A little pricy but worth it. Fresh meat daily and wonderful deli. They have a little bit of everything. So convienient!!!
Expensive. Ice cream always half-melted. The produce is not always fresh. I like to shop here because the people are nice and it’s in my neighborhood, but I have to cook the vegetables I buy, especially the greens, right away. After a day or two in the fridge they’re bad. Yesterday I was looking for bok choy and it was already wilted and yellow. The hot bar food is really the star of the store.
I absolutely love this little market! They make the best deli sandwiches, have an awesome hot food bar and yummy desserts! All the people that work there are always so friendly and helpful!
Pacific Market is just a few short blocks from where I live, but because it sits back off of Pacific Ave on Elizabeth, I didnt even know it was there for 2 years. One day, I decided to explore the little shopping center where PM is located. I went in, expecting a convenience store. I couldnt have been more wrong. Here is a FULL grocery store. Their meats are EXCELLENT - you can find out where they come from. The butchers go out of their way to be helpful. Yes, SOME of their prices are a bit higher than, say Safeway. BUT, MANY products have prices lower than the chains. They often have specials. The deli offers many choices and there is also sushi made daily. The staff are GREAT! And if you are a Senior, shop on Tuesdays for an extra 10% off. I am SO GLAD I discovered pacific Market!
Friendly clean workers are always friendly and helpful
Is the best place to get a cup of coffee, Cuppa!!!
I cannot believe how terrible the manager treated my 69-year-old mother. My mother, whos a regular customer (and probably one of the nicest people you would ever meet), got locked out of her car because something was wrong with her cars electrical system. She went into Pacific Market to borrow the phone because she couldnt get into her car to drive home and she had left her cellphone at home. My mother walked in, asked to borrow the phone. What does the manager do? He SLAMS DOWN A PHONE in front of her. She couldnt find a cab in the phone book, AAA insurance wouldnt respond, she couldnt remember her daughter (my) cellphone number. She was helpless. One of the store attendants started to help my mother because there werent any customers in the store. Does the manager help or say thank you to his employee....? No- the manager tells the attendant to GET BACK TO (HER) POST! and FORCED MY MOTHER TO GET OUT OF THE STORE. A 69-year-old lady without proper walking shoes, no phone, knees that are receiving surgery soon, and $200 worth of groceries. MY 69-YEAR OLD MOTHER WAS FORCED TO WALK HOME. The manager left her, literally, with no other option. My moms car is currently in their parking lot, she had to walk up the very hilly streets for about 1.5 miles to get home. Sun was down, she has no coat on, its the 6th of December. This manager has no consideration what so ever for someone who tries to support smaller stores. And he has absolutely no respect for his employees, who try and be of assistance and provide customer service. We had just moved to the neighborhood and were talking about what a lovely shop Pacific market was and how handy it is to have it in the neighborhood and shop more locally. I will never go back to this market and you better know that we are going to let all our neighbors know.It may be a cute neighborhood market, but this manager (or owner) is so disrespectful to anyone who steps foot in his store. I wouldnt support this local business. To the lovely person who tried to help my mother, thank you so much and Im so sorry you have to deal with this boss on a daily basis. To the manger, you truly are a heartless person.
Did anyone read Maggie story? Not even an apology from the manager or the owner. I was going to stop by this store today, but I rather give my local business to someone else. What happened to her mother was a horrible experience. Take care of everyone regardless of wealth.
Cute, clean market with friendly staff and great deli area. I highly recommend.
This neighborhood gem is small but mighty. I love the fresh produce and quality meat selection.
Great store. Nice employees, who are very knowledgeable.
This store has very rude employees and managers as well. They are not helpful and they certainly are not courteous to their customers. They imply that you are a bother to them. They are reluctant to help you even if you ask. They are far from friendly and very discourteous. This has been my experience on more than one occasion. I will never shop there again. And I would not recommend this store to anyone.
This is one of my favorite little stores to stop at. Great, friendly service. Their deli is awesome!
Fantastic deli with great sandwiches
Great Market, wonderful staff
Great everything!!
Great deli, great meat selection, great location. Whats not to love?
I am so grateful to have this well stocked and pleasantly staffed market near me - through all sorts of challenges. They are the kindest and most patient people, with fair prices and fresh delicious choices for such a small market. A treasure that makes fresh market shopping a great practice!
A great little store. Has amazing selection of many items for such a small store. The stuff is always nice. Easy in and out of the store.
It was good, but wanted to buy wild salmon but it did not look fresh. We passed....
Love the food from the deli but the staff were so cold and off-putting.
Love this market, they always have everything I need, lots of organics, really good food made every day. Yummy !
I only shop here if I am in a hurry. Very expensive store to shop at.
Super quaint. Friendly staff and shoppers. Nice hot bar and great selection of most items!
Good hot bar
Great local store with fantastic staff. Cozy and intimate though narrow aisles may make it feel claustrophobic. Deli and hot bar have delightful offerings throughout the day from breakfast options to hearty dinner choices. Try the jalapeno and cheese filled tater tots on the breakfast menu.
Good selection for a small, neighborhood shop. Overall, a lot of great things packed into a small space (great butcher, interesting local options, as close to a full grocery selection as you can get with the square footage). Tasty made in house meals. On the expensive side. Avocados are almost always over ripe. Seems to have an unprecedentedly low turnover for staff in a grocery store; I imagine that says something good about management and how this store is run.
This is a local secret! The daily prepared foods are exceptional. The sandwiches are mouthwatering, and the local and state wide beer selection will have beer geeks overwhelmed. Staff have always been friendly and helpful
This is a true neighborhood market where they know the regulars. Best sushi in town, a great deli, good butcher with lots of sustainable choices. The service is always superb. Good selection of organic produce. Cheese counter has many local products, so does the dairy department. A real local store, a true gem.
Its a nice local market with a personal feel. Some very good hot food and soup.
Great store and nice staff.....
It was great as always...Ive been going there for years.and stop by there when I can, since i live out of town..Thank you Pacific market !!!°°
Excellent place- loved the vibe the moment I stepped in; clean, friendly staff, and a great selection of common and specialty food items. Bought some delicious chocolate cake here- it was amazing. Plus, they have a warm buffet with pay-by-the-pound items that look and smell scrumptious. Gets an A+ from me.
Great neighborhood market with very friendly and helpful staff and a good selection at decent prices. Some of the best sushi in town, a knowledgeable butcher, deli, fresh produce, and everything else.
Great place for high quality groceries. Sandwiches are amazing, and so is the hot food. Easy parking makes it a great place for a quick stop. Outdoor seating is moderate but much better than most.
Fast friendly service, great cheeses, family owned, close to my home.
Great little neighborhood market. Good when you have to rush in to grab something. Quality meat market, Clover products (which I love), good cheese selection, and decent vegetables. You will pay more, but convenience and quality are worth it.
Were very lucky in Santa Rosa to have some great locally-based grocery stores and Pacific Market is one of them. I love the friendly, small atmosphere and great food items selection, especially their house-made ready-to-eat items.
Better than Safeway, but by far a second tier grocery store. Nugget market would do well to buy this and come in and make it right. Olivers doesnt possess the skill or have the talent to see it through, so it would be up to a better outfit to come around and properly stock, set prices, and train the employees. I was here the other day and the person in the meat department was very busy trying to get a customers number, so I was left waiting while he continued in his endeavors, all while ignoring the outside world (customers). The selection is very hit and miss, with bizarre prices, some drinks that should be in the reefer out getting warm. Im not in the industry and strongly believe anyone with some energy could do this store better. Its not clean, not set up well to do volume, and doesnt have a professional staff. What more can I say. Its better than Safeway?
Love our little local market. Probably not the best for produce but the deli is outstanding
Great selection of food and great sandwiches
Best little neighborhood market ever. Delicious fresh food and hot to go items.
This store is an absolute joke. Yes, the food is decent, but once you find out the store has been infested with rats for years, not since the wildfires which an official statement can be quoted saying, you probably won’t want to eat here anymore. Not to mention also covered with mold and mildew. The cheekiest part about the whole thing was they never planned on actually taking care of the issue, instead they would just place rat traps at night and hoped for the best whilst hiding this to the best of their ability until they were caught by a health inspection and promptly closed. As a past employee I can also confirm the entirety of the staff is miserable and petty towards one another. The management is horrible, minus John. John is the only saving grace of this store and is genuinely a great person. Everyone else here is better off moving on and never working as a manager again.
Love this store, my favorite store 2 walk 2:)
Cool little market. Nice deli.
Loved this place! Reminds me of Harvest Market in Fort Bragg. Wonderful fresh food and selections!
I love this about my neighborhood
Solid little local market. It is small and tight to move around, but clean and well organized. It has great selection of most things, especially wine and cheese as well as produce. Friendly customers as well as staff and solid in house prepared foods.
Great fresh fish & meat! My receipt is correct which I love!!
Local grocery with local products. Super friendly and convenient
This is a great little market and deli! My favorite is the number 3 sandwich.
Super cute little neighborhood market with the BEST grocery store sushi I’ve ever had! I’d post a picture but I ate it already..
Nice people . Good selection for a small store.
The #3 sandwich at the deli is the best
A full-service grocery store with a great deli, delicious prepared foods, and a wonderfully helpful staff. Not always the cheapest, but often the best!

Unprofessional, rude to customers, there is mold on the ceiling that nobody is bothering to fix. Worst grocery store I’ve ever shopped at.
Just my favorite food store near me)
