Always had a good feeling about this place. I took in a package 10 minutes before closing with some samples to send to international. I felt bad bringing them something complex right before closing. I was out the door in 8 minutes! This place is excellent, and the staff really know their stuff.

Ive been doing business at the Santa Monica AIM mail centre since 2005. JC, the owner, is amazing and has been hugely helpful. Hes completely professional and runs a great business. Hes truly reliable, honest and hard working- a wonderful man and a great business.

I dont know why the reviews arent higher. The Asian guy (who I think is the owner) is always fast and helpful. He helped me with a particularly tricky shipment today when the UPS store was clueless.
