, carrot and pecan vegan cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and, of course, Oprah’s favorite sea salted caramel brownies). Amazing! He only uses fresh natural ingredients, no junk, and you taste the difference immediately. The shop is set up perfectly to walk in and purchase your items, and I felt very safe. You can also preorder. Go visit and see for yourself!

Ordered some cookies for Mother’s Day and it was a huge hit. Delivered to our doorstep, the packaging was simple but elegant and had a nice message from the owners. Ordered the chocolate chip macaroons, cinnamon pear shortbread and the lemon raspberry shortbread- all of which were huge hits in our household. Will definitely order from them again as gifts for others and for myself!

Love this new bakery in Santa Monica! When you first walk in you smell the amazing baked goods cooking in the oven. They have an open concept space so you can see the kitchen and the baking process right in front of you, which I thought was really cool. The owner/founder Jim greeted me with a warm smile and was so friendly and kind!I came here yesterday and had a delicious vegan carrot pecan muffin, and I picked up some of the lemon raspberry shortbread cookies, grandma’s mix-up bars and mom’s granola’ from the shelf. Everything was so great I had to come back the next day. Today I got a Caffe Luxxe coffee and a delicious blueberry scone with some kind of lemon drizzle— it was to die for!! I love how everything is made in small batches with top quality ingredients, you can really taste the difference. They even carry small gifts made by other local artisans on the shelves. This is definitely my new go-to spot!

Broadway Baker treats are made and packaged with such love. You can see it in the presentation and you can taste it in every bite. They are my favorite go to if I need to send a business or holiday gift - and the feedback from the recipients has always been amazing! Personally, I love their gluten-free cookies and chocolate pecan macaroons. Im careful about what ingredients I eat - and all of their baked goods pass my test - they are made with organic and local ingredients - and they are delicious!!
