Today I vacated The Savage public storage and Angie helped me every step of the way and made it the easiest process Ive ever experienced. The whole process took nothing but a minute and I didnt have to worry about anything. If anyone is looking for help with public storage at the Savage location I could not recommend anyone better than Angie.

Place is very clean and well kept. Angie at the service desk is very knowledgeable and friendly towards guests

I have had nothing but a great experience here. The property is amazingly well kept. Angie is the best property manager Ive ever met at a Public Storage. She is super nice and willing to help you in any way she can. Rented a space to store my snowmobiles for the winter so that they would be close by. Worked with Angie at the office who was awesome to work with! Was honestly the simplest rental of a space that Ive ever had. Super easy process, was month the month with no hassle and Angie and Dave at the office were always there and super responsive and helpful. Will hopefully be renting there again soon!!

Upon the passing of my father, it was time to vacate the and discard the contents. From the first call I made to the property, Dave was extremely friendly and walked me through the process. Once we had all the necessary paperwork, I worked with Angie to schedule my visit and vacate my property.Throughout the entire process, Angie couldnt have been more helpful - with removing the lock when we lost the keys, to providing me the information for a junk service to remove the contents, to helping vacate the unit while I was unable to be there in person during this difficult time. The passing of ones family member is always a difficult time, but Angie did her absolute best to make sure this process was as seamless and stress-free as possible to help us get through removing my fathers property and vacating the unit prior to avoid being charged additional fees / months.

My Mom had a facility here. When we went to empty her unit, many of her things were quite wet on the bottom, which ruined pictures and split some of the wood on her trunks

Very friendly staff! We had to switch to a larger unit and they made that process easy. Both units were well kept and easy to access. Would definitely recommend to others.

I just spoke with John and I have to say he was EXFREMELY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, WELL SPOKEN AND KNOWLEDGED when asked about the different units. He was efficient and quick when it was time to check out. I dont write reviews often, but when someone is as good as this guy, it should be noted! It simply cant get any better! Dean was very helpful with the move in process. We were on a time crunch and he was able to accommodate our needs and get us set up in a timely manner. The unit itself was at a very competitive price, however, I did not see any tools to help make the transfer of items easier as Ive seen in other facilities. Other than that we are happy with our experience.

Very nice storage facility and very clean. Management was very helpful and checking was very simple. If moving in or out during busy times, I would recommend bringing your own 2wheeler as there are only 2 dollys though. Good price on units as well.

Angie worked to get us into the storage space we were looking for. The space is clean and uses the more advanced cylinder locks. I recommend this location over others in the area.

I already had one storage unit at the Savage location so when my daughter needed one I knew just the right place for her. The facility itself is always clean and neat but moreover, the staff are very on-task. Angie looks after everything. She checks the buildings rigorously, pays attention to who comes in and out and immediately follows up with any of the clients if she finds or feels something is amiss. It is really nice to know that your belongings are being safeguarded in addition to being properly stored. I would recommend the Savage location to anyone.

Wonderful, compassionate, and great services. Angie was very helpful in letting me know all the ins and outs of accessing the building as well as the different sizes of units and rates. Gates worked, stuff was safe and secure, and she even called to remind me that if I wanted to vacate I would need to let them know soon to avoid additional charges. I was doubtful I would be able to get our oversized sofa into the storage unit available, but Angie assured me it would be a simple maneuver. She was right! We got everything into the unit easily, and everything fit perfectly. The rental process was easy (although be aware of the $20/mo lock fee and $11/mo insurance fee thats not mentioned obviously on the website). I was able to reserve the spot mid-day and move stuff in that evening. Angie was very helpful in recommending a unit, and offered advice on how to maintain the items we put in storage.

Angie and Katelyn were both very helpful. The first time I came in, Katelyn explained how public storage works, showed me the unit I was interested in, and explained all of the costs involved. When I came back a week later to actually rent the unit, Angie was there to ensure a smooth transaction, and some friendly banter made the experience a little more fun. You can tell they take pride in keeping a clean and secure property. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location.

They were very pleasant and despite the surprise hike for new Key by the company and mandatory insurance, they were so pleasant that just because of that i continued with the rental. I’ve been renting units at this location for many years. I was living in Shakopee and now I’m in Hopkins and still use this location. I haven’t experienced one issue that they haven’t gone out of their way to solve. The units always stay dry even after big storms the water does not get under the door (I’ve moved my stuff during them I would know). Very comforting knowing I can leave my family heirlooms and photos in their care. Great rate for the spaces they’ve provided me. I would recommend this place to anybody. Alice is very hospitable and she goes above and beyond for customers. Great service.

Staff was very thorough in ensuring that I rented the correct type & size storage area to fit my needs. They also gave me plenty of tips (recommendations) on how to properly store my items to ensure they stayed clean, undamaged (from improper storing/stacking) and accessible. The facility was clean & well maintained.

No security cameras on site, My storage unit was broke into and robbed, When I filed a police report I was told by the local police theyve been there before numerous times. But the managers wont tell you that, Not to mention my unit leaked. Lets see if their insurance comes through.

Found a storage unit online and the property manager Angie called me right away. She was very helpful and even found me a larger storage of almost the same price. Ive rented here before and will always rent here if I can. I pass 7 other storage facilities to rent from Angie and two of those are Public Storage locations. As a bonus Angie sold me a great big bag of packing peanuts that will be filler for Christmas presents.

Many other P.S. facilities are prone to vandalism, and I feel secure at this facility in Savage.
