Honestly, pretty amazing customer service all around. First off, immediate response/appointment/follow up. Also, the price to replace my windshield seemed very, very fair. Lastly, we had a light bar attached to our jeep. My guess is that we were probably missing a few screws on it. When it was re-assembled, all of the bolts were put on one side so the light bar was not properly attached on the other side. I contacted Seth and he then located screws from a local jeep shop and is going to go back to our place and replace them. That is what I call service. We are only in Scottsdale part time and I have a windshield that is cracked at our other home. Im going to wait until I drive down there this spring to have it replaced or fixed as I want to give these guys the business. Great service like this is hard to find. If you are looking for service on a windshield, look no further.

Great experience! I called Friday afternoon, and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, very pleasant and easy. The installer called ahead of time to let me know he was 30 minutes away, and arrived pretty much exactly 30 minutes later. Installation was done on my car parked in my driveway. Total installation time was about an hour. I am very happy with the results. Professional, high quality, convenient, on time, reasonable price, I couldnt ask for anything more. The current perfect 5 star review is totally justified.

Seth, the owner of Scottsdale auto glass, really lives up to his five star reviews. very communicative, easy to work with, will fight to get your job done. I mean that in a good way. I had issues with my insurance covering my car even though it got approved twice and then unapproved twice, Seth went to bat for me. He’s waited hours with the insurance company, just so I don’t half to take time from my day to deal with insurance! 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking to get their glass replaced.As far as a maintenance standpoint and the work that was done, Mike came by very efficient and quick. Very knowledgeable in what he was doing, I would also recommend seth’s employees 10/10

Fantastic Experience! My insurance carrier had a preferred provider which required me to drive to their shop and appointments were limited and many days out. I decided to look for another provided. Contacted Scottsdale Auto Glass and spoke to Seth who contacted my insurance carrier and was on the phone to initiate the claim for windshield repair. He was very helpful and explained the process to me. The technician came out to my home two days later. He contacted me when he was on the way to my home. Installation was completed quickly. Great experience. Would use them again without hesitation.

Beyond amazing service and so very responsive. We had windshield crack while traveling cross country reached out to Scottsdale Auto Glass via website email on a Sunday night and had response 1st thing Monday morning from Seth and he further responded to each and every further email promptly. My windshield was repaired on Wednesday and they came direct to our resort for the repair. The responsive of Seth was something to be complimented and was also greatly appreciated.

I called Scottsdale Auto Glass on a Saturday morning as I was passing through Scottsdale in need a of windshield chip repair. Seth was very helpful and understanding. Fortunately, I was able to be scheduled that day for a repair. Dennis, the mobile tech, arrived promptly, performed the repair in under 30 minutes (looks great by the way) and provided great advice for future chip/cracks to my windshield. Personally Ive never experienced a sunroof shattered to pieces by a rock, but Scottsdale Auto Glass apparently has. They replaced the shattered sunroof first thing the very next morning at place of work! This was especially huge for me because non stop rain was near and it was do or die for me getting to and from work without further damage to my vehicle.Second job performed by Seth and I wont use anyone else in the future! Responded to my text immediately and handled the matter with insurance immediately. Dont let your insurance company send you 40 minutes away to their preferred shop make Seth and Scottsdale Auto Glass your only priority for glass replacement.This sounds like a paid review but its not. I cannot stress how great these guys are. Glass was picked up directly from an Acura Dealership OEM part!Thanks Seth!

Im from out of town and havent had a windshield replaced. I called the national chain because they were the only folks I could think of to call. Never spoke to a human.......filled out forms on line.........wanted my credit card..........I said, scr-w this. Im going to find an independent business to do business with and am I glad I did. Came to me within a few hours, fixed my cracked windshield and was so far less expensive that the national chains it was embarrasing. I too was dreading the time – inconvenience etc. for a windshield replacement. I really wanted my husband to take care of it~ but I made my claim online with State Farm (easy) then, I had to select a service repair shop… I was in a hurry but something told me to slow down and google a few – I am so glad I did! I saw MANY 5 Star reviews for Scottsdale Auto Glass – in fact all 5 STAR – could it be true? Yes! I put the claim in at 4:50 p.m. and was expecting to hear from someone the next day or two… O no! Seth called and I could not take his call so he waited nd tried again and YES Seth is a high end concierge! I liked him immediately. He seems like he LIKES HIS JOB! And guess what he arranged an appointment next morning, Mike came on time and was GREAT and then yes, coordinated the car’s sensor recalibration and yes, helped me to get my eyebrow tint covered… We live in Rock chip area (and I know with three drivers there will be more) so great to know who to call --THANK YOU!!

Scottsdale Auto Glass lives up to their perfect 5 star rating. I recently had a long hairline crack in my windshield and had originally scheduled to replace the windshield with the Tesla service center. However, they were far too busy to accommodate any windshield replacements. I called Scottsdale Auto Glass on a Friday afternoon, by Monday they had the windshield and they installed early Tuesday morning at my residence. Seth was very upfront about expectations and followed through with everything he said he would do.The installer Mike was very professional and did amazing work. He took great care of my Tesla and the windshield installation looks flawless.This is the place to go for glass repair for your car.

I have used Scottsdale Auto Glass previously when my car was broken into and my window got smashed. They were very helpful from the first call, and quickly replaced the window. Today I got a chip in my windshield from a rock and they are fixing it same day for me. Excellent customer service and my insurance (Progressive) works with them. Overall very pleased, I highly recommend them for any glass issue you might have!

Very impressive. My BMW was hit by a little rock on the highway and I got a big crack on my windshield. I made the claim online with State farm at night and picked Scottsdale Auto Glass based on some positive reviews I saw on Google. I was fully expecting to wait 3-4 days to hear anything. But I was pleasantly surprised that the shop called me within 30 min. and arranged an appointment next morning! And a professional came early next morning to my apartment and replaced the windshield in 30 min. Totally painless. Will definitely use them again for any auto glass works.

I usually desire more than 5 reviews of a company before giving them a try but my gut just told me to try Scottsdale Auto Glass. I cannot rave about Seth enough, talking to him is like speaking to a high end concierge. He is so polite and even remembers conversations that we had the day before. Called Scottsdale Auto Glass based on reviews I read about their service and was not disappointed. Seth was professional and very helpful. Coordinated with my insurance carrier and arranged to come to repair a rock chip the next day. The next day I discovered the chip had become an eight inch long crack. I called Seth and he quickly arranged with my insurance carrier to replace the glass.I took my wife out to breakfast and on the way home was bemoaning the fact that I would have to sit through the entire time slot waiting for the tech to show up. My phone rang and Seth told me the tech was waiting at my house, 20 minutes early. Dreaded managing a windshield repair for my daughter’s car from out of state. My insurance company wanted to send us to Safelite. I wanted an OEM windshield. I called Seth at SAG and he got it done quickly and painlessly. He called my insurance company with me on the phone and diplomatically insisted we be allowed to use an OEM windshield. Seth then coordinated the car’s sensor recalibration with another vendor. Seth got it done with no out-of-pocket cost to me. He then followed up to let me know when repairs were completed. If only every company and people were up to these standards!

Just wanted to share our experience with this company. On Easter Sunday we were hiking and someone smashed out our side passenger door window. Monday morning we called to have fixed.
