Went in for washer blades and wasnt sure exactly what to get, the employee came out and checked the license plate on the car put it into the system and pulled up the kind of wiper blades needed and he gave me three choices. And after that he went ahead and installed the new wiper blades for me. Very very nice.

This advance auto is one of best place to go in sebring FL. Every staff member are always friendly and always around when need help. Every staff member always there to help you with whatever youre looking for and If its not there they call one of their other locations or they will order it for you.

Stopped in to get a headlight for my mazda 5. It was cheap. Quick in and out. But they would not put the headlight in said they dont do that anymore. Sucked because I know nothing about cars. But a nice boy in the parking lot helped me out. Gave 4 stars because they no longer help with putting the headlight in.

I will start by saying that employees were not wearing masks, service was subpar as I waited and nobody helped out until I had to go and ask an employee for help. The parts that were supposed to be held for me (paid) were sent to the store where I paid for them. Their response was that the parts had been ordered at 2pm and I went to pick up after this time. It is not the first time that I shop at this store and the attitude and assistance has been the same. I would suggest to try the other Advance Discount Auto in Sebring as their staff is AMAZING and has always been helpful. I will also contact the corporate office as it is clear that there is a lack of management engagement in this store.

Went into to the store to get some simple items. Just a wheel cover, and car scents for my daughters car. Went outside to wait for my daughter and wife to buy the items we had picked out. After they met me outside they informed me that an older man working behind the counter, by the name of Chris T., had told them that Because most females dont have the strength to put these steering wheel covers on, you may want to get a man to help you. I am extremely upset with the sexism and disrespect that was shown towards my wife and daughter. If you are a female going into this store, I advise you to avoid the man named Chris T. Its quite obvious that he has no respect for women.

I wish I could give this store a higher rating, however EVERYTIME I go there they give me at least one part that is the wrong one! I have tried ordering on-line and they still pull the wrong parts. I am now a NAPA customer - Sorry guys!

In store experience was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Alex the store manager was very rude and turned away from me while I was talking. Basically pushed me out the store while not answering any of my questions

Some of their employees know what theyre talking about and some dont, at all. Dont just assume all the advice is the right advice. Prices can be higher than usual on some items.

Wife called to get a price on alarm plugs, waited on hold for 15 minutes. So we decided to go up to the store ( 11 miles away from my house ). Mean while still on hold while driving there, we get there and we wait to be seen at the counter( still on hold). Finally after 5 minutes of waiting we get helped by a female cashier who then tells us that the spark plugs we need are vin specific! She said if we would have called she couldve told us and we held up the phone and said were still on hold ! Dont recommend this location at all.

Disappointed because a staff was unwilling or not allowed to help me get my headlight bulb out of the socket. Went to my dealer the next day.

Staff was standing around talking instead helping customers, I left and went to auto zone

Out of town, engine light on. Car is running rough. Advance auto parts, read my code on service light, cleared the code, sold me the part I needed and tools for the job with a veterans discount. Back on the road an hour later.
