Nice area. Friendly patrons & staff. I stopped in on a hot day and got an ice water from a helpful barista for free which should earn 5 stars but...The place was filthy. It could be that it was mid day on a Saturday and the staff couldn’t keep up but there were cups and trash all over the bar. The floor was dirty with debris. I wiped off my table with a napkin and added to the dirty floor. The employees need to step up their cleaning game or hire a better service.

Great friendly staff. This location has rare Clover coffee machine and they do reserved coffee beans. Manager Luis was especially great as your coffee person . I’m definitely back to this location. 2 spacious bathrooms (yes, when busy - it needs to be checked frequently- I understand why it’s messy- )

Latte seemed light. Like a little more foam than usual. Bit all good otherwise.. Very polite workers here and the bathroom is open (which in pandemic time is a rare find on my long walks).

In general, good service, fast and efficient. But, we waited way too long for our drinks, which came in waves. Meaning, for every drink of my order, several other pre-texted in orders were done in between them. We must of been there 20 minutes. Ugh!What happened to first come, first served?

The guy that took my order (sorry I didnt get your name) he had glasses and was a total sweetheart. He was kind, patient, and helpful when I asked him for advice on coffee. He had a warm gentle smile and treated the following customers exactly the same. Because of his service, I will continue to go back to this Starbucks. Thank you sir for your amazing customer service. Our family likes Starbucks for lovely atmosphere. It is a good place to have a cup of your favourite coffee with a cookie) Service is at high level as always. Since it is popular, you may encounter difficulties with free lot for parking.

I loved this Starbucks until 2 days ago. They ran out of coffee but they offered to make me a Blonde EXpresso. I had to tell her theres no X in espresso. They brewed me a fresh batch but was more than the 3 minutes they said it would take plus i had to ask again for it after waiting.

IF YOU HAVE DOG ALLERGIES DO NOT GO HERE.The coffee was great. Friendly staff. Actually I loved the music options! But a major health code violation. Woman brought a very poorly trained mutt into the food establishment, even set him on the drink counter. The two legal questions 1. Is this animal a service animal 2. What tasks was it trained to do? Was NEVER asked. The dog should have immediately been removed from the building. As a service dog trainer and handler, this was absolutely disgusting. The customer was a jerk, and the employees should have been educated on their legal rights to have the dog removed. While it is not common, people do have serious dog allergies and having DOG HAIR and PAWS on the counter where food and drinks are received is disgusting. Along with not wiping it down after immediately. “But it was a labradoodle (overpriced mutt) that doesn’t shed!” This is a common MYTH and EVERY dog sheds, including designer mutt dogs. 0/5 stars do not recommend. Please visit ADA.GOV and educate your staff on the service dog laws along with CA and Federal Health Codes for food establishments.

Nice place. Even for a crowded location, I was able find a parking space. Inside the store not many chairs to hang around. It is crammed too. Otherwise nice place.

A tiny place, with limited seating. If its clear, then you can sit outside. Parking is tight and Ive seen two near misses when careless drivers almost backed into each other. I tried the new sous vide eggs; interesting idea but not good enough to order again. The people working here are very nice and friendly.

Its just your ordinary starbucks. I wouldnt say much. However, there is one thing that ruins the experience. The parking. It is almost impossible to find a parking and it is almost impossible to get out. It is only good if you walk in my opinion. Also, there isnt as much seating compared to your ordinary starbucks. However, if you just are stopping to get a coffee, i wouldnt tell you not to go.

We visited this Starbucks yesterday because we can usually count on good clean restrooms you would think being in Saratoga that these restrooms would be spotless it was anything but this was the worst Starbuck restroom Ive ever seen, then to top it off I ordered one of their special Christmas coffees and Id ordered a large and they gave me something completely different I guess it was somebody elses order and I didnt realize it till I was walking out the door sipping on it and realized this was an awful small coffee for $5.25 so sure enough I went back in and Id had somebody elses order, so I didnt want to give it a one star but it was pretty close to it. To top it off the sink was clogged just a really really horrible experience.

Busy Starbucks with a very small parking lot. It might be better to park on the street and walk here because traffic makes it difficult to go in or out of the parking lot.
