This Auto Zone has superior customer service. The manager Jeff and team member Robert that I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. I came in to purchase a battery because it was affecting my power steering. Robert offered to change it for me at the at the store so I didnt have to drive any further without power steering. As Robert was changing the battery he also noticed my serpentine belt had come lose; something another mechanic shop supposedly fixed weeks earlier. Instead of just leaving it between me and the mechanic shop to figure out Robert offered to temporarily reattach it so I could safely drive to the mechanic shop for further inspection. This was no easy feat as he and Jeff had to pull the schematic detailing how the belt attaches and Robert had to work in a very tight space. They really went above and beyond! I will definitely patronize this auto zone. It has my business as long as Jeff and Robert work there! I recommend this store to everyone in Highlands County!

Good battery prices and they helped switch out the battery

The guys i worked with were helpful, friendly and made me want to come a little farther than necessary to get my parts. I could get them 2 miles closer but they make it worth the little bit of extra time I have in my work day to the best service.

Team was attentive and provided great customer service. Store was clean and organized. Masks were worn by team members and the on duty manager was very personable.

Was given the wrong part and not very professional

My husband asked that I leave a review after visiting this AutoZone. And I can tell you he never really cares to leave reviews. My husband and my father went to this location today to replace our headlight bulbs. The first associate that got them the bulbs and rang them up was not very helpful but once they were outside trying to replace the bulbs on their own Robert showed up. He not only did it for them but also taught them how to do it. My husband was so impressed with Roberts willingness to help, especially since he didnt have to and he was not the associate that initially helped them. My husband isnt sure if Robert is an associate or a manager, but regardless he was veryt appreciative for the help. 5 stars is for Roberts customer service!

Went in to the store looking for an electric fan radiator mounting kit the part sales manager on duty had no idea what I was talking about explain what exactly it is and what its for and still had no idea what it was shame the type of people who get hired at auto parts store that have no car knowledge smh

Me and my sisters arrived at sore location 1203 in which manager Robert was on duty....I suffer with a few physical abilities not allowing me to be to tend to car running hot, and hoses leaking ...Robert took charge without conversation and provided customer service Ive never experienced in my life as a 44 yr old man....I wish I could have given money in which he wouldnt take for diving in and making it possible for the reunion trip with my sisters who I havent seen in 5 years...I just wanna let AutoZone know what kind of representative they have standing for them and know that I will always remember and encourage people to experience the service Autozone representatives put out...Robert deserdid all he diin w

Pricing was competitive except for when I asked the assistant to match a price for Brake Fluid, which was advertised from Walmart at being a little less than $3.00 cheaper. Everytime i go here there is a problem either they give you the wrong parts or they cant find it in store but it shows they have it on there computer smh very unorganized and works have little knowledge about cars

Im not sure what happened to actual parts people but no one here knows what to do if they cant ask the computer. I went in to get lift struts for my truck top and was told that they didnt carry those and I would have to go to a specialty shop to get them. I went out to my truck and measured the ones on the topper and then went back inside and went through the ones they had there until I found the ones that would work. I surly didnt need Year, Make and Model.
