Great place, very clean and quiet for studying! I have to add wonderful service! Their sandwiches are so amazing!! The owner was so very kind and concerned if I wouldn’t enjoy the sandwich he had made. However, it was so delicious! I am definitely coming back! Great to see plant based options for the picky eaters like me.

Cashier was rude and not welcoming as i ordered my sandwich. She was complaining to another customer about making sandwiches while in process of assembling mine. Further more, she was handling money with gloves on and proceeded to finish assembling my sandwich with the same gloves on. I threw it in the trash as soon as i got my order

Was taken care of every step of the way. The food looked spectacular, and the customer service was impeccable. Ive never eaten at a Dunn bros,but definitely an amazing first impression.

Good coffee, friendly staff! The raspberry white chocolate mocha was the perfect amount of raspberry flavor!

My favorite coffee chain in the twin cities. The espresso drinks are not watery like at other (mermaid-branded) coffee places, the beans are expertly roasted in-house so you know everythings fresh, and the staff know their product.

Got here 2:55, before closing but were unable to order mocha because they shut down the espresso machine in anticipating of closing at 3:00..... we drove 5 miles out of our way to come here.

Ive been coming here for years. I love the atmosphere, and its some of the best coffee Ive tasted, even all over the world. I only wish there was a little more cozy seating, but they do a great job with the space they have. The service is always knowledgeable and friendly, as well.

They charge more for water when you order a hot a tea. They dont add more tea to the bag to accommodate the larger size, just more water. 50 cents for more tap water is crazy.

Owner is rude and stingy - especially if you have anything consumable not bought in his store (no signs are up about this) even if you are purchasing a drink and he doesnt have what you brought in - and he doesnt make espresso for drinks very well. Were not talking about bringing a meal: a single cup not bought from him is unacceptable next to your Dunn Bros drink. Other Dunn Bros locations are much better and Starbucks doesnt mind if I bring something else when Im buying their drinks.

I have only had good experiences here... Friendly staff, good drinks, nice atmosphere. Only complaint (if you can call it that) about Dunn Bros. in general, is that the prices seem a little higher than competitors, but its not by much. On the up-side, I really like their app and rewards program! Great coffee.Tip: If its in season, try the Pumpkin Pie Latte! Its the best pumpkin latte out there!!

Dunn Brothers has the best coffee hands down. The fun drinks are also wonderful especially their vanilla iced nirvana and peppermint mocha at Christmas. I have never met a more friendly and efficient staff at a coffee shop. They treat you like a friend. I will past the other coffee shops to get to this one.

Our favorite local coffee shop! I spent a couple hours here on Christmas Eve Day with my husband and daughter playing Clue and enjoying our beverages. A memory Ill cherish forever. Ken & Sharon keep it feeling just like home.

Its a Dunn Brothers. Definite Twin Cities Coffee staple. Many people rave about them, others think they slightly over roast their beans. About a dozen tea options not counting iced tea and tea specialty drinks. You will get your coffee fix handled here. Staff was very pleasant. Clean and well maintained. WiFi, not crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon.

Great place for coffee and baked snacks. Ive never had their cooked sandwiches. Great place to meet and chat, at least when I go with my writing club.

Different coffees that rotate daily, love that they dont ram a trademark Pikes Place blend at you everytime youre in there. Being they roast on site, the beans are ultimate fresh and they have a large selection of beans for purchase as well. As they roast, the smells are incredible and you take it with you when you leave. Very personable staff and way cool owners! Oh, they bake on site and make freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches!

We are regulars here on the weekend and we love it! The staff is super friendly and knows what we want when we walk in. The coffee is great! We buy the whole bean coffee and love that you can buy in 1/2 or 1/4 pounds instead of a whole pound at a time.

I stop by Sharon and Kens Savage Dunn Bros weekly...they know my drink before I walk through the doors and I keep coming back for more. I love Dunn Bros coffee and the coffee shop ambiance is wonderful.So heres what Id add, from a local point of view...The coffee here is the same as youd expect at other Dunn Bros coffee shops - so if you like Dunn Bros coffee, youll like it here too.The shop itself is nice with comfortable leather seating in the back, by the gas fireplace and counter-top seating along the windows...and even some tabletops in the middle. It probably seats 20 fairly comfortably, although, its not often THAT full.Theyve added some additional food options lately, paninis, soup, etc. - although, admittedly, I havent tried any -- I go for the coffee.My daughter has tried the muffins and other baked goods on occasion and always enjoys them, but it would take a really dry doughnut to disappoint her!Heres what Id say in closing....The coffee shop is what youd expect...a nice, local coffee shop with great coffee. But the reason I took the time to write this is...the people. Ive met everyone who works there - and they all smile and take great pride in their craft. They have good humor about them and work hard at one they do. Culturally speaking, they have a consistent message regardless of who is working and I love buying local.Tell them you stopped by because Rich recommended it on Google.

Excellent service and outstanding Frappes. Went there today and was very impressed. The girl who helped me mixed up the best Chocolate Coconut Frappe Ive ever had...well, the only one Ive ever had, but it certainly was good! Will be sure to stop by again.

Its not bad, $2.70 ($2.90w/tax) for a shot of espresso compared to $1.75 at Starbucks. Its just beans and water so a tad disappointed as it seems like a big upcharge.

Dunn Bros cold press coffee and thier chai are the best! Service here has beem friendly, fast and knowledgeable in my experience. Try the seasonal cold press Nirvana flavors, I have a creamy coconut and it was the perfect fit for a hot spring day!

I rarely ever write negative reviews after only one visit, but I wont ever go back to this Dunn Bros. I like Dunn Bros in general. I stopped at this location after running an errand on my way to work. The barista taking orders gabbed with the two college girls in front of us for a little longer than necessary. Ok, whatever. We ordered (my boyfriend repeated his order twice--it was not a difficult one) and we waited. They were training a new barista. Ok, fine. The first two drinks were made incorrectly and had to be remade and my boyfriends drink was wrong too. We were late so he sucked it up and after 15 minutes, we left. My drink was the only one they made right, again, another easy one, but both of our drinks tasted....not good. I see why Starbucks has become such an empire.
