Im biased. I love this place. They generally have what I need when I need it. So far everything Ive purchased from them has been right the first time. No returns as of yet. Sometimes they have sales when the discontinue something. They literally get rid of it. They dont advertise those sales. I love their SpeedPerks program. I use it constantly with the online discounts and just pick it up at the store for extra savings. Try them I did. I havent gone back to the other chains in years.

How is it that they are closed at 6pm all the stores close at this time wheres the manager

My wife needed her battery changed in a 2019 Ford Flex and the customer service people wouldnt even offer to change it because it was sprinkling outside. If you need to go to advance auto parts go to the one on W. Court Street.

Knowledgeable staff, the cashier didnt wear a mask behind the glass though. Glass doesnt stop a virus and this place clearly doesnt care about the pandemic or sanitation.

Customer service is not on par one person at the checkout two people in the back just chatting feels like I was ignored until they were done with their conversation Id rather go to OReillys where they greet you right when you walk in and look eager to work with you. Thankfully there is competition to do my business with

Best service Ive ever had, really. I broke down off the highway at dusk, called them, and we worked things out -part of that involved them delivering a car battery to me on the side of the highway! Although I tipped the guy who ran that out, they charged nothing for it, just trying to help! All this went very smooth and quick. After that, I was able to drive to their shop and work on my vehicle and get home safe on my long road trip. Every time I went in there I was helped beyond what I could ask for. Thank You, Ill be back if anywhere in the area!!!

Jay was such an amazing help. We were from out of town half way on our trip with our 11 month old, when our brakes went out. I called over he answered 10 min before closing stayed late for us to get there! Helped us get the part and tools we needed. So thankfully for this guy! You were amazing and we truly appreciate everything you did for us tonight! Thank you again so much Jay I wish there were more people like you out there! You saved our trip from being a stressful mess!

They are very helpful and most of the staff are fairly knowledgeable. Most common car parts are in stock, if they have to order something it comes in fairly fast. This store is conveniently located near a major intersection State Highway 123 & Court st. (Hwy 90).

Never had a problem here!

Went in for a simple oil filter. Had to wait in line to even find the part number because they no longer keep the books at the aisle for looking up the correct filter. You have to rely on the one person at the parts counter. This is a step backwards.

Do NOT let a woman by the name of Chris assist you. Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle maintenance and she made me feel even less confident. Her tone, mannerisms, and body language while handling my questions and transaction as a whole were inexcusable. I will be taking my business to the other location here in town and hope they are more respectful of my situation.
