Casey the center manager was attentive, customer focused and extremely detail oriented. Caught a mistake I made and advised me on how to move forwards. Seriously saved the day.

Its just hit or miss. When you get the right team its smooth and friendly. But sometimes you get the wrong team who just stare at you blankly with no communication while you stand at the counter waiting for help - at least in the few moments when they arent desperately trying to avoid eye contact.
At 7:10 AM I arrived, March 14 2018 - for the record. This guys manager can look into it. I was the only one in the store. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes.The clerk/attendant did not acknowledge my presence. I thought perhaps the store had not officially opened and I said oh, are you not open yet? to which he replied oh, were open. And that was that.He did not say Ill get to you in ___ minutes. No nothing. Just stared at a computer screen.I get it, Im not worth your time.Here is something else: your review. You suck at this. Do something else.
Perfect location for doing business at Convention Center. They have helped my with quick copying of price sheets, business cards, shelf talkers, and even posters! Ive only had terrific customer service, and I continue to use them even when Im not down in Seattle.
Very slow turnaround times for simple things because this shop is SEVERELY understaffed - I went on a Monday morning after 9.00 and there were only two people on duty! Its also rather disorganised with no clear signage for queues. The services are expensive and the customers were stressed out! In a busy pedestrian area that receives patronage from business executives and some elderly people, this store is a major disappointment. It can and should easily do a lot better!

It be great if I could come in here and actually print what I needed but half the time I come in their printers are down, out of toner, out of paper. How do you run out of paper? Thats like the one thing you do. It be like Subway running out of bread it just shouldnt happen.

2019, new staff. Very helpful and very quick service these days!This is my go to FedEx Office for printing. Keep in mind this FedEx team services the WA convention center events. So pick your visit times wisely.

Do not go here. Worst place ever. I went in on a Thursday and needed to get confidential documents faxed overnight to be delivered Friday morning. I told the guy that I need my package delivered tomorrow morning, which delivery option is the best? Such as FedEx priority, FedEx first priority type thing. He keeps stopping our transaction to take phone calls instead of putting them on hold even though there is a line out the door. Two other employees keep walking back and forth from the break room (not working). He finally helps me after twenty minutes and four phone calls interupting us with people on the phone asking the same questions I stood in line to ask. THEN he tells me the option for Friday morning, it doesnt get there Friday morning. I call back and get the same guy on the phone to explain himself, he says it would be impossible for a Friday morning package to be delivered when I came in and dropped it off at 6pm because 5pm is the cut off. Well I asked and why did you not tell me this when I asked to get it there Friday morning? So I end up paying extra to just get the damn thing there by Saturday morning at least. THEN my package still gets delivered Monday morning. I think that the employee did both mistakes on purpose because I made him look stupid in front of a couple of the customers by asking him have you ever thought of putting people on hold? Save yourself the trouble! Dont go here.
I love my experience there so far. The guy who helped me are very thoughtful. I wish I can know his name. Overall, I recommend this fedex place :)
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They may be lower on price, but they treat you like a someone thats getting a discount. If you need some thing with in 24hrs DO NOT GO HERE.

If you need to just drop something off for shipping, this place is fine. If you need anyone to help you with anything, do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere else.We went to have our wedding programs printed out. We had everything set up and ready to go, including having them saved in different file formats so that whatever employee helped us could use what they were comfortable with. Long story short, we were there for about 30 minutes and the employee had no idea what, We need this centered, meant. The employee tried to rectify this by cutting off the edges, but the inner border remained. The situation was so ridiculous, it might have been funny if it wasnt something so important. If you need anything printed or any type of help, just walk up to Office Depot on 4th and Pike. Way better service and the employees actually know what theyre doing.
Dont ship ANYTHING to this location - they will refuse the delivery. They will then NOT re-route your package to another local FedEx Office that accepts packages like a NORMAL FedEx and will return your shipment without contacting you at all. You will then show up to retrieve your package and it will already be on its way back to where you sent it from.The website for this FedEx Office is unclear to NOT SHIP ANYTHING here, so I hope that I save another person/company from making this mistake and wasting hundreds of dollars. The website for this store says they are a printing and shipping location, but they really arent. There are other FedEx Office locations (one at the Westin) and UPS Stores that will deliver your packages nearby.

I don’t know why everyone complains about this place. I went in to ship a rental tux back to the vendor. They were very helpful with finding a box I could pack the clothes into. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes.
Looks like it hasnt gotten better since I was here two months ago. Especially this short black lady, despite taking a long break in the breakroom, still had a bad attitude after taking a long break while a long line of ten plus people formed by the pack plus area. Never in my life am I again going to use FedEx for my overnight bulk shipping needs.
Wow. Over half an hour to serve one customer with one package? Unclear signage. Need more staff. Hope I dont have to deal with this location again.

No Parking close you have to lug packages nearly 1/4 mile from the parking lot up the road. Stupid location go someplace else
I wish I could rate with zero stars. Jordan the assistant manager was the most inflexible and non-helpful FedEx associate I have ever had to deal with. Shame on you all -- TERRIBLE customer service!
