I go to many FedExs because I cannot find consistent great service and the Store Manager, Cesar, at this location provides sensational service! He takes his time with his printing service and makes sure your project comes out how you envisioned it. Thank you so much! This is the only FedEx I will start coming to!

The team in this store are an example of excellent, above and beyond service. FedEx should have them train employees in their other locations. I go there quite often for work related shipments. I have a closer location but I choose to go here because of Corey, Juan and Jonathan. They are so friendly and fast. I am always taken care of in a heartbeat.

My wife and I came in to print pictures and Corey there was above and beyond helpful! Ive been to fedex shops all around the country and Ive never experienced such proficiency, and hospitality all in one!

I went here looking for Manila envelopes. I left with envelopes and a book. The staff were friendly and the store is well stocked with the basics for shipping.This is a great location for the folks who live and/or work downtown. There is street metered parking in front of the store and there is also a parking structure a block away on Fourth Street.

Used the self-serve scanner and printing services, a breeze/no malfunctions. Guy at counter was tremendously helpful/patient, explaining me my options for shipping. Would definitely repeat business at this location

Money Network needs Proof of ID to release Funds!Who has time for this?! Okay Where Am I...In Santa Monica On Wilshire 4 blocks from the ocean lands a brand new Fed Ex Office! 408 Wilshire launches this May 2019 and it just so happens, they had a soft opening and were open!I make the copies, thank them gracefully and on with my day.The following day I reached for my documents and I realized, they are in the copy machine @ Fed Ex. Damn.I look up the office location, call and Corey with such confidence, eases my weary soul and says, “We have them right here Madame! Safe and sound!”What a relief and I knew by the gracious reply he gave me, that my federal documents WERE safe and I need not worry.Tristan and Corey will be hosting the official launch of Fed Ex 408 Wilshire this weekend and I am OFFICIALLY documenting that these guys are dependable, reliable, understanding and patient!God Luck Guys, you’re off to a great start!Kris Lee

Wow ! The service here in Downtown Santa Monica is by far the best you can get within probably a 30 mile radius. I came in and was greeted right way by Tristan. He directed me and assisted with my business need, and the staff was so enthusiastic and friendly! #topservice

Speaking of efficient all the way this store located on Wilshire Blvd near 4th street in Santa Monica has it all. I needed help in sending out 4 overseas packages on Monday morning and the store associate Bre was there to assist me with prices and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thats was unbelievable. I also needed help with printing my wedding photos and she helped bind them and put them in order. This location is wonderful and has great team work.

I am thrilled about this new FedEx print shop, largely due to the exceptional customer care from associates, Corey and Cassamurrey. They are so quick to lend me a hand or make my printing experience more efficient. They always greet me with a smile and it actually makes me excited to pick-up things, because theyre so pleasant to be around.My husband and I produce a show nearby so we are constantly printing notes, posters, postcards and more. I am here at least 2 times a week! We dont even have a home printer anymore because we rely on and trust this FedEx location so completely. This saves us a lot of time and money trying to get the home printer to actually, ya know, work.If you have a project you need to tinker with, they also provide expert printing advice and have huge workspaces where you can use scissors, stapler, hole puncher and more.Definitely check-out this new, clean and friendly location!

I recently had a deadline to meet last week and I had the best store manager ever to assist me MR.TRISTAN!! A big shout out to Mr. Tristan. Professional is what he is in every way. He definitely had patients with me as I am not the best with computers nor printers. I had a very large project to get out at a specific time and could easily see that I was having difficulties. He jumped right in and helped me collate, staple, organize and put all of my documents in order. He even went the extra mile in putting my documents in a large box which helped me a great deal.This is what America calls fantastic customer service!! On a scale from 1-10 he definitely gets a 12.Thanks Tristan. Whenever I come to the Fed Exp in Santa Monica I will stop at your store.Rebecca Nakamura

Tristan and Cassamerri both had excellent customer service. I came here because the UPS Store on 13th and Wilshire couldnt offer the service I needed.i needed a large color map 24 by 36 in size. Glad someone could do it!Come down they will take care of you.
