So good!! We had a med twist, a large sundae & medium sundae. Portions/sizes were great, everything was delicious and the prices were reasonable! Staff was friendly & there was plenty of seating.

One of our regular ice cream stops in the area. Great selections of ice cream, shakes, custards and other treats. Good service and decent seating area. Keyser Ave can be quite busy and loud at certain times when you stop in.

I initially stopped in on a whim to end up as a weekly customer. The quality and creativity of the hard ice cream is unparalleled. The chocolate custard boasts a rich cocoa profile. The rotating specialty flavors are high caliber as well. Their Italian ice is more like a sorbet but fresh and extremely satisfying. Service is slow but the product is worth the wait.

They dont accept cards but they do have wonderful ice cream and frozen custard. They are by far my favorite ice cream place to go to

The best custard I have ever had! They have an awesome menu and everything is miles above any other ice cream shop I’ve been to in this area. The staff and owner are friendly. Their prices and portions are also impressive. Manning’s is still our favorite hard ice cream, but Josie’s is amazing and they have so much more. I can’t emphasis the soft serve, custard, enough. I don’t even like soft serve, but it’s all I want when I go here.

We tasted the custard and the frozen yogurt, and they were both delicious. Our dog even got a little bowl of custard, which she loved! We got there right before it opened today. Everyone was friendly and wearing masks for safety, which was appreciated. Were definitely going back!

Best frozen custard

Without any shadow of a doubt this was the very best soft serve ice cream I have had in years it was creamy it was delicious my friend was with me who enjoyed a large vanilla shake I had a chocolate vanilla twist cone it was worth every penny the service is excellent the prices are fair and it is a great atmosphere or any and all can come and enjoy ice cream on another unusually hot day in northeast Pennsylvania

I love this place! The cannoli ice cream is so delicious! The staff is friendly and you can jam put to the oldies while you wait (50s and 60s oldies, not the 80s & 90s oldies-Im old).

They have pretty much every kind of ice cream product. Hard scoop, water ice, fro yo., water ice. The frozen custard was perfection. Portions were big.

Eating here is a life changing experience. The custard is delicious, the ice cream flavors are on point, and the banana splits are what dreams are made of.

I’ve been here twice in the last week and twice I ordered a peanut butter and banana milkshake twice I got a strawberry banana instead😡 the first time I corrected her after then had to pay for 2 milkshakes just to throw one in the garbage I went there again today and she did it again same person I don’t know what is so hard about PEANUTBUTTER and banana didn’t even bother correcting her today because I shouldn’t have to pay for two milkshakes but instead got one I didn’t like and didn’t drink this is just ridiculous🙄

*does not accept credit or debit cards. They have an atm on site*Last time we went, the workers were very rude. They did not want to answer questions we had. Super frustrating that the one actually answered I dont know when we asked what was in a sundae and made zero attempt to even try and find out. Thankfully we had cash at the time so we didnt have to pay the atm fee or we would have left right then and there
