This was my first season with Oil and I ran out. I filled out the application online which was actually pretty easy. They came out the same day and took care of us. Ive been w Arrow for about 4 years now ..they call back almost immediately when ordering, deliver within 24 hours in most cases and the men who show up to fill the tanks are extremely personable. You also cant beat their prices!!! AAA+++ for Arrow Fuel!!!

Ive had a great experience with Arrow Fuel. You can schedule delivery online, which Ive done most often and LOVE, but on instances Ive called the office the personnel was helpful and kind. Their prices are typically amongst the lowest, (plus theyre always sending you promo codes for even greater savings!), and Ive found their delivery to be very quick, with friendly drivers. Just wish they had service!! We have an older system and need a tune-up and probably a service plan too, to be safe. Its the only reason Im thinking of going elsewhere, or else Id happily continue on as I have. {I may still just have a separate company service the furnace so I can continue on; still doing my research to decide. Their pricing and ease of access is most compelling.}

There screen supposedly is different that your screen so your check may have not cleared on time.. thats the excuse they give. Very dishonest
