Love this grocery store. I’ve been going there for many years. Phenomenal employees who are extremely kind and helpful. Kudos to Matt who is always friendly, and has been especially wonderful to my son as he was growing up.

Average Luckys, a little run down and older but fully stocked. Prices are a tad high and didnt see much on sale. Needed help to find something and couldnt find an employee, but that might be due to the lack of staff. Good store for the area if you need to make a quick run for milk.

The checker who Ive gone through a couple times needs politeness lessons. Its an ok market, but not great. Produce is confusing as to organic. I believe most is regular and it very good either.

9/12/21 ran in for two pints of ice cream and a 12 pack of beer. Went to the cashier by the name of BRIAN. He’s the most simpering little bit of a person who loves to be rude to customers. I could have made a big deal out of it but, honestly, he was just a little gnat in an otherwise beautiful day.

Great alternative to Safeway. Their prices are not bad and they always have sales. Meat department is awesome too. Great store!!

This is for the Lucky in Montgomery Village only. Honestly, not my best shopping experience. The Farmers Lane doors are locked at 6 PM. To get to the other entrance you must walk past smokers on break on the path to the other door or drive around. Then, the young man at the check stand decided to share his displeasure over having to manually unload 9 pallets of new merchandise with only a pallet jack and no real forlift - first to me and my husband then as soon as he was done to ringing us up he closed his register and began complaining to the manager about the forklift situation right there in public for other customers and employees to hear. On the other hand we did find the items we came to buy, but in future I will choose another market over this location.

Iv shop off and on at lucky for years and always like it there. They remodeled the whole place and looks nice. Far prices and alot of employees thats been there along time, so you get to know them. But check it out your self.

After the most awkward and rude service I’ve ever gotten from a cashier from any grocery store, especially at my local one which I’ve been a loyal customer, I had this evening from Brian might be the final straw for me and my weekly shopping over many year now at lucky’s. I’ll be taking my business to Safeway from here on out. Don’t get me started on the over priced items and paying for paper bags that rip that are barely bagged. Much of your staff needs customer service training ASAP!!

Great, friendly, pharmacists. They get to know you and your family by name and are very fast. They really know how to deal with doctors and insurance companies. Best service Ive ever seen at a pharmacy.Is very convenient to get medicines at a place you are at regularly.Highly recommended!

Its a decent store. It has good quality produce and occasional sales, but beware of any lumits or stipulations on prices advertized. Sometimes it can be very busy and they dont seem to be limiting the number of people in the store.

Their bathrooms have been out of service since the pandemic started. Only grocery store I have ever seen without bathrooms and for so long. Horrible horrible place. Also they do a bad job at keeping inventory here.

Didnt have a good vibe

The remodel they are doing is improving the look of the place. Now the half destroyed look matches the customer service. How can you have a first class pharmacy with people that are so wonderful in the middle of this waste land of gross.

Its a fine store they just redid the floor in there and it looks real nice The managers real nice but the parking lot is atrocious when youre taking your cart along the lot it is so bumpy and uneven that it shakes up all of my carbonated soda really bad.

A perfectly adequate grocery. Decent prices on the basics. Occasionally they have good sales. Location is convenient. The staff is MUCH more helpful and fast than the Safeway that is closest to my home.

Lucky. Always there, always reliable quality and price. Great for the budget conscious (or the not-so-budget conscious as well!). I find I always save money there, and they dont carry a lot of overpriced luxury items so Im not tempted (or driven) to overspend, and I appreciate that!

I have gone here for years GREAT store, but it used to be better. They used to have the best fish dept But Not anymore its a real shame. Now its So So at best

I have been a faithful customer for well over 20 years. Know the staff by name and have some of the best conversations in a small shopping trip. Quality of food is on point, cannot recall the last time I have had a problem. Keep rocking it!

In the past, Ive always thought Lucky was kind of behind the times. In the past few years though, Ive noticed a wonderful change in the store. Its always clean, good produce, helpful employees, rarely do I have to wait in line. My only complaint is that the meat department is lacking. Dont get me wrong, all the meat is fine, just not always a large selection from which to choose. All in all though, Im a convert. Great store.

Love this Luckys if I have to shop in SR for groceries. A few of the people are from the Sonoma Store. Weird but interesting. They have literally everything you need & more! Very clean great customer service except for the feather-butt assistant manager-big man with obviously no customer service education-like a talking to in the parking lot after shift!

Service is great. Food is cheaper than Safeway. Great savings. Most workers there are very helpful. One person in Delhi actually trys too act like she dont see you. But when you say excuse me can i get help.. She always says Ill be right with you, but 5- 10 minutes later. Ive complained to management. But she hasnt changed. Otherwise its my place to shop.

Good selection, good service, and tons of parking. You can park on either end of the store, too, depending on whats convenient.

The store was clean and the food fresh. Clerks were helpful and courteous. I have been shopping here for the past 4 mo. I save about $50 per week over Olivers.

I love this store. The people who work there are friendly and helpful and its easy to find what you want.

The pharmacists at this Luckys store are awesome and much better then my previous Pharmacy over at the Farmers Lane Plaza, which were so bad that I was forced to transfer all my prescriptions. This is a pharmacy that will have your order ready when promised; I suppose I will just live with the fact that they are closed on Sunday. Obviously, it was worth the transfer.

Luckys! No brainer. Love Luckys. Parking is awesome, deals the same as other, located with other business I use, price the same or better than other same kind of store, hell of a lot better than Olivers, Whole foods, Pacific Market....high price for basic, less selection for basic. Food in deli really good just bank. Treat yourself with a hug on occasions.

I moved and was used to the Sebastopol store where I was becoming dissatisfied. Things I used to be able to buy, were frequently not in stock...I was very happy to find the Montgomery Village Store. Well stocked and as long as you DONT go there when school lets out, all is fine. Clean, a variety of stock. They carry Amys Vegan meals..although they recently raised the prices. Produce section is fresh. Thanks for being there Lucky!

Good vegetable department and great selection of general groceries. Always feels like an altered state in this store. Visit and you will see what I mean.

I only went to the tiny pharmacy. Id never been there before and had a new prescription. I only saw one person working but she said 10 minutes and it was done in about 5. She was very nice and Id go back.

Big grocery store, I did not find some of the brands I like, and the only reasonable produce was that which was on sale. Did have my beer at a reasonable price!

Really great prices as decent produce. I only stop here if Im in the area for other stores. Ive never had an issue with any staff or products Ive bought.

First and last time here. If you do not have good employees, you have nothing. Took the cashier forever to ring up my 3 times. This middle aged man was too busy flirting with the teenage bag girl. I did not need to know he was drunk the night before and still felt drunk because he came at 330 in the morning and he makes his kids take naps so he can nap. Please teach your employees that personal life needs to stay at home.

Luckys has really cleaned up their act, I prefer going there now compared to Safeway I like Luckys better

This is My Lucky grocery store, been coming here for 6 years + - great staff, fresh breads, pretty good selection of brands, and the managers will usually special order something for you if you ask. Meat department is fine, but there are definitely better butchers and fish mongers in Santa Rosa.

I think luckys has better price and better deal.

Very questionable employees. From greeting one person and then looking away when Im in to being accused to stealing when I have my receipt (yes that happened. I was stopped in the rain with 3 kids and one infant) its just eh. Ya the deals are great but the customer service is eh

Had an excellent trip at Luckys today manager was a very polite and pleasant person.

Luckys (and few more) are great stores, especially for disabled persons such as myself. Its just too bad theyre located within the Montgomery Village shopping center, which has lately become a nightmare. This is in large part due to the so called Rent-A-Cops who are supposed to be responsible for keeping this shopping center safe, but all they do is hassle innocent consumers. The worst of these dudes in uniforms who abuse their authoritah is Tim - an especially rude & tactless police force reject, who absolutely loves harassing M. Village shoppers for no reason whatsoever!Even though downtown Plaza Mall prices are slightly higher, I choose to shop there.. and have been skipping Luckys (not because of them) in favor of Safeway on 4th.. as I truly do NOT want to be hassled, provoked, yelled at, shown middle finger (THAT - AND WORSE - IS EXACTLY WHAT TIM DOES TO SHOPPERS!) nor disrespected in any way! I havent done anything to deserve such a treatment, so the question remains:WHY is this Rent-A-Cop so bitter & what prompts him to treat customers in such a horrible way?!? The management of the Montgomery Village shopping center should definitely look into Tims behavior, as its probably costing them a pretty penny.

Never before has my wife and I been as humiated as we were when we were told by a checker, only the poor and homeless has food stamps. The manager who intervened did not do anything about either. It all started with the greed Luckys seems to have by illegally charging money for bags used to carry out food bought and paid for with foodstamps. It is bad enough to spend their high prices, but I will be damned if this discrimination goes unchecked! I am pissed! Nobody talks that way to my wife! Monday might be a good day to talk to a lawyer. Who knows? Maybe luckys will make us rich because of their shortsighted rudeness. If someone can sue McDonalds over a hot cup of coffee, then I am sure we can get satisfaction.

This store is so old and smells like bad seafood and nothing in their deli ever looks appetizing. .go to safe way down the street
