Coffe taste good, friendly staff and good service

As a frequent traveller I choose my hotels near Starbucks, this time I had a sour surprise … the store is closed for public !Even though there were happily Diddy drinking people

Traveling here for work & I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. The young lady who took my order udon a Venti Dragonfruit Refresher with lemonade with no problem but when it came to my Venti Caramel Apple Spice my experience went down hill. I watched her ring up a Apple Crisp Machiato & I corrected her because that wasn’t what I was asking for her manager stepped in to correct my drink. The young lady making my drinks was super sweet once I got my drink I noticed I received a grande & not a venti which is what I asked & intended to pay for. I brought it to the managers attention & instead of her offering a coupon for correcting the issue she instructed me to pay for a venti & wait for another drink which wasn’t ideal when I gave clear instructions on both of my drinks. I have 3 more days in New Jersey & I will find a Starbucks further in distance rather than go here.

Just had a second visit here & yet again the staff unfortunately couldnt get my orders right !Not to mention, I tasted a flavor of a syrup I did not even request 🙄 I understand their always busy but paying attention to customers details are important ! Definately Feel they could use some improvements.

Love this Starbucks! Located right by one of the best movie theaters in the area, it is great to arrive a little early and grab a cup before a late night movie with a friend.The location is clean (well-lit at night) and they have always made my drinks exactly as orders each time I visit!

Was staying in the area and did not want to spend all our time at the hotel. My sister and I brought our work to the local Starbucks. Strong drinks, great work space and amazing partners. Will return to this location now on when traveling through.

Placed my order with a carrier. I received my order with a cute little note saying sorry for the replacement. Such a classy gesture. They also sent a $4 recovery card which wasnt even necessary. I cant even say thank you

I’m so thankful to the Staff at this Starbucks location!In the middle of the pandemic, I needed a place to get away and study for a test. My local library was closed. I called this location. They said they had outdoor and limited indoor seating and that I was welcomed to come over.Almost daily for 2 months, I came to this Starbucks to study. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating! They kept the tables cleaned and sanitized. The floors were swept and mopped. The hot chocolate was made just the way I asked. The staff even checked in with me to ensure all was well. George, Dylan and Kristin went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I had such a wonderful experience!Two nights before my big test, Dylan came over to where I was sitting and said ‘you’ve got this!’ It was very encouraging.Needless to say, I passed my test! The staff at this location were such blessings! I was very grateful to have been there. Blessings to all of them!PS - The only downside was that at times the music was loud but they are were always willing to adjust it for me.

The Baristas here are soo nice ! I just walked in and they were very polite and kind. I’ve never walked into a Starbucks and have been greeted warmly as of today . George the cashier was very nice aswell . Keep up the great customer service and good drinks 👍👍👍

Why does this location close at 5:00pm now? It used to close later on in the day. Very inconvenient closing time.

Cool staff good service. only problem is they close when ever they feel like it sometimes 7pm sometimes 7:30 sometimes 8 etc etc. says open till 10 so you waste your time and come to get your coffee and they have a hand written sign sry we closed. Manager needs to update hours. That is if they know the employees close at these times !!

I ordered the Oat Milk Latte and it was delicious. Easy to Veganize your orders.

Staff are pleasant. My drink is always made correctly. Mobile orders are always ready upon my arrival. COVID safety measures are also being enforced. When we stay at the hotels in the plaza. They are our go to!

Fairly large Starbucks coffee store located at the Harmon. Plenty of coffee and sandwiches selection like any other Starbucks. Outside sitting available as well. Parking. Staff is friendly but fairly slow. Overall they are good and plenty of tables.

Quick and fast just don’t understand why indoors is closed when the rest of jersey has just increased capacity.

Service ok. No sugar and cream bar or indoor seating. This will be ok when the weather gets better but for now.....inconvenient.

It’s always the same sugar honey iced tea when I’m in the area at this location in the morning.. The young lady taking orders in the morning with black hair in a pony tail needs to learn manners. My regular location in Union is always on point with customer service.

Good starbucks since it had a lot of items in stock (especially bakery) and was surprisingly empty when I went at night.

This is a great location. People are always friendly and greet you! they are usually pretty fast with taking care of your order.. the selection is as youd expect from a Starbucks and so is the food quality! drive thru can sometimes get backed up and then it causes a little bit of a traffic mess other than that great place easy to get towill definitely go back and can recommend

Probably the best Starbucks in the city. They always get my drink right, even if it is a little complex, and they are so nice about it. Always some nice conversations had there as well.

Almond milk overdone and diluted the drink too much. Restaurants in the same mini-mall shopping area were open for indoor seating, but here at this Starbucks only the employees on break were allowed to sit at tables inside.

One of the worst wait times Ive ever had at a Starbucks. Over a dozen people waiting for drinks, some almost 15 minutes! Its 9am, there are 6 people behind the counter and online orders are more important than the people standing in front of them. Staff was very friendly but spent too much time apologizing to customers. There should have been some free drinks given out!

Its a very busy location and the staff handles it expertly! Never too long of a wait and every there is always very friendly. Love this location!

Starbucks always makes delicious beverages. Got a taste of there Matcha Green Tea Latte, plus with St. Patricks Day and it being a green beverage. Had to get use to it but still give 5 stars.

Normally one comes to Starbucks to be catered when it comes to coffee and other drinks theres no reason if you ask for sugar or sweetener in your drink the server can not accommodate when making it. Other than that nice place.

If you shop here twice theyll remember your name forever, very nice people, and the drinks are pretty much always consistent. For handling very complex drink orders, they manage to do it very efficiently.

I like all Starbucks I visit, but Ive noticed a trend in many of them and its the restrooms; they are not kept to a high level of cleanliness as their sitting and waiting area. Such was the case this time. Aside from that, definitely worth visiting.

I love Starbucks and I frequent this location often as it is 4 minutes from my church (which only serves decaf during after-service coffee hour). It should be a simple matter to online order, grab my coffee and go. Unfortunately the service on the weekends here is a bit slow. During the week when Ive been in the area its always fine. But for some reason Sundays are really super slow. So if you just want to hang out, its fine. But if you want an in and out experience, maybe not. This location has never been my favorite, its oddly shaped, hard to navigate when busy, and not the cleanest because they always seem understaffed. But I can get my caffeine so I make do.

Beverage was great. Theres 2 restroom facilities. One was out of order. The one that was in service was not properly cleaned at all. And the toilet didnt flush well either. Poor quality for Starbucks

Slow & rude staff, improper mask wearing

Had a bad experience, ordered 3 smores frappuccino beverages they tasted and looked horrible nothing like I had in the past. To make matters worse the shop ran out of whipped cream should have been told there was no cream instead of giving a beverage without it. To their credit they remade the drinks. These beverages come at a premium they should not be missing ingredients. I will not be patronizing them anymore.

I ordered a blonde cappuccino. While they were making it they left it open for around 15 minutes and then finished making it. I opened it and there was a lot of room. When I started drinking it, it was cold and there was barely any foam. I do not recommend coming to this location. This is the only Starbucks location we have ever had any problem with.

My rating here would be similar to every Starbucks I go to.Professional young aged baristas who’s always friendly. Like any other Starbucks, you don’t wanna be standing in their line when it gets busy.Pricing is kinda high but also like any other Starbucks

Oh my gosh I had such a good time the service was amazing there was just so many funny people so many interesting stories while they gave me my coffee oh my gosh it was Ammmmmaazzzzing that was like such a positive placean I was having an OK day but I’m like I went in there and it was such a positive place and I was like yes oh my gosh there’s a there’s this one especially very kind funny person and I don’t remember his name such an interesting young man i think his name started with an E I think it was Elliot that was his name Elliot oh my gosh that guy oh my gosh it was so fun and I had so so much fun I want to go back that is my new place now that is my place now OK you don’t get me that is my place

Service is a bit slow, every time I come here I see stock boxes piled around restroom area. Its not that crowded but looks dirty a dark. I love starbucks coffee and they make it. Hence the 4 stars

The employees here are friendly enough, but theyre extremely slow. I order a tall pike every time I come to this location and somehow it always takes several minutes to receive my order. Its not even that crowded, but its always slow.Also, the tables outside are disgusting. I dont think theyve been cleaned once since the start of the summer. They always have food or drinks stuck to them, so if you want to sit outside you either have to clean them yourself or put down napkins so your laptop doesnt stick to the table.Overall, theres better Starbucks near this location that I would recommend over this one.
