As always, Dr. Prow and Lisa are fabulous. We could go to an Oticon dealer closer to home, but Dr. Prow’s practice is so terrific that we would never go anywhere else.

They seemed knowledgable but offered no information or details about what they were doing or what they were selling unless directly asked about it. The office reeks of old cigarette smoke or something equally unpleasant. Finally my insurance pays 100% of HAs but they claimed it paid 100% of the contracted cost which was half the actual cost so I needed to pay the other half. Crooks. I would not recommend the Sedona Hearing Center to anyone and will never be back.
