Very unhappyTried to get a booster shot appointment had to talk to a computer for 20 minutes and still no appointment. I work at the Maine Veterans Home and I guess Ill just wait till the home offers the shot to me in 3 to 4 weeks. I wanted to get it sooner but thanks Walgreens for not having a human answer the phone and take my appointment.

Due to the carelessness displayed this afternoon, I would not recommend anyone get their covid shot from either of the Scarborough Walgreens.I scheduled a booster shot online a few days ago at their 600 Rte 1 location. I received a confirmation email of appointment the night before, yet when I show up in the middle of the day for my appointment theres a sign that the pharmacys closed for the day. I asked staff about the sign, they inform me that pharmacists dont know how to coordinate vacation time.. I tell them I had an appointment for a covid booster shot, and they say that Oak Hill Walgreens is staffed and filling those appointments in their stead, and they direct me to go there. I drive to other Walgreens location, the pharmacist tells me that the front of house worker at the other store was mistaken; theyre not filling any appointments at all... I asked if anyone has called and told the other store that, and he told me the pharmacy and front of house staff dont communicate, so they wouldnt know or understand whats going on.So.. Maybe they should? Walgreens took my e-mail and phone number when I made the appointment, but nobody had the courtesy to call me and tell me my appointment was cancelled. My time was wasted driving to and around Scarborough, to hear employee grumblings degrading departments at separate locations. I dont know if this type of experience is typical, but if you have other options Id highly recommend somewhere more professional, qualified, and capable.

Great staff. I was late to pick up my medicine, and the pharmacy was closed but I caught the eye of the pharmacist and she realized I needed my medication. She went out of her way to get me my medicine. Greatly appreciated. The guy working up front was personable and funny also. Highly recommended location.

Alexis is the best. ALL of these folks ate very efficient and helpful. I have to deal with some complicated prescriptions and insurance issues and Alexis has been a great help. ❤️

Called the pharmacy to get my 14 year old vaccinated, as they can do vaccinations there. I was told all we needed was a prescription. I called the Drs office and the pharmacy multiple times to get a prescription sent over and to make sure that a prescription was sent over for a pediatric vaccination, so it was well known that this was for a 14 year old. A few days later, once the pharmacy had finally received a prescription, they then decided to tell me that they couldnt do vaccines on anyone under 18. A complete waste of my time and effort, thanks very much for nothing.

Just an all-around terrible pharmacy to deal with. Any prescription called there, no matter how basic or routine, always has insurance issues that magically resolve when I call to ask why it is taking multiple days to fill a single prescription. Take your business elsewhere.

No cell phone service in the store. I needed to look a product up on the internet to get more info. Seems like a pretty basic service to have. CVS doesnt have the same policy so they get my business. Im happy to change this review if they change their policy of killing cell phone signals.

I tried three times between January 2 and January 4, 2020 to get a flu shot and the pharmacist had an excuse every time why they could not do it. I finally went across the street after the last time they told me they could not do it and got a shot within 20 minutes. Hannaford was MUCH busier than Walgreens...won’t be going there again

Do yourself a favor and become a rite aid. Whats green in wallgreens about you selling vegetables. At least at rite aid I know what Im getting. The right aid for my illness
