Absolutely the best experience furniture shopping we have had. Called to see about what was in stock and had to come and see for ourselves because how genuinely helpful the associate was being. Once we were there we were greeted and taken care of without any pushiness from our salesperson, Matthew. He gave us all the information without hesitation and without pushing a more expensive sale. We came from a neighboring town and still was given same day delivery for an in stock item.I dont imagine I will go anywhere else for new furniture. Weve been looking for something for this space for a while and our other experiences in showrooms was not as good as it was here. Thank you all so much! We know our guests will be comfy here! Now we will take the tags off! 😅

My elderly mother bought a lift chair from Matthew at Furniture warehouse in Seguin 5-6 years ago. They had a a great selection and within a few hours it was set up in her living room. She practically lives in this chair and uses it daily. On two occassions over the last two years it stopped working and they were very quick to come to her rescue and get it working again.They are so kind and polite and we will definately purchase our furniture from them when we are in the market for a new one! I wish i could give more than 5 stars!

We greatly appreciate the time, options, low cost and professionalism of the delivery as well as the unbelievably comfortable sectional we have in our main living space :)

Stopped in to look at some dressers and found some amazing dressers at a great price that are great quality! Staff was amazing and friendly! They went above and beyond that they even made it work to deliver them the same day we bought them! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this store!

When the sales person realized they didnt have the color my couch my mom was looking for he walked off in mid sentence. Didnt try to upsell or even say sorry covid shut down the world so we dont have stock (understandably). He just walked off, and there were no other customers to help.

I got the absolute best possible service when I entered the building.As soon as I opened the door I could see this home owned business was cared for like a home. Everything was very clean, arranged nicely with plenty of open spaces.It was not at all like an auto sales shop where you are bombarded by salesmen. Matthew introduced himself, asked if he could help, and helped me out when asked.Of course Furniture Warehouse got my business and I will spread the word where the piece you are looking for can be found or ordered.They were quick to have my purchase ready and loaded in my truck when I was ready.My experience could not have been smoother.

We had been looking for three months everywhere else. Even had a back order for a place that they kept putting us off. One day, one stop here and this awesome place had what we needed on hand and even delivered it to us the same day. Sometimes living in a small knit community pays off better then living in the city wheres theres more options. I learned my lesson . thamks for all ur help

I bought a bed that was supposed to be soft they told me to wait for a few weeks and bed should soften up since its new. Im going on 2 months and its still hard and i have a hard time sleeping. I would never buy a mattress from them again!!!!!!!
