I received unbelievably bad customer service after their car wash broke off part of my side view mirror. The manager was unable to locate the piece which I saw get knocked off by the brushes, instead offering me a half hearted I dont know what to tell you. After I replied to his unprofessional answer he stated he didnt care for how I rolled my eyes. Now late for work I decided to address the problem over the phone later. I called the store and was told the manager was out until a later time. After calling back at said time, an employee clearly covering for their manager said they were not in. After work I returned to the store to find the manager unsurprisingly present. I asked to file a report for the damage to finally hear from the manager that he found the piece in the drain, which he added he had never seen before. He drilled home that this was a good thing because they arent liable for sideview mirror damage anyway.I could have overlooked the damage which wasnt that substantial, but I couldnt believe the indifference of the manager. Avoid this car wash.

I just got back from a car wash. There are little scratches all over my car now. This is HORRIBLE. Dont go here for car washes. I didnt know what to expect at all as it was my first time at this location. Im a car wash newb. I just wanted my 18-year-old vehicle to be taken car of and not rust over winter. This has made me furious.NOTE: In no way is this review a negative reflection of the staff Ive interacted with. I just wanted to make that clear.

LOUSY CAR WASH. NO undercarriage wash as promised. Windows and mirrors were still dirty after wash. Air blow dry flung dirty water from the ground back onto my hood and somehow did a very poor job blowing the rinse water off. I paid almost $13 for this?? My local automated wash is only $7, touch free, washes underneath like it says it will, and does a much better job overall. What a waste of money - NOT HAPPY! Also could not buy a wash with my gas at the pump - pressed all the right buttons and still had to go inside to buy a wash for some reason. Very poor overall experience.

Pretty good location, Store is stocked and staff are always friendly. Location is always pretty busy for the most part. Car wash works well, people that complain that it misses spots, well its a automatic wash, (not like someone is going to spot check your car).

As you can see the car wash left so much soap on the inside of my car!! this is unbelievable! you think theyd have a better car wash... also they soap sticks to the mirrors on the outside of the car and the dryers barley dry the car. disappointed to say the least

Typical Holiday store, clean, stocked. Fine store. worst car wash ever. Dont use the car wash. Didnt even get snow out of truck wheel wells
