Anna was very clear and thorough in explaining the features of my new hearing aids and how to use them. She made sure I understood everything. When I got home and tried to set up the TV Connector I ran into problems. I called and left a message that I needed help and she returned my call promptly and was so knowledgable! My husband Mark, was visiting family in Sedona, and he was having trouble with his hearing aids. Connect Hearing was just down the street from where we were. He took in his hearing aid and they asked him to come back in 15 to 20 minutes. Upon returning they had fixed it and didn’t even charge him for cleaning and replacing a filter. Very friendly and helpful. Wonderful care.

Best service Ive received in the 16 years since I first bought hearing aids. This is a nice clean facility with two friendly people. Misty takes her time and is very knowledgeable. I previously purchased hearing aids at three different places but Connect is the best! My husband has been going to Connect Hearing in Sedona for over a year. The audiologist Misty is just great! She is informative, and so helpful. She obviously has such a love for what she does. These are my husband’s first hearing aids, and they have truly changed his life.It is such a nice office, and meticulously clean. Bonnie, the admin for the office is very professional and caring. Misty has always gone the extra mile to make sure his hearing aids are perfectly adjusted.We travel 100 miles round trip to go to this office, and yes, it is worth it!

What a great experience! I have a pair of Phonak hearing aids, purchased from another provider, that were not working quite correctly. Misty checked, reprogrammed, and cleaned them. Although a specific problem was not found, they were working properly when finished.They were very accommodating to my needs, COVID procedures were in place, and I will return for future hearing issues.

I was referred to Connect Hearing after my previous provider passed away. I have been in twice. Both times I was greeted warmly and had nothing but professional care. The provider recommended I get a Blue Tooth TV device so that I could hear TV better. I decided to get it. I cant wait for it to arrive. I am very impressed with the staff and look forward to my next visit.

I had never been to hearing connect before. I had removed my hearing aids and the clear dome from one of them remained lodged in my ear canal. I had to fly to New York the following day and was hoping I didnt have to spend the day in the emergency room trying to get this thing removed. I walked in without an appointment and Misty Crespo removed the dome from my ear with no problem. She made me feel at ease the moment I met her. She and her staff are true professionals. I would recommend them to anyone. To top things off when I asked what I own her she told me dont worry about it and just enjoy the rest of the day. Thank you Misty!

Finally got a replacement for a hearing aid that no longer worked. It was time for another hearing test anyway. So glad I did. The office is helpful and professional. Misty was very patient and clear. The new hearing aids have more functions than my old one. Love the tinnitus feature.

The BEST service Ive had in the 10 years Ive been wearing hearing aids. This is my first pair with this company and they are hands-down better than Miracle Ear and almost half the price AND a Caption phone was included. With Miracle, you would have to pay an additional amount. Couldnt be happier.

I had been procrastinating about getting hearing aids for a couple of years. I had had my hearing checked at a couple of places, but just couldnt work up any enthusiasm for the whole process.Misty at Connect hearing changed all that. She was very personable and professional. She spent a long time with me explaining what she would be doing and why and answered every question I had.I have now had my hearing aids for a couple of weeks and I just cant get over what a difference it has made in my lifeI went back for the first week appointment and she tweeked a couple of things I had asked about and went over the cleaning/maintenance schedule.Once again, let me say how happy I am with both Misty and my new hearing aids.

I had a tough situation arise with my hearing aids while I was visiting Sedona from out of state. Though I wasnt their regular patient, the folks were quick to work me in and help out by contacting my audiologist and professionally re-programmed my units, solving the issue very quickly and professionally -- all at no charge. They treated me very well and graciously, especially considering they would probably never see me again.

Misty and Kassi are Awesome! Misty really knows her stuff and will set you up with the hearing aids that are best for you so you can enjoy hearing again. Kassi is extremely knowledgeable working with insurance companies and can help you along every step of the way with your provider.

Misty, audiologist of Connect Hearing Sedona, was able to see my husband very quickly (the same day we called following an ENT appointment). The staff was nice, the office clean, but the chairs in the waiting room were a little hard. Misty did a thorough and comprehensive hearing exam and we were VERY surprised and pleased that there was no charge. I highly recommend this office and audiologist.

AWESOME service. I was a walk-in from out of town with a VA hearing aid requiring service. Only lady in the office was with a patient. Another customer ahead of me was also a walk-in. With a VERY pleasant demeanor she answered the other persons question and promptly fixed my problem. I was out of there within ten minutes. The was a follow up from a test I received from another Hearing Specialist a week earlier. Misty and Cassie were both very professional. I liked the technology better than the other clinic and was impressed with the video scope of the er drums... Never saw that before. Misty took a picture. She was easy to talk with and I got a hands on trial of Phonak hearing aids. This alone answered many additional questions I had after the last appointment. Much more time was spent with me than at the other appointment. I really felt like I mattered. I used to teach world class service for a major transportation company and I know world class service when I see it.

This office has been fantastic to work with. The hearing exam was the most complete exam I have ever had and it made sense to test what we actually experience rather than the simple beeps that we normally would hear. Once the test was complete the various aids were explained and I was given a demo set to test for 15 days. After the first day I realized that the aids were so much better than I had been given by the VA as they actually worked to improve my hearing under various circumstances. She had extensive experience before she came to Sedona, is extremely knowledgeable about the science of hearing, conducts herself professionally, and is willing to help out in any way possible. On several occasions I needed professional advice and assistance and Misty was there to provide it.

At last! Arizonas Verde Valley now has a hearing care professional capable of handling the most challenging problems we customers can come up with. After meeting Misty Crespo, I was quickly convinced that she is not only a hearing expert, but appears to be clairvoyant as well. With a little sneaky help from the latest technology, she really does know much of whats going on in my head! Whats more, she is willing to put in the extra effort to make all my crazy ideas actually happen. As a result, my wife and I are both enjoying the best hearing weve had in years! My only complaint is that my wifes hearing has improved so dramatically that she keeps turning the television volume down to half of our norm, forcing me to increase the volume on my hearing aids!
