Im re-doing my previous review...Great service!! Better than the other UPS stores in the area....Unfortunately, I had to redo my business address to a different State. After 1 week of having the mail box at this store, I tried canceling it. The owner had to get involved, but hes hard to reach by the store employees. I guess he doesnt speak to customers either.. After he was told of my issue he was very upset and approved only half of my full years reimbursement. Although an agreement is made at time of getting a box, I expected some leniency; it was only one week. Because the staff provide great service, Im lowering my review to 3 stars from 5. For anyone considering getting a Mail box, make sure to confirm the state location is acceptable for your business operations. Do this before paying for a Mail box.

Incompetent! Utterly unreliable. NEVER entrust UPS with anything important. I paid $30 to have a document shipped overnight from Schererville to Indianapolis—134 miles. Delivery was guaranteed by 10:30 the following morning. It’s now 18:15 the following day, and my package hasn’t been delivered. UPS’s incompetence is likely to cost me an important contract. I am livid. I could have made five car trips between Schererville and Indianapolis in the time UPS has had my property. I will NEVER again use UPS, and advise you to do likewise.

We went to the Sherriville UPS last night June 16th 2021 and there were 2 of the Hardest working employees weve witnessed in a while.

For a long time I have been taking for granted the good things that Marie and Dereck, from this UPS Store, have been doing for me. They come out to my car to get packages I am shipping by UPS, because I am confined to a wheelchair, and nearly impossible to bring even the smallest package into the store. Today I thought I had package the wrong item, an $800 antique doll, and I frantically called them minutes before the UPS Driver made his daily pickup. Dereck answered the phone. He opened the package for me, unwrapped what was in it, and confirmed what was in the box. It was indeed the correct doll. Sigh of relief. A big THANKS DERECK!!

Unquestionably the most helpful UPS Store I have ever dealt with in my adult life and I do this alot. Many UPS stores will not allow you to ship using a corporate account but so long as you have the proper UPS way bill, they will take anything. They helped make sure my boxes were secure and stapled all of my receipts together, the manager on days was the most friendly and helpful person I have dealt with in a month. Kudos to this UPS Store and I will be dealing with them exclusively from now on. Thank you!

Ive been a customer for about 10 years. The staff are super friendly. The mailbox rental is easy to access after hours.

I went into the UPS store Monday May 4th to return an Amazon item. The clerk was not wearing a mask and 2 out of 5 patrons in the store were not wearing masks either. I will not go back into the store.

I found the staff here friendly and helpful. Also they were able to point me in the right direction to resolve an issue I had with another UPS store in the area that is owned by another franchisee.

I missed my UPS delivery on first attempt so now Im forced to pickup at their store. No good when you get off work after the store is closed.

I do most of my UPS shipping from this location. The staff is friendly and fast.
