Thought I would be getting high end service, not the Case sectional was 6,000 no problem spending money came with permanent crease in skirt and cushion . Waited over a month for someone to take it out was not successful . Owner told me thats how fabric is. Carpet took 18 weeks to come was told 8 - 10. Definitely not Ethan Allen!!!
