The wheel guard on my vehicle came loose after hitting a piece of a tire on the freeway and it took them less than 10 minutes to repair and they did not charge me. Thank you so much! Overall the team at Monro did a great job. I called with a brake job for them and within a few hours everything was done same-day with no hassle. During the free estimate, they walked me over to the car to show me what the problem was and then went through all my options in terms of how to proceed. The pricing was up-front and reasonable for what I needed. Great customer service, I highly recommend Monro.

I had them mount, balance, and align my CTS-V and they did a great job. If you want to wait you can have a short walk to get some tacos and a margarita up the street.

I just had the most pleasant experience here. I am from West Virginia and a had came to the Cleveland Clinic for a check up after a heart transplant. On the way home my car completely tried to stop running. Luckily I made it to them and they worked on my car, literally all day. They even stayed after hours so I wouldn’t be stranded in Ohio and could go back to West Virginia. I am so grateful. I think God put them in our paths because after talking to mike he then told me his mom had a heart transplant as well. What are the odds?! Mike and Kyle we’re amazing! I strongly recommend these people!! I know I will definitely be stopping back in when I come back up in August! It’s little acts of kindness like this that reminds us all that thee are still good people left in this world.

I ordered tires, and installation through Amazon. Upon showing up at the shop for my 3pm scheduled appointment, I was incredulous to learn that there was no appointment, and while they indeed had my tires, there was nothing else. I watched the manager, and tech struggle to get answers out of their higher ups, to no avail. At one point, I watched as someone tell them over the phone, to fax them info before 4. At 3:50? Nobody at corporate answered. Ridiculous, as I had taken the day off to get the service done, and instead was apologized to, and told there was no way they could do it. Amazon says the appointment was scheduled, Monroe #476 says not by them. Whatever the break in the chain was, its completely unacceptable. The staff at was helpful, and accommodating to me as could be, as the irritation, and frustration on both our parts grew. I wouldnt hesitate to use the shop again, but ordering through amazon, and expecting it to go smoothly? Hard pass. Im currently about to go to both sides, and try to get some concrete answers, as this was a complete clown show, seemingly on Monroes corporate/district scheduling. Get it together.

Dust shield behind my driver side front tire was loose. They had it tightened in under ten minutes and didnt charge me a dime. All work Ive had done there is complete in an excellent time frame

AMAZING service. I was having trouble getting the spare tire off from underneath my van, because I bent my rim after hitting a curb due to sliding on ice. The tire didn’t pop but it was very hard to drive with bent rim. I took it in and asked if they could remove my spare for me and put it on. Not only did they remove my spare, they took my tire off, fixed the bent rim, and put the spare back under van because I no longer needed it! They went above and beyond to help me out, and didn’t charge me any money at all since it only took them 20 min. Best service I have ever seen at an auto repair shop. All employees were super cool. Will be getting all my service done here from now on!

This is the second time I have gotten my oil changed and tires rotated. Mike has always been extremely friendly and works around my schedule. The waiting room is very nice and clean. Needed exhaust work on my vehicle. Was greeted by Mike who was very knowledgeable. After looking at my vehicle he stated just one pipe needed repaired and not the whole exhaust. Car was repaired quickly and back on the road. Great staff.

Honest, honorable, and helpful.Preface: as always, you should be skeptical and question everything, as a rule. Dont just jump at the first solution unless you have reasoned through it and taken other opinions into consideration. Thats just my personal practice no matter where I take any car.Helpful staff here. They have been honest and upfront about everything in my past dealings with them. When my car is up on the lift, I can go out in the garage and chat with the mechanics, poke around and ask questions. Theyll explain what is what.The last time I went in with a problem I couldnt identify, hoping to have it remedied. After an hour of tinkering, trying different solutions, and a few test drives, they said they couldnt pinpoint the issue and would have to refer me to the dealer. So they didnt charge me for time, labor, inspection, or even the weights they replaced on one of the wheels. I can respect that.

Hands down, the best place you can take your vehicle for repairs. I called this morning for a unique issue because I wasnt satisfied with the answer I received from another company; they not only listened but scheduled an appointment same day to get my car looked at. I also called other places, and I was told they were all booked 3 days out. Upon arrival, they actually drove my car to try and understand what was going on, then they were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. They are very professional, especially the manager. They genuinely want to help you and not just take your money. They are reasonably priced and very efficient; and I work on my car regularly. Ive already recommended Monroe Muffler to 3 people; excellent experience and will continue trusting them!

I called this morning to get my brakes checked and was able to get an appointment for the same day. When I arrived they took the car back immediately. I settled in and waited, expecting to hear that I would need new brakes and rotors. Within 15 minutes they let me know that I didnt need new brakes, they just needed to be cleaned and lubed. The service was about 1/4 of what I was expecting to shell out today. The employee at Monro was honest about the condition of my vehicle and saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for being a shop with real integrity. We will be back for all of our maintenance needs in the future!

My Husband and I love coming to this Monroe!!! Its refreshing to have an honest and caring mechanic look over our cars without having to worry if theyre trying to add anything extra!!! And their prices are great!!! I have a hybrid car and the same oil change would have been $20 more at the place next door to them!!! Were Monroe all the way!!!

I was in and out in less than 30 min, friendly and helpful staff. Had tires i ordered online shipped there. No issues, painless experience, highly recommend.

I brought my car in to get the window serviced and after their unprofessional job, I will never let them touch my vehicle again. First, they did not service the window adequately like promised and the money I paid for labor was completely wasted. Second, they left a tool under my hood and a dirty rag on my seat. Third, a fuse from my fuse box mysteriously disappeared after they checked it. Im sorry, but fuses do not go missing on their own! The sloppy mechanic should have owned up to his mistake. Terrible experience. I am not at all satisfied with their service and want a full refund. They said they have to talk to corporate first to see what they can do, but after a full day of them not calling me back, I doubt they will. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card because I as a consumer have rights that protect against bad situations like this.

On my VW with 130k miles I had the muffler disconnect from the engine. The new part is perfect, especially after Mike made a few adjustments afterwards (the new portion of the exhaust hanger was a little longer which caused a small rattle so Mike fixed that too). I have a 5yr warranty on the exhaust and if something else pops up Ill be back here.

The worst day ever got turned around when I Came here. I had a flat rarebit nobody in this area sold used tires. The guy couldnt fix my tire but told me if I found a tire he would put it on for me free of charge. 10 minutes before closing time! Thank u guys so much. Best customer service ever!

These guys took great care of me when I was from out of town and exhaust fell off. They fixed my exhaust problem very quickly and only replaced what was needed to get me back on the road without gouging me. I would definitely recommend this place .

Great attitude and service, visit after visit. I limped in with a damaged tire just before they opened, and they had a new one on and me out the door to work in an hour.Special compliments to Mike, for his customer first attitude.

My muffler broke on the way from Akron to Cleveland airport and Google led me to Monro. Within 10 minutes Mike had it up on the lift and rigged so I could get my daughter from the airport and back home to my mechanic. No charge! Mike saved the day!

When my car broke down, they were able to immediately take it in to start working on it for me. Super friendly staff and fast service. Unfortunately, they are extremely expensive, which is why they get 3 stars.

Went for an Oil Change. They were quick, painless, professional and reasonably priced. Not sure what else I could ask for.

Came here to get an oil change a day later my Windshield wipers stopped working so I went back not sure if it was a coincidence. They said they would look at it. Instead of just referring me back to the dealership where it ended up being covered under my warranty (windshield wiper motor) they blew my window fuses. Went in with one issue left with 3 issues. Because of there mistake had to pay $150 to fix there mistake at the dealer. Never coming back

They quoted me $400 for a 2 Moog Problem Solver GM car wheel bearings installed. Not a bad price. So I drop the car, and wait, after an hour the service manager informs me that the quote was actually for just one wheel bearing. I argued politely with him for 15 minutes, pointing out that GM car wheel bearings are 11 bolts (Lugnuts, Axlenut, 3 bracket bolts, and 2 brake caliper bolts). Theyre pretty fast to swap with an impact. He finally agreed that the original quote was for both, not just one...and said he couldnt do anything about, his hands were tied. I told him to go ahead with the work, and I wouldnt be coming back because he was ripping me off.So they torqued down both axle nuts to over 900 ft lbs of torque. Sabotaging the vehicle out of spite, and destroying the drivers side bearing, which I was only having replaced as preventative maintenance, and they werent supposed to touch, because the quote was only for the one bearing.An Ingersoll Rand Titanium (1/2, 780 ft lbs) impact with the air turned up couldnt remove either axle nut. The other shop had to use a 1 impact... The torque spec for that cars axle nut is 118 ft lbs. No excuse for this behavior. After I learned all of this, I returned, and demanded my money back. None of the same staff worked there, so who knows, maybe the new staff wont sabotage your vehicle? Ill be suing these worthless vermin in a few months when work quiets down.
