Don’t do business with this deplorable company and a scheming less of a man named Kenny! A month ago, this company was dispatched, through AHS, to repair my stove. I spoke to Kenny, two days “after” they inspected my stove. I was informed that parts were ordered and will arrive in two weeks. Why wasn’t I given this at the time of inspection? Needless to say, I waited two weeks only to never hear from Kenny again. My tenants and I called daily, three to four times a day, all calls were pushed to voicemail. Thanksgiving was two day to the date of the promised date parts would come in. Never happened! I began to send text messages asking for updates, never received a text or return call from Kenny. At this point I’m forced to pay full price for a new stove as I’m completely saddened by the life that my tenants have gone through. I’ve spoke to American Home and have requested to have them removed as a vendor to avoid other paying customers from experiencing such problems. Unacceptable!
