Im a new home owner and came into Circa Lighting looking for decorative lighting (which I know nothing about). I went on their website and it was indicated that I needed to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate me the following day. First of all, the show room is stunning! Everyone working at Circa was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got to work one on one with a sales rep who really listened to my vision and helped me pick out the perfect lighting for my home and I am just ecstatic! The entire experience was a lot of fun and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Made an appointment to go to the store on Monday. I called them 15 minutes before leaving to let them know that I am running late and they let me know then that they were closed for the day and that I should have gotten an email (which I never did). They didnt even try to call my phone number which I gave them while scheduling the appointment. There was a person that answered when I called, which means there was someone in the store but I dont know why they wouldnt accommodate a customer that had an appointment.The staff seems to think they are too good for their customers based on my interactions with them and they dont even try! No apology or didnt even ask if I wanted to reschedule. Their online selection might be good but their Seattle store doesnt have good service. On the contrary, we ended up going to Rejuvenation on the same block and the staff there was very friendly and helpful.

Stopped at a few shops and made an appointment with Circa’s because I heard the selection was incredible. We were greeted by a wonderful staff who showed us a wide range of options and assisted us in picking the best for our home. I can’t thank them enough for making this such a seamless and smooth process. Thank you to everyone at Circa!

So awesome to finally have a great lighting showroom/store in Seattle. Easy to make an in store appointment. Felt totally comfortable while shopping. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Fabulous selection of lights.

In the process of building a house, I am dealing with many suppliers and tradesmen. The staff at Circa Lightings Seattle showroom have shined in comparison by answering my questions promptly and thoroughly, in spite of heavy snow that shut down most of Seattle. Ordering lighting has been the easiest step in the entire building process. Special thanks to Allison and Becca for their fine service!

No customers in store. We didnt have appointment. They would not let us in. Its their loss really. Large store. Only ONE customer allowed at a time! Ridiculous! Lots of other ligting places to shop. We needed lots of lighting.

Great customer service and amazing selection! Also felt very safe as they take all precautions for COVID procedures which I appreciate. Will definitely be returning.
