I called the store asking if they will have a notary on-site, they told me a notary will be in the store until 1pm. I got in the store at 11:15am and the notary was leaving and found all kinds of excuses not to be able to help me since he was in a hurry to leave.
Great location, plenty of parking and convenient hours. I went in to get a form notarized for my kids school registration. The guy was super helpful and friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Super easy and quick. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend!
I receive Amazon Deliverys on a daily basis and I am addicted to buying things off Amazon but as most know when you buy something on Amazon and sometimes it doesn’t meet your expectations as if you’re purchasing as much as I do you’re not going to keep something that’s broken or not as described so at least once a week sometimes once or twice a month I’m bringing anywhere from 10 to 15 things in to return to the UPS store because that’s what it says to do when you go to put a return through so my store is Seekonk its closest one to me and at first when I would go in there and there was other employees that were very kind to me I never had an issue nobody ever gave me any problems or made me feel uncomfortable then towards the end of December because of course around that month I had maybe a little more than usual returns because it was Christmas and I was buying people Christmas gifts and white night Indian looking gentleman there was starting to be very rude to me telling me that I didn’t do no package of my items right giving me an attitude and then the last time I was there in December he mentioned something about if you have more than three returns that you need to make an appointment cell I kind of had forgotten so in January I went in there to make some returns and I had totally forgot about the appointment making so I went to go put a few with the package on the table in with an attitude he asked me when nobody else seems to have an issue or looked at me strange or ask me if I had an appointment he came running over saying did you make an appointment no I’m sorry I totally forgot why is that really necessary and he said yeah the first of the month and I said it’s not like that at every store and he said well no all I know is it it’s like that here so I said OK I’ll I’ll I’ll note that for future reference I’ll remember so I knew that he was going to do the returns because he had already started scanning them long story short today I go to call to make an appointment in mind you it’s never that busy in there where it would be on able to make an appointment for Amazon returns and I called and very quickly he didn’t even look like he looked at anything says I’m sorry we have no time let me look at my book and see if we have anything for tomorrow and I said you know what because I’ve seen this Jenevein be very kind to other customers but as usual give me an attitude so I told him you know I know exactly who this is but the gentleman that’s always very rude to me kind to everybody else and you seem to have an issue with working and I don’t know what your problem is like ridiculous and I called to talk to a manager and the voicemails full they’re not answering the phone now totally unprofessional people do not want to workAre unhappy that they have a job clearly it’s absolutely ridiculous that establishment with operate like that forcing me to have to go to Rhode Island to do my returns n
How can a shipping service not provide internet access?
Went today, the person stationed there didnt know what he was doing. Needed to get a notary for my pharmacy paperwork and he made me sign where he was supposed to sign and said the address didnt matter. Messed up the application. Never coming back here for something like that.
Do not send large items through this location.Heavy mid century end tables weighing 70 lbs were carelessly placed into one box with Saran Wrap over the drawers and thin layers of air packaging which did not secure the tables.The tables arrived with broken legs and drawers and appears to have been tossed around or dropped a few times in the process. So careless. The solid wood tables were in a box that had little padding. This company is supposed to be “professional.” Please look at the pictures.UPS refuses to approve the claim because I sent them through the corporate account of an online selling site.You have no protection when you use UPS. I lost out on $600. The insurance; if approved only covers up to $200! It doesn’t even cover the cost to deliver the tables!
I had mega issues with the delivery of my package. He took the issue into his own hands and said he would call me as soon as the UPS driver came to the store for his drop off at night and he had the package. I personally can’t thank both him or the driver enough for taking care of this as it was time sensitive documents that were urgent in response! This is the best, most efficient and friendliest UPS store I have been to. Also, they saved my experience with UPS because the people I spoke to at the call center were not very friendly or helpful and gave me wrong information.
Great experience here over the weekend. Not too familiar with shipping with UPS but the clerk was attentive, kind and patient with me. Great location, lots of parking, nice clean store set up. Will visit again next time I need to ship something!!
This was my first experience going to any UPS store. It was a great experience! Shahil Patel was so helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and guided me in the right direction to get a return label emailed to me. It was much appreciated how he treats his customers. This place refused to take back my verzion boxes. Because they were closing up for the day. The guy told us to come back on monday.Mind you they were still open at the time when I went in the building.

We came to this new UPS location for a notary and the owners served us well. They were friendly and accommodating to our needs. We also were glad it stays open until 7pm.
Great costumer service . Shahil Patel was very helpful when I was trying to send my package . I had some issues trying to send the package from another ups location, however Shahil was very helpful and answers all my questions. In a future that’s the location I’m going to, when I’m gonna need to send a package .
