Caliber was awesome! I filed my claim with my insurance and I called the next day. Peter answered the phone and assured I was in good hands. After dealing with my insurance back and forth, Peter continued to remain confident and able to get the work underneath my deductible so I didn’t have to continue to deal with my insurance claim. Car was ready when promised and a very fair price! Cannot thank Peter along with the entire Caliber team enough! You won’t regret their service!

Dropped off my sisters car for some maintenance and had a very pleasant experience. The lovely young lady at the front desk was very kind and inviting and Cesar was very professional and made sure to ask me if I needed a ride or rental. I will definitely continue doing business here in the future.Everyone at Caliber Collision was friendly and also went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience! I appreciate everyone here, especially because they cleaned my car and did a marvelous job 😊 Also it has a good location because it’s close to everything in case you need to wait for you car to get some work, there is a coffee shop really close by.

Everyone in the office and shop were wonderful, friendly, following safety protocols to a t. Peter was who mainly worked with me. He was professional, patient, and great about communicating with me. He always called when he said he would, and took the time to explain things to me. Jamie did a wonderful job on my car, and caught my attention on pick up to make sure I was happy. My car was immaculate, clean inside and out, the couple of things I had left in the car, nicely placed in the back seat. I was shocked and extremely pleased with the entire experience. I would highly recommend them for body work, or any of their other services.

The staff seemed friendly but audibly overwhelmed. I was redirected to other service team members multiple times over the phone, so I opted for another body shop.

My car was hit by a drunk driver while parked outside one night and I was able to bring it in to get fixed the next day. Everyone here was very professional and kind. I was quoted to have my car back in 17 days but they got it done in 9! I was very impressed with both the timeliness and the result of my car when I got it back. It looks absolutely perfect, like it was never even hit. I hope I never have to deal with something like this again but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to caliber! Thank you guys again so much!

This was my first time working with Caliber Collision. We got in a car accident about 10 days before I had to complete a cross country move. When I brought my car I did not think it was going to get done in time. Peter, one of the associates at Caliber, completed the estimate of my vehicle in no time, gave me a realistic timeline of the potential repairs while being extremely professional and courteous. He did his best to accommodate and keep us in the loop. The parts that were not on site were shipped and delivered to Caliber extremely fast. I received emails almost daily with updates. My car was fixed in about a week and I was able to proceed with my move as planned. Hope I will never get in another accident but if I do, I will definitely go through Caliber. Thank you, Peter!

Had a fabulous experience with this company. Great service, quality of work and awesome auto body work. And work with many insurance companies and self pay. Texted me updates and even did detailed cleaning of car afterwards, my car is beautiful now!

The vehicle looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Being a little bit of a control freak (don’t judge, I’m working on it) I called often, even though I was getting the text messages. Each time Brian was super patient and took the time to explain what was happening with the car. When it was going to be a day later than we hoped, he explained the quality control process and how we’d be better off in the long run. These folks did a SUPERB job both in the shop and with customer service!! They even coordinated with the rental car place to make sure I had a ride. I hope I never need a collision repair shop again, but if I do, I know it’ll be these guys.

This shop was recommended by my insurance company when I had some minor damage occur to the rear bumper of my car. Jared was the employee that we communicated with the most and my husband and I were very pleased with how Jared kept us informed and walked us through everything with a great attention to detail. They were able to keep the original bumper and the repairs, new paint job and finish is impeccable. We could not be more pleased with our experience at Caliber Collision. Did I mention we brought our vehicle in for these repairs during a holiday? As such, were treated no differently. We experienced top notch customer service from the initial phone call to make an appointment, all the way through pick-up time, and excellent repairs (and complimentary cleaning) that made us feel like we had a brand new vehicle. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

1.5 hours of standing around without any progress whatsoever. The excuse, USAA had not sent over my information.

They have repaired 3 times (1 my fault) for USAA. Superb work, popcorn in the waiting room, neat people. Treat their employees as well as their customers, everybody smiles.

Seaside Caliber Collision is the most disorganized, unprofessional, and uncommunicative shop I ever dealt with. I had my insurance for over 8 years and dealt with other shops with my repairs of my vehicles throughout the years but this office was an extreme disappointment.This office decided to waste my insurance money and my time with deciding to paint a bumper when I clearly told them to replace it. After 1k and a week later they decided that replacing the bumper was needed. They not once responded to my emails, text messages or voicemails with the repair of my hood. They simply decided upon themselves not to repair it even though my insurance gave the clearance on the repair.Now I get my vehicle with a partial repair and my insurance gets billed for their 1k failed attempted on painting the bumper. Now they add on other 1k for the parts.They are scandalous and do not care for the customer. They give this impression that they are looking out for the insurance with these corner cutting, but they are really looking out for themselves by wasting time and money are ridiculous fail attempts.Do not use this office and I would go as far as, caliber Collision. Use a place that actually cares and wants to work for the customer.
