Zack walked me through my repairs, answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I was updated on the status and estimated completion regularly. I ended up getting my truck back WAY ahead of the initial completion date and it looks amazing. They will now be my go-to for any future work I need done!

The front desk manager (whom I can’t remember her name) was also extremely kind and helpful in making sure Enterprise had a vehicle for me to use while my car was being fixed. She went above and beyond and called them for me ahead of time so I didn’t have to run to a farther location to pick up my rental. Was told a date and kept getting text saying that everything was great and ahead of shedule. The day before my car was supposed to be finished i get a call saying that they had alot of things go wrong and that it would be finished the following day. This went on for another week of text saying something happened and it would be pushed back a day. Then the day that they said its finished which was roughly a month later after it was supoosed to be finished they call and say it will be ready for pick up that day. A few hours later they call again saying something went wrong during its final drive test and found that one of thr employees there messed up the exhausted when they took it off for repairs and had to be replaced. So my insurance was charged for that too. Finally after getting the car back it looked good. Like nothing happened. Only issue with the finished work was they put the badges on high and crooked. The EX is far to thr side higher than before and tilted. The guys said that they wanted to put then on to fit the curvature of the car. I feel like if thats how it should have been it would have came factory like that. Now it just looks messed up and weird. I cant delete them either because he also said that they used a high adhesive and it would peele the paint. So im pretty much stuck with it. They did say they would fix it if i really didnt like it but it would cost me and they would have to keep the car again. They are out of their minds if they think ill leave my car with them again. I had used another repair company before that was fast and did an amazing job. To avoid any salt i wont name the other company but i will say look around first this place should be a last resort.Ps. The exhaust in the picture after repair was something i did when i got the car back. Not the one they replaced.

Lack of communication and towed my car to another facility after I signed paperwork not to. Switched my advisor and didnt inform me and didnt hear about my car being a total loss until my insurance company called. Spoke with the GM and didnt seem to really care about my situation. When I asked for documentation on releasing my vehicle (as I did not trust them with a verbal authorization) the staff gave me a sentence printed out on a sheet of paper; very unprofessional.

Someone hit my truck over the weekend and my insurance company stated to send it to Caliber because it is close to my house. Arrive on Monday to be greeted with a we are by appointment only followed by we have Wednesday let me get you the times all this before I can get even a word out of my mouth. Maybe relay this information to insurance companies since people have to take time off of work to get this stuff done? Last time had work done at this place was 24 years ago when it was Slims and they were professional and helpful. I guess chain mentality is all you guys know?

Repaired damaged front passenger door. Repair looks as good as new. Excellent customer service; excellent repair. Some foot prints/tracks were left in vehicle, and small amounts of glue-like substance was left on front passenger seat. However, overall experience was very good, and better than my experience with Jordan Ford Collision Repair.

The insurance company only gave us a week with the Rent-A-Car so he was able to work with them and get paid within the timeframe. He went out of his way to assist us. Ive had the great pleasure to have Jay Hudak work on my vehicle twice within 60 days. Jay is the perfect example of great customer service. Got my car mostly fixed, the only problem is that I have found a few things wrong here and there, but they have been working with me to get them fixed. I feel like if they had payed a little more attention, these issues wouldnt be issues. Im talking about plastic hardware covers, the window control and lock panel on door wasnt installed in correctly. And the car doesnt recognize when the door is open, though it used to, and on the passenger side it does. They have been working with me to get the issues fixed but it has meant a couple trips back to the body shop which is a 30 minute drive from where I live.

Ive been using caliber in Schertz since 2006. Wouldnt go anywhere else. My brand new car was hit last month and its back to looking new! Andrew and manager Robert did a great job at keeping me informed of the progress. They even went above and beyond when we had an issue with the insurance. Highly recommend!

I called to set up an estimate for our damaged vehicle. Our vehicle was struck while parked. Our insurance was happy to help set things up and recommended this shop. I called to set up the estimate, after being put on hold numerous times for over 10 minutes, the lady that finally answered only wanted to argue with me about how an estimate is done. I, myself, am an agent and fully understand the process. She continued to argue with me and talk over me. I have family that could easily repair this vehicle but since my insurance recommended this shop and it’s more convenient, I called them. By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had, especially since the accident wasn’t even our fault!
