This location is incredible! The employees are kind and very helpful. They are always hustling. Sometimes I wish I can get my own kids to hustle that fast. I really appreciate all the hard work they do to get me a hot expresso drink.ππ€

We are local, and often go through the drive through. This location closes randomly with no warning, or, they close the lobby and put scribbled hand made signs up telling you to order through the drive through only. Numerous occasions upon arrival, the drive through was blocked by a hand made sign declaring the drive through option closed. I can think of at least five times when we arrived during their normal business hours, and were greeted by signs scribbled in hand writing that declared, Closed. More times than I can count, the main lobby would be closed, and the line for the drive through would go out onto the street, and all the way up to the junction with 89A. Nearly a half hour wait. The staff there is friendly enough, but this behavior of randomly closing whenever they want surely is not acceptable by the Starbucks corporate headquarters. It looks bad in the eyes of visitors to Sedona, and makes it look like our Starbucks is run by volunteers who awake, and only open up if they feel like working that day. Yes, its that bad. I would suggest new management, because they cannot go on like this, closing randomly. Im not accustomed to writing bad reviews, but this Starbucks location is in need of a serious fix.

This is the first time iβve seen a starbucks with a drive thru, Iβm really glad they have one because itβs much more convenient. Usually when we pass by, it always seems to be busy. We waited at the drive thru for about 30 min, waiting on the street with 3 other cars behind us. I donβt go to starbucks often so I donβt mind the wait. Picked up a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Creme Frapp, Birthday Cake Pops and a Double Smoked Bacon & Cheddar Sandwhich ($21~)
They always make the best & every other company will never hold a candle too them. They even provide for the local hungry did you know that? They are very generous.
You wait in line at the drive through for ten minutes and when you finally get to the window they tell you they are out of everything for your drink!! This is not the first time they have been out of product, someone needs to learn how to order properly. Then all they are is βsorry!β If I could give zero stars I would.
Its a beautiful area, clean store, were really friendly staff. I was here on a Friday before lunch. I recommend the pink drink and the dragon drink for cool refreshing summertime, something different.

Drive through only, my vehicle is too tall and they absolutely refused to accommodate or let me come to the window. This is the most ridiculous think I have ever heard of and has nothing to do with the pandemic or safety measures. There is zero reasoning for this.

Love Starbucks...but the dining room being completely closed so that you have to go through the drive though to get coffee is COMPLETELY unacceptable. While I was at the outside patio, I told a half dozen folks they had to use the drive through...couldnt even order on the app, at least four, if not five of those customers left. This situation has been going on for WEEKS ...This situation is NOT Covid related...they simply dont have enough staff. For a HUGE tourist town like Sedona, This situation wont fly.How can I take people there for coffee, have meetings there if we have to drive through???

Horrible service. Went walking to grab a simple black tea, was asked to order online, system not working, was told I need to come through drive through with a car. I said I can come and pay at drive through, they said system wont work like that, I need to come by car. I asked for manager, Im told she is on break. Pathetic service and lack of common sense.

It is rare for me to give a negative review, but a coffee shop that opens at 9am is not a coffee shop. Just close the location and save your patrons the inconvenience of arriving at an appropriate time (7am) to find the location not open. That is a significant departure from any Starbucks corporate standard of service. Thank you

The employees were nice, but the drinks werent really good, all of them tasted extremely diluted. It could have just been a bad day for them though.
Do not come for internet! Unbelievably slow connection, around 50 kb/s which is about dial up speed. When I asked the barista, she said its always this slow. This is unacceptable for a coffee shop, especially Starbucks. Me and the three other people using computers have to use personal hotspots on our phones. Paid $6 for a drink so I could use their internet. Very disappointed*Edit: Im changing this to a one star review because I see numerous other reviews stating the same thing dating to over a year ago. It seems like time for new management
Sorry to say....I had to ask the barista twice to remove the foam...on the no foam mocha. Than she handed me the mocha dripping down the side..I asked if she would double cup it...she did... no apology

I purchase many gift cards for trips and other people from Starbucks. Convenient locations and short wait times are most beneficial. The drinks are almost always above and beyond, but over priced. Example: today on vacation, we purchased 5 drinks (4 small, 1 large) for just under $27. Nothing unusual, just 2 mocha coffees and 3 kids drinks. If price is a concern, there are other options. I think Ill limit future visits, although a good coffee is one of my last remaining vices. An occasional splurge from time to time wont break me.
Starbucks in a very scenic Sedona with the red rocks in the background. I used to go here alot and the Staff is great always treating me well. One Barista in particular, Lauren, always does a fantastic job and really shows she appreciates customers.The wifi works great, they keep the place clean and theres shaded outdoor seating.Highly recommended.

Huge Starbucks fan. However, was very disappointed by the customer service at this location. A woman in front of me was spoken to with such disrespect as she was requesting alterations to her drink. Additionally, I came here to work outside (during COVID). There are no outlets outside so when my computer died I asked if I could leave my computer inside to charge while I continued drinking my drink outside. The older male employee I asked seemed surprised I would even ask this and would not let me charge my laptop (with no explanation).

I have visited various star buck but this shop have very bad customer service. I dont recommend people going there. We bought three mocha, it was very choclate and i complained them but still it was very chocolate it was like chocolate drink.Also i order two capacino coffee and i asked couple of sugar pockets. They are hestitant to give sugar pockets. Very bad customer service.
Disappointing to see employees not listening and clean up the bathrooms! Soap was EMPTY and I notified them, yet they did not bother replace or refilling it immediately. Such lazy employees! Do not bother visiting this Starbucks if u need a quick stop to use bathroom.
The very slowest Starbucks Iβve ever been to. The drive thru took over a half an hour and they were out of almost everything. However, the partners were friendly and our order was 100% accurate.

Turn off mobile ordering if you are closed. The point of mobile ordering is to be in and out quickly. I waited in the drive through line over 30 mins to pick up my mobile order. I would never have placed the order if I knew that would happen, but you already had my money so I had to wait.

The worst starbucks I have ever been to! Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for an iced tea; I watched the other customers order and leave. The supervisor was hostile and too busy policing people instead of helping her baristas get drinks out.
Love our local Starbucks but wish they where open after all of the 8 to 5 workers get off. We need coffee for second shift called home. To bad you close At 5 its to early and as a business owner I know you know your losing money by closing then.

This Starbucks takes the award for the slowest location in the country. Ouch. Sat in the drive through for a solid 25 minutes and only moved one cars worth. We gave up!

So I am visiting from out of town, and I walked from my hotel to get a cup of coffee at the Starbucks today. Not only was this Starbucks have a huge sign advertising they were open on Christmas Day, which is appalling but the lobby was closed and they refused to serve me a cup when I walked to the window. I get itβs against policy but if your lobby isnβt open, then how else can someone who walked/ran get a cup of coffee? The service was incredibly rude saying her manager would get mad if she served me a cup of coffee. Well I think this Starbucks needs new management because I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbuck and obviously they donβt treat their employers right either.
I visited Sedona over the weekend with my daughter and visited this starbucks twice both times were busy so understandably the wait was long the second visit i did a mobile order so it wouldnt be such a long wait... it was not ready when i arrived but one of my drinks was behind counter after 10 min the barista asked if I had an mobile order, most mobile orders are placed up front so i said yes and took one of my drinks the second drink had not even been started yet. horrible service they employees moved with no real purpose and didnt seem to know what they were doing. Very disapointing

Wow! We went through the drive through earlier in the afternoon. The worker gave us the wrong drink, asked us two times what are drink orders were, takes forever to give us the drinks. Fast forward three hours, we are at dinner and my husband reaches for his card, nope, not there. Great, the lady at the Starbucks drive through never gave us our card back. We go back to get it. My husband shows them his ID. The manager tells him that eight, yes, eight credit cards were accidentally kept today. Are you kidding me. Clearly, kept this lady off the drive through.

The staff here are afraid to bring your order out to you. They hide behind the counter and just shout your name, making no effort to get to know somebody (especially not their locals or frequent guests).This is just a general comment about starbucks. A few years ago their coffee quality slipped, and their edibles now taste similar to cardboard (frozen goods that they bake in a convection oven). I just want to check in and make sure theyre keeping the coffee high quality and the pastries edible. A little burnt and cardboardy here right now...
Store was full of people waiting. I had ordered for pickup at 9:07. My sandwich was ready as promised by 9:15. Coffee came at 9:25. After the pickup order had a row of 9 cups waiting, another staff came to help the buried barista. I didnt see one familiar worker. Drive-through is packed and has 2 cars waiting out in the street, blocking traffic. Parking lot and lobby is also full at 9:45 am, Monday, 1-11-21 as I chew on a once hot, now luke warm sandwich. Why do people, who cannot manage their own business, train and pay workers well enough to stay, run for president?
I had to use the mens bathroom and it looked like there had been a food fight in there but it wasnt food if you get my drift. Anyways I needed to go, so I did my business and found out that there was No toilet paper. Texted my wife to tell the barista That it was needed immediately. They just nodded and continued to ring people up. My wife had already ordered by now and so she went into the womens bathroom to get some TP for me and I completed my bathroom transaction. My wife was still waiting for our 2 drinks, a short black coffee and a Java chip no whip. About 3minutes later I got my drink with whip..... We Still were waiting on the short black coffee. The guy who gave me my drink said he doesnt do those drinks and would need to see the cashier. The cashier asked us to hold a minute while she figured out how to cut and start toasting a bagel. Then asked what we would like. My wife was way more polite than I would have been at this point and asked for her coffee. We are in the area for a week and will not be going back.
