Its 6:20 and its closed but everything says open till 8 oclock, came the other day and the woman behindthe counter Angie i believe her name was almost immediately popped off with attitude and arguing with me, apparently she closes whenever she wants to go be rude elsewhere, for sure wont use this location ever again, might be time to switch providers.....

Went to see about getting an IPhone SE and they said they had them but only for new members. I tried calling the store ahead of time and their phone always goes to voicemail.
Bad experience the manager promised a free item with my purchase and it was not in stock for the phone I purchase when I returned she straight lied about the entire conversation. I don’t like bad business especially when spending my hard earn money.

I had a phone with ATT that worked in the area I live in. I was told that0 boost would work, guaranteed.... Well it did not work, when I returned the next day for a refund, I was told all sales was final. I even went to corporate about this. All sales are final within the boost company.
I have not been with boost mobile very long about 4 monthes. I am not happy with there service at all and when i try to reach by phone it just goes to a voice mail. I hope they fix it soon. I cant even send out a simple message. You know what thst means. New service with another company
Sold me a Samsung galaxy j7 refine and less than 72 hrs later it wont charge. I still have all the factory stickers on the phone, and I bought the insurance. I called the store and the woman was rude and told me to call back in 10 mins and she would give me info for a samsung help center. I called back again and again and it goes to a voicemail. Very unprofessional. Not even 72hrs with this company from this store and already terrible customer service and now I wont have a phone for a few days. I see myself switching carriers again VERY SOON.
