The pay at pump option wasnt working. When we went inside to pay, the lady at the cash was extremely condescending, lacking basic customer service manners. Will not revisit, do not recommend.

Attendant is very arrogant, I have been there a few times and always with the nasty attitude. Not going here anymore.

Dishonest........Thieves....... I gave the attendant my credit card and asked for $20 of regular. He gave me $50 of Super!!! I knew something was up when he handed me my card without a receipt and looked nervous when I asked for a receipt. He then handed me a wrinkled receipt and quickly ran away. This is the second time they did this. I passed off the 1st time as a mistake. Now I know this is just what they do. Their prices are steep to begin with and then they add insult to injury by purposely ripping you off. STAY AWAY from this place!!!

Full service attendant should grow up and be polite. Miserable people at this place, better off going elsewhere. What a shame

Manager screamed at me and cursed at me when my credit card came up declined for $60. Not to be arrogant, but I drive a $75k truck and wear a $10k watch... I wasn’t trying to beat the guy for $60, I accidentally handed him an expired card and he immediately started screaming at me calling me a piece of $#!T and all kinds of stuff before I even had an oppurtunity to offer another method of payment. As a business owner I was calm and asked him if he realized how he was speaking to me, him and his worker ganged up on me insulting me and cursing until other customers stood up for me. Keep in mind I live 5 minutes down the block and I’m at this gas station 3 times a week... never again.

Most unpleasant experience ever I have been coming here for years and one of the person because I was using the BPme app he walked away and told me to put the gas myself after he saw I was going to use the app

Full service attendant spilled 3 gallons of gas on the ground trying to fuel my car. I yelled as I saw gas gushing out the nozzle. The owner than yelled at me and refused to refund me. Absolutely ridiculous

If you are student. The Manager name Berna is going to screw you up with your college Schedule. And she never comes on time as she is scheduled and if you ask here for a favour to come a little bit early she will fire you. And on top of everything she is going to abuse you in Her Turkish Language. Which felt me disrecptfull
