We discovered Tanglewood last year while visiting friends and loved it. We looked a some homes while we vacationed and our intention was to go home and fly back down to purchase one. Wendy was amazing. Very professional, knew everything about the property and the area. The 4 point home inspection you offer is a great service and Wendy had several inspectors to recommend. Wendy handled our closing for us and will also be meeting us when we move in next month to go over the details of the property( turning on the water heater, breaker box, etc...). Although Wendy and Dennis are a delightful couple and very helpful at first, my parents became unhappy with their experience when Wendy and Dennis became unresponsive to them after the contract was signed, they did not return phone calls or text messages (and there were many) prior to the closing, and they made promises that they could not keep.Make sure you get everything in writing!Update to my original post- I contacted Matt at the corporate office and told him about my parents experience and how upset they were to loose the house and their deposit. Matt was wonderful and wanted to make things right, long story short, my parents will be closing on the house they had under contract and the deposit will be used toward the purchase price of the home. Matt had this all fixed within 24 hours, returning phone calls, text messages and email almost immediately. Hats off to Matt! I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I didn’t give 5 stars because of the problems we had in the beginning.

This is a above average broker of mobile homes. Singles and doubles, unsure on triple as they rarely make them any more. They go above and beyond to show you all the homes in your price range.
