Communication with the office even with their online ordering (very easy) has been solid. They moved to paperless due to COVID considerations so online payment, electronic receipts, etc. are well done. I would definitely recommend.

Never had a problem in the past except for today. I was told by the woman last week that delivery would be on Tuesday. They showed up today (Monday New Year’s Day) the driver came to the door and was rude to my girlfriend, she then got me and I went to speak to him. He immediately had an attitude with me, I said the woman in the office said Tuesday. He then snapped back saying we deliver here on Mondays!! So before I could say anything to that which want an issue at all. He immediately rolled into complaining that it was cold outside I replied yes I know he then said Forget it!! And stormed off to his truck and drove off. I’m not really sure what the issue was that he came to the door in the first place. He never said anything about it.So I called the office they finally answered the phone. I asked to who I was speaking with he just said I just answer the phones. I asked to speak with a manager or owner even if they could call me back sometime. I was then informed that the young immature driver with a horrible customer service manner was one of the owners. Then after a brief discussion and was told by the guy who answered the phone that they have a large customer base and losing me was no big deal but then said we’d hate to lose you in the same sentence. That pretty much made my mind up that I will no longer do business with them ever again. If customer service is bad at the head I can only imagine how it is with the rest of the company and was proven by the guy who answered the phone.Happy freakin New Years!! Didn’t think 2018 would start out like this...

Consistently well priced and excellent service!Last year, they delivered during 1 of the worst storms. Last night, I was dismayed to find my gauge was off and ran out of oil around 10:30 pm. I placed an online order (very simple to do) and crossed my fingers it would be here in a couple days. To my surprise, they were there this morning! Im sure this isnt something they are able to accomplish every time, but am very grateful they could this time!

Great company. Ordered oil once, but went into labor!! My card was all messed up. They still delivered the oil. Congratulated us on the baby and we paid them the following week when I got home. They were great about the situation. Love that you can order online as well.

Ive been using pricerite oil since 2013. When I moved outta taunton I was so glad I could keep them. Pricerite oil is honestly the best oil company ever. They dont treat u like a paycheck they treat you like family. I think everyone should use pricerite. Ive told my friends and family how amazing they are and now I had to post this because they are truly amazing and always willing to work with you.
