I’ve been here a few times, but recently took my daughter and some friends for her birthday. The experience was nothing special for the money I paid. One kid wouldn’t eat his ice cream. I thought he was just being a kid when he said it was gross, but I tried it and it was pretty icy. I would have eaten it, but I understood why he didn’t want to. And for the cost, he shouldn’t have had to.They have a lot of quarter machines and all the kids wanted to try. The girl at the counter said she was out of quarters and couldn’t give me any in change (I later watched her break a full role). It just added to the mediocre experience. I definitely don’t need to hurry back.

Came in on Monday. Was served by a young lady named alexa. We had a short conversation about my purse and she was super sweet! Will be coming in again soon!

Alexa and Mary was so kind and pleasant when we visited. The treats here and yogurt is the best!

I’ve been too this location a couple timesAnd while the flavor of frozen yogurt is good what lacks a lot at this location is there toppings. I wish there fruit toppings were fresh. On all occasions I have been her the fruit has been soaked in sugar colored syrup to hide the taste of the rotten fruit. This last time I went I bit into the blueberries and was met with bitter rotten filled taste- I hope they invest in putting out more fruit thats fresh. Sadly won’t be back

What an adorably quaint establishment...will return with my grandchildren....cashier wasnt very friendly nor generous with details about the shop, tho my excitement CLEARLY conveyed it was my 1st visit (disappointing)🤨, but certainly not a deterrent!...I was easily swept away from her shortcoming in the area of Grace with the charm of the Place😉👍

Ice cream was good, price was not. 0.64¢ an ounce really adds up! Got three bowls for $23.70!! Way too much! We won’t be back. I was also not even looked at when we came in. Staff was too busy having a conversation to greet us.

The girls (and sometimes boys!) that work here are phenomenal. Tess, Cora, Sam, Olivia, and Sara keep this place spotless, and they are very knowledgeable in the ever changing flavors/deals. Proud of the kids that choose to work there, they show great leadership. Also, the mix of flavors available are always delicious. Definitely recommend if youre in the area!

Today I had such an amazing experience at Sweet Frog, from the moment I walked in the door. Cora greeted me right away asking if it was my first time in the store. She then explained how it worked. I came to the store with two flavors in mind, pineapple and cake batter. I was sad to see the pineapple machine was missing. The woman cleaning the space (I think her name is Melissa) let me know that she was sanitizing the space and the pineapple frozen yogurt would be ready in 10 minutes if Id like to wait. I really appreciated this because I felt like she cared about me as a customer. Then Cora made conversation with me as I waited. I will definitely be visiting this location again soon.

Great place. The kids love it. Wide variety of flavors and toppings. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Staff was great but I witness something I’ve never seen before. While I was there I experienced the staff having to give up ALL of their tips into a cup full of money. I found this extremely disturbing that anyone would do that to their employees that worked hard to earn them. When customers give tips it is a reward for good service not to be given up. Disgusting.

Okay, Ill ruin it for everyone. Its $0.64 per ounce, which will add up. Also, they would not accept their entertainment book coupon that they are under contract to accept. They claimed the recording said it was redeemed April 18, 2009....3 years before this place was even open. Contrary to the response, Im left to contact the source, entertainment book for a refund. It was not a great experience as a first time customer since there was a line behind us, with everyone watching as if we are trying to cheat the place of $5. Needless to stay we wont be back.

I live about 30 minutes away from Sweet frog and I gotta say their vanilla ice cream something Ill get cravings of. Theres plenty of toppings and wide variety of flavors. Definitely a nice stop to satisfy your sweet tooth.

You would think with a pandemic going on they would be more careful. They do not wear mask AT ALL. They should be wearing them all the time, especially if they are going to be putting our toppings on and have our food close to them. I watched a young lady reuse gloves after touching several costumers and touching trash. Also the young lady that was there was not so polite. For the most part the treats are good.

Clean, wore masks, and were super friendly. Also the frozen yogurt was great.

I love coming to sweet frog but tonight me and my sister came and we were having a great time until a lady (I’m assuming the manager) came in being very rude to the workers. My sister was looking to buy a sweet frog t-shirt and as we were looking, the lady accused the workers of letting us behind the counter. After yelling at the workers about every little thing it made me and my sister very uncomfortable so we had to leave. I wanted to see if they were hiring but not after I saw how the workers were talked to. I enjoyed my time there until that lady came in and ruined our whole experience within seconds.

We did a girl scout holiday part at SweetFrog. The two employees were incredible- kind, thoughtful, helpful, happy. Everything we could ask for during our party. The daisys enjoyed froyo, coloring, and seeing the store (tour). We also were able to do our gift exchange there with no problems. Thanks so much for hosting us and being such a great local business. We will be back and recommend you to all.

The selection is incredible. Theres so many toppings to choose from. The girls are very informative whenever I asked them questions. If they didnt know it, they would point me in the direction of someone who could help. Extremely clean all the time. Seriously every time Im here, theyre always cleaning! They play movies and music all the time and will ask you if you would like something else. Always a pleasant experience when I take my family here.

Theres so many toppings to choose from. The girls working are always so nice. The yogurt here has never made me sick...unlike other places aka Red Mango. The manager helped me set up a party there and was very nice. My nephew had a blast. Highly recommend this place.

The best place to have yogurt! Customer service is excellent and its very clean plus the flavors are outstanding. Bring your wonderful kids or your loving spouses. You can eat inside or outside. I recommend everyone to come here and you wont be disappointed.

My husband and I brought our kids in here for the first time. Staff greeted us right away. Asked if we had any allergies. This was wonderful as my son has allergies to peanut and tree nuts. They asked before we got a chance to inquire. They brought the original containers of the toppings he wanted, so we didnt have to worry about cross contamination. Very good flavor choices of Dole whip and frozen yogurt. We will definitely be back.

I like the idea that you can mix your own flavors however unusual they are.

It is a great spot for the kids. Frozen yogurt was refreshing. Very vibrant theme relating to decor. Tables could have been cleaned better but due to the crowd of customers I understand to a degree.

Love going here with the kids. Lots of selections to chose from. Sign up for their texts messages and you can discount soft serve frequently.

Good selection, service, and fair price (less than competeters) Love that they offer sample cups. The place was a little dingy including the chairs but could be due to coming in about an hour to close.

Fun place for the kids. Irritated I am in the rewards program. I got a text message almost a month after my last visit awarding me my free cup for my 10th visit. However I was out of town when I got it and they only allow you to take advantage of it for 7 days. Never got my free cup. Service is poor

Had a really bad experience here. Kids all over the place, loud, sticking their hands in the toppings, and then putting it back into the dish. It grossed me out! just got some plain frozen yogurt without the toppings, was shocked at the price. I really miss TCBY!!!

The selection is amazing, toppings are endless, & service is always with a smile. The kids love it here & people watching is pretty funny from a few business down the strip.
