Staff is friendly and helpful, place is very clean, and your drink is made right!

I am a pretty frequent customer of this location since construction started across the street. Every time I’ve gone in, the staff has been friendly, courteous, and spot on with my orders.Today, I went in for a pretty specific drink order, and when I took my first sip, it wasn’t correct. Brought it back, and the individual I spoke with remade it no questions asked. She asked that I take a sip to make sure it was correct, and when I did, it was spot on.Highly recommend this location.

Had to wait a bit for my coffee but that was no trouble,tasted great. Unimpressed by manager on duty at the time. Clearly made baristas uncomfortable

I absolutely love this location as far as customer service. Almost every single employee takes the time to remember small details about every customer. For me i like the cold lid with the smaller whole when I get sweet cream foam on my latte. Jackson. Valerie and the blonde shift manager are by far the best employees. They deserve recognition! As far as menue selection Starbucks annoys me how they get rid of some of there best flavors. The other thing that annoys me is the choice of cold cups with straws. They never get enough when they order. I have found a better selection at target but you cant use your points at target locations 😡

This is absolutely the slowest Starbucks ever! It takes 30 minutes minimum, to get anything. It would be nice to grab a little “pick me up” but definitely not happening here in any timely manner I’m fro Seattle so I remember back in the day when I could get Starbucks east of Chicago.Not what it used to be.

Great Starbucks! Staff is always friendly, and they are frequently busy. Usually when I go in the afternoons, they are so busy that they forget to do my order (or someone else’s) so sometimes there is a long wait trying to get the attention of the barista to ask for your order. However, they are always very apologetic and work quickly to get your drink to you. Such a friendly staff! I love coming here!

Starbucks seekonk is the best! Probably why the line is always so long! The kid with the beard is the best! Love that kid! Think his name is Jackson

My daughter is a Starbucks fan. We go a couple times a week.

I went there with my two granddaughter .We all got a regular Petty.It was amazing what they do .The Petty included a paraffin dip with a nice long massage.While your toenails were trying we got a back massage. All in all a wonderful experience.Whenever I come back to visit from Maine I will definitely go back there.By the way they were all very friendly and helpful.Loved it. Thank you.

Nice, clean facility with friendly staff!! They were all very health conscious with the pandemic as well. My only issue is the line was outrageous both thru the drive thru and walking in. It too nearly 20 min to get my drink. Otherwise, good experience as always with Starbucks!

They Had told me they will start doing mobile orders on Monday and will have them out on a table so I don’t have to wait in A 2 HOUR long line but today when I came they told me no I have to wait in the 2 HOUR long line I figured my HOT drinks would be cold so I asked them to remake it they said we make it when you get here so what EVEN is the point of a mobile order would someone employ like to explain

Their little fruit and cheese box is perfect for when I want a charcuterie on the go! And I love tevana tea so the tea is always a must for me as well.

Terrible lukewarm coffee. Took forever, very little organization behind the counter.

The parking lot setup is a bit crazy but its worth it for the good service and food

Efficient...thats what comes to mind...The coffee...robust as always.What would one expect?The same...consistent quality. Hand crafted with care...and with a smile.I found the staff courteous. Teamwork was notable.The place ..Cafe area had been redecorated...with a more functional design.More table and space.Its great place to go and catch up on some internet surfing ( like I do).Or to get work done.

I love this place. They always get my order right. It takes a while but it comes out to be the best Starbucks drinks. I totally recommend.

Went there at 830ish the other night and they ignored me I called they said they were closed yet it says online they close at 9 pm. Get new damn people.

Its Starbucks you know what to expect. Usually expect a line in the drive through this one gets busy. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Have been driving here thru pandemic and waiting sometimes an hour in line to get husbands cloud macciato. Always pleasant and professional. Love giving the dog a puppacino.

Not as good as usual. Was in the drive up line for over 30 minutes. Not too pleased with Seekonk store no compensation for longer than usual wait. Other Starbuck have given coupons to makeup for my time.

Seekonk Starbucks is the best Starbucks around. I go out of my way to visit this location. Starbucks customer service in general is just as fantastic as Chick-fil-A, it absolutely sets them apart from the competition.

We all enjoyed the coffees that we bought. We bought a pound of Christmas blend to take home that was good too. My complaint is the same as always with Starbucks-Expensive, Expensive, Expensive!

Never had a problem at this location. Drive through is speedy. It can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Not necessarily Starbucks fault, more of a problem with the layout of the shopping complex itself.

I go to this particular Starbucks often because its close to home & work. The staff for the most part are friendly and polite and the coffee is always great and freshly brewed. No burnt beans here 😃. Also the interior was recently renovated and it looks awesome. Theres a bar with Nitro brew on tap!!! So cool 😎

When it comes to Starbucks high quality coffee is to be expected and I got just that. However what I enjoy about this location is the cozy setting, perfect to read, write a school paper or just paperwork in general. Great place.

Baristas are always friendly and prompt! Coffee is always made just right and consistent. Food is always fresh and tasty, albeit a little pricey for the portion sizes.

Terribly slow service. Staff couldnt seem to be less enthusiastic about their jobs. A simple latte order took 10+ minutes. The latte was the worst Ive ever tasted (borderline rancid). Within two sips, I had to throw it in the garbage. The store was practically empty, I can see why. I will never return to this Starbucks.

With fast, courteous service, a reasonably quick drive-thru for in and out convenience & the great food and drink we all know and love, this location has a couple of downsides, chiefly, it is a bit small so it is not good for moderate or large group meet ups and the layout of the parking lot leaves much to be desired. But, this is still Starbucks and it operates well under the circumstances.

Coffee made the same way every time you go and try their protein platters! They are perfect for a light lunch.

Good service and coffee when I go later on the day. If I go when they first open (5:30) theyre never open on time and they just stare at me at the door so I sadly go to Dunkin instead.

We only give it three stars because we enjoy the coffee/lattes when theyre made correctly however since they renovated it seems like staff is all new so wait time is longer than it used to be and have to repeat orders.Just today my fiancé ordered a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, when he got to the window he waited for 5 minutes for the employee to tell him they dont have anymore. He ordered a chorizo/egg sandwich in place of, when he went to eat it it was sausage.... On the positive the employee did apologize and gave a 4$ gift card because of the previous sandwich incident
