We love Rad Air. The last time I had my oil changed Lee told me I should get new tires and back brakes before winter. I made an appointment and he did an oil change, new tires and back brakes. I had been hearing a noise and he found a wheel bearing that was going bad. He said it would save money on labor if he replaced it while he was doing the other work. The car was done on time and now Im all ready for winter. I drive across town because I trust them. Good work, good service and honesty. Oh... and cookies, what more can you ask😄

Great service at great price. Mr Lee is very professional, he explains thoroughly and helps me understand what the issues of my car are. When I went to other places before, usually the mechanics would either leave me in the dark about the issue of my car or not inform me at all when proceeding with an expensive procedure, then make me pay ridiculous amount for only a minor issues. Id highly recommend this place to everyone.This is extra, but I got a cookie upon making payment for my service. It was a pleasant surprise :)

If you can find a mechanic who is thorough, meticulous and honest, hang on to them. RadAir starts there. This is a family business, Lee in the shop, the Missus at the counter, and a great team of mechanics. I was quoted $850 for A/C work elsewhere, they fixed it $550. Since then all the work on my vehicle goes to RadAir. Everything is explained clearly, if there are options, Lee gives them to you. Lee saved me a lot by hunting down, on his own, a used rim to match the rest of my rims. It took the better part of a day. I dont know how many shop owners have that level of customer service.Also you get cookies and a thank you note. If your car is family, RadAir is family. Up front, transparent, on time and as promised.

My AC compressor broke down and my husband researched online where to take it to repair it, so he found Rad Air and checked the reviews, he was very pleased to see many good reviews about how professional and honest this business was, so we decided to take it to the store. We ended up needing to replace the AC compressor, after we got it fixed, a week or two later, the AC had a weird sound, so we took it back for revision, Lee ended up replacing the AC compressor for another one with no cost. We are very satisfied for the job and we are definitely recommend anyone to this business.

Not only did Lee find time to get me in due to the urgency of my situation, he was incredibly polite and easy to talk to. My exhaust pipe cracked. They squeezed me in immediately on a weekday and had it done in a matter of hours. Cost was average. Very happy with this business. I recommend to friends.

We had originally taken our Subaru outback to the dealership. It was randomly stalling. They were unable or rather unwilling to go the extra mile to find out what the problem was. We explained to Lee what was going on with her car and he was straightforward and willing to do the diagnostics. He was able to fix the problem and now we are comfortable with our daughter driving the car back to college. We would highly recommend Lee and Rad Air And will use them again!

I recently bought a Ford F150 with a 5.4L Triton engine which needed spark plugs and an ignition coil replaced. This is a repair which many mechanics refuse to perform on this particular engine due to the intricacy and potential for severe issues. I was referred to Lee at RadAir by an Autozone employee, however, and he had the tools, knowledge and expertise to get this job, which many auto technicians simply won’t undertake, done in less than a day. Lee also took the time to explain to me in detail exactly what he did and why and furthermore why a lot of mechanics will not attempt to do it. Lee was very upfront, honest and professional and I would recommend his services to anyone needing any repairs on any vehicle and I will definitely be back to RadAir for any future maintenance or engine repairs I may need because of him.

My wife noticed her car had a flat tire. I called Radair to get it fixed and they were able to get me in that day. We set a time for my appointment. They were waiting for me when I arrived and had the tire repaired in less than 30 minutes. They also let me know about some maintenance that needed to be done on my car before winter set in.They do a great job and I highly recommend their services.

They take the time to explain what the work being done intailes. As I waited for my car to be finished I watched how they treated customers coming in for service or advice or just to have someone put air in their tire. It was inspiring. They treat us like family and give very honest assessments on repairs while considering the age and condition of the vehicle. They identify items that are needed for safety and advise on items that are optional. To accommodate social distancing, you can drop the vehicle off the night before and pickup when ready. And if that is not reason enough to use them, they give you a bag of chocolate chip cookies when you pick up your car!

From my first encounter on the phone setting the appointment, they were very helpful and genuinely nice. They go above and beyond. The thank you bag of cookies in appreciation for your business was a very nice touch :) I rarely write reviews, but their kindness deserved one.
