I have been shopping at this CVS store for many years and I’ve always been impressed by one of their employees, whose first name is Debbi. Debbi has been working at CVS for many years and whike I don’t shop there frequently, she always greets me with a friendly smile and a hearty welcome. And I was especially impressed when I entered the CVS seating my mask and Debbi still recognized me! Debbi worked at the CVS when they were located on Garth Road and has been at the present location since the store moved to Popham Road. What makes one CVS store better than another? They all have huge inventories and many are open 24 hours a day. However, it’s impressive if someone like Debbi can make you feel valued and that makes the shopping experience much more memorable.
There is a woman who was working as a cashier Im not sure if she was the manager or not but she was very rude to me and the person in front of me in line. I wanted to return a charger that didnt work with my phone and she refused to give me a refund because I didnt have the packaging. I bought the charger yesterday and I gave her the receipt which apparently she didnt care that I had and said I needed a bar code from the package. Why cant she scan the barcode on the receipt? She should be fired. She doesnt know how to treat people with respect. I would suggest not shopping here.
Good selection, large clean space, and several parking options. Many of the staff members are very helpful, but not all.Since the pandemic they have set up a ring if you need assistance system. This is pretty broken in a pharmacy as many of the things they sell require ID to purchase. Their self check out machines arent the best. As a result it becomes a hassle to check outWhile I live up the street, I recommend the location in Yonkers for better service.
CVS website says walk in Pfizer shot available however when I came to the pharmacist they said no walk-in. Appointment required. I wasted a trip to the store.
Rudest pharmacy technician. Never have an issue with other CVS but definitely not back to this location.
Its fresh, its clean, its bright, its never really that busy. Parking is hideous in this area but you live with that when you live in Scarsdale. It has all your needs but it seems to be more expensive than others. The pictures in the windows up front signifying old Scarsdale are just amazing. If youre getting off the train and need to get medication, its a great place. Anything related to the train and not parking then this CVS is worth it? They have all your needs, with nice friendly faces. I visit this store from time to time.
Yes, Debbie is great - the best!
$20 PARKING FEE! Absurd price gauging.
My experience today, 12/17/19. Two stars for the pharmacy technician. She is likely to destroy the reputation of this fantastic store. My second experience with this technician. She asked my names and date of birth four times. Asked for former address, who is the medicine for, and so on! She acted as a police officer or immigration officer. I have refilled medication in NYC, Albany and CVS at Elmsford, never encountered interrogation by a technician or pharmacist.Hello Ms., move on if you hate your job or work at home!
Large CVS with a pharmacy and a great selection of greeting cards.Underground parking garage. You can get your parking validated from the cashier before you leave.
I prefer this store over all other CVS stores because it is never crowded. There is never more than a few people on line. It is also cleaner than most stores. They dont leave baskets in the aisles.
Debbie was wonderful. They let me use their private restroom. So clean too
Very kind employees there. long live cvs!
Photos were cropped off. Disappointing.
My ideas about what a pharmacy should be were basically defined by this store (and its predecessor up Garth Rd.).
