Our corporation paid cash for a Live Oak MH in March. From the very beginning of the project, Mark form the Sebring location and Ken from the Labelle location did nothing but play games and manipulate every step of the entire project. It took over 5 months to get the CO on a home that was on the sales lot at the time of purchase. As of September 2020 the Electrical contractor that performed the MH hook up has not been paid and we had to pay an additional 2k due to the poor planning by Central MH of Sebring. The home was not placed in the proper place on the property lay out which increased the cost of both water and electric. Our corporation had to pay all extra cost due to the incompetence of the sales person (Mark). We would NOT recommend this MH dealership to any prospective buyers. There are to many other reputable MH dealers in the area. Good luck getting your home if you deal with this company. They have branches in Sebring and Labelle, so buyer beware. As of September 2020 we still have NOT got an itemized invoice to show were the money went that was again paid in cash in March 2020. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable MH dealer that follows the proper rules and inspection processes. Mark has also manipulated the last post that was posted by one of the owners. So again BUYER BEWARE.

Ummm I guess I should have done my research. I am reading the reviews and getting even more nervous. I knew something was wrong and now I am praying the rest of the process goes well. Uhh I am scared they are going to screw me they say one thing and do not follow through unless I get upset with them. The house is finally delivered and I am worried about the set up won’t be finished after reading these reviews. I am a nervous wreck

Mark and Ken are nothing but cons and liars. Save your money and research this company. Go to facebook and see the reviews. They’ve ripped many people off

The only reason for one star is I could not give anything less. Been trying to get in the house going on 6 months in which was paid in full for a turn key sale. We still do not have a C/O on the house and are now getting bills from the subs to complete the setup. The house was put in the wrong place and orientation on the lot, no communication what so ever, been told over a month and a half ago that it would be finished, cannot get even a call back from Mark who is in charge. I do not know how this company stays in business with the customer service that or lack of that has been provided. Lesson learned NEVER PAY IN FULL!!!!!

Horrible service! Very disappointed at the beginning it was great Mark Clayton was straight forward about the whole deal until things went way south. Its now about 6 months and we still have not gotten our deposit back. No word from anyone as till when that will be because the main office has a hold on it. What does that even mean?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Very poor communication. Mark said he would call me back with info on a home we were interested in. He never called, I had to call him, only to find out they sold it.

Bought a beautiful dw from them last month. Already moving in yeah !!!! The experience was wonderful especially dealing w Mark Clayton. He was super 👍🏻

Rated one star because I cannot leave 0. Save your money and go else where these people say one thing and do the other. They provide the worst customer service and are very rude. I won’t go into details with my experience but DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
