Five star service. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by Andrea, who was kind enough to take care of my online return right away. My experience with FedEx is either hit or miss, and this was an absolute hit. I’m surprised by the shop’s poor rating and get the impression it’s now under new management. As someone without a printer and who does most of their shopping online, I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you, Andrea!

Ordered a $500 package. Was delivered to the wrong address despite my confirmation email having the correct address. Basically told it wasnt FedEx problem. And we wonder why Jeff Bezos is worth $200 billion....... this is why

Called about a delivery to ensure it would arrive by the end of day (scheduled delivery date) and was told it was guaranteed delivery only for it to not to show up. Status wasnt updated until 7:40 pm stating it wouldnt arrive. Not the first time this has happened. Dealing with FedEx is an absolute nightmare 100% of the time.

I am not a fan of FedEx In general due to several issues I have had with deliveries not making it to me, along with some bad customer service experiences. I discovered this location as a pick up spot for the deliveries that had not been arriving at my place, and now reroute all my packages here. In contrast to past experiences with FedEx and other pick up locations this place is great. They offer fast and friendly service, and all seem to do their jobs well. I have never had an issue here and always have been greeted with a smile. The employees here are the only reason I continue to use FedEx. The physical store always appears clean and well maintained. Parking spaces are limited, but it has never been an issue to get a space.

Ordered an item from Lowes and fedex is delivering it. It has been sitting in a truck for over a week and not being delivere. We call daily and are told that ut is coming tomorrow....for a week. Frustrating! Also an employee named Emilio hung up on us when we called and inquired unreal!

If you need a signature to receive your package, forget about it. They wont even get out of the truck to do their job and then theyll claim it was attempted but unsuccessful even when youre home all day, frequently look out the window, AND have a camera showing they didnt do what they were supposed to. Was supposed to get a call back from their manager, but that never happened either. Pathetic. Must be nice to get paid to NOT do your job.

Id rather prefer to give 0 stars. Ive been waiting for this package all day. They did not attempt a delivery Ive been home all day looking out the window and customer service was 0 help!

24 minutes away from this and they cant ship my packages. Have to wait 2 weeks for them to deliver and dont even get them.

Been waiting for a month for delivery. Every day is a different story. In transit, on the truck for delivery, unable to deliver, delivery restrictions. Fedex is such a lousy company with THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL THE INDUSTRIES. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

They deliver my package at the wrong house thank god the person brought the package to my house

I ship a lot of packages for my customer every year in this FEDEX office, and I was treated so well, they are very friendly to their customers. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I can.The UPS in Barrington RI sucks, I would never use UPS again if I have further choice.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. We entrusted them to ship a piece of pottery thats been in my family for over 100 years. The woman my niece dealt with assured her that shed never had a broken item yet and told her it would be packed very carefully. When it arrived, I opened the box to find it in hundreds of pieces. It had not been wrapped at all, just placed on top of a single layer of bubble wrap and then there were two styrofoam packs tossed on top. Needless to say I was shocked and heartbroken as it is beyond repair. It has taken dozens of phone calls and emails to finally get paid on my claim. The store takes NO responsibility, no accountability nor has any liability. Do not trust your fragile items to this store!

Package never makes it to my house. They lied about 3 attempts that were never made. Now i have to travel to pick it up. Driver never even got out of vehicle to knock or ring. 0 stars if i could.

Small store, but has everything you need. The staff is quick to help or will look up a answer if they are unsure. I would keep coming back for items that need to be shipped. Great FedEx location!

I live in Pawtucket and my closest ship center is Attleboro, but I will go to this location based on the customer service alone. Everytime I walk in I am greeted, asked if I need any help and all my shipping labels are printed and waiting for me before I even get there. Lindsey is very friendly and helpful and Mel was great as well.
