My grand daughter is an infant and was experiencing a runny nose. While out with my family, we (her parents), decided to grab some over counter medicine to hold us over. It was getting late they were closing soon and with not many stores open. I went inside with my son-in-law and we purchased some medicine. There were TWO female employees on shift and they were the MOST friendly, professional and helpful! There were not many in stock items but what we found the cashier noticed there wasn’t a expiration date and after explaining to the both of them what we needed and who it was for one woman went searched the isles and found what we wanted but couldn’t find. The customer service the both of them displayed is beyond words and truly appreciated!
I tried to make this pharmacy work due to the convenient location but they are unreliable. We had a surprise ER visit that resulted in a script getting sent to this CVS. Sometimes we receive a call when a script is ready and sometimes we do not. After waiting over a day, we went to pickup the script and were informed that the medicine was out of stock and might be available by the end of the following day. This is a somewhat urgent issue and waiting several days is not acceptable. I do not mind if something is out of stock but I do mind not being informed about it promptly. This is no longer our pharmacy!
The pharmacy is slow with service of all kinds. From answering the phone, refilling prescriptions, in store pickup or other service. I just moved to the area and started using this CVS at this location but I wil be transferring all of my prescriptions asap based on the first 5 orders. Hope that CVS tries to correct their operations to help the people who already may not be feeling well
Awful experience. Scheduled a covid test online. Got confirmation email and text. Went to window and they said they didnt have record of my appointment. Refused to even look at my email and said call minute clinic to see of they could fix it. After 3 calls and 49 minutes on the phone finally got new appointment made. They minute clinic had all of my information and said they dont know what happened. Clerk and pharmacist at window were no help at all. Rude and zero empathy for the situation, when their system was clearly flawed. They took zero responsibility. Wont be back here for any reason.
Drive thru line should only be used for drop off and pick up of medications. Sat here for over 15 minutes the last couple times I visited. Both times one vehicle was parked in the drive thru getting a COVID test holding up the line, and they were still there even after I went inside and picked up my prescription, so I cant imagine how long I wouldve actually waited had I stayed in the drive thru. I understand the need for COVID testing but CVS should really find a better process. The entire point of a drive thru is convenience- its not convenient to wait for 20-25 minutes just to pick up one prescription thats ready.
Terrible.they don’t test you. You test yourself and hope you did it right. They literally give you no information on what to do or how to do it and tell you to drop the test in the most unsecured drop box I have ever seen.
Rude pharmacy and covid testing personnel.
The people here are completely incompetent waited for 70 minutes.1 star is to much had an appointment that they wouldnt honor.
Might as well have a dog working as the pharmacist as she doesn’t know how to communicate with anyone and is not helpful at all.
Visit 1-What a joke! Stuck in drive-through between cars for over 30 mins!!!Visit 2-Just got to pharmacy window @6:03pm after waiting for one person infront of me and was told sorry we closed at 6pm, even though the website says 10pm and I have been waiting...MUST GO ELSEWHERE!!They dont even care just reading all the horrible reviews.
I think they are pretty great!
I was going to leave less stars due to the fact that the Pharmacy has not been open a few times I went there even though the hours indicated differently on their site. The reason for extra stars was my last visit. I had an associate name Eric help me out. He was genuine, friendly, and caring. Made sure I had everything I needed in a timely manner. He had great knowledge of the products and where to locate them.If you find yourself visiting this location, look for Eric and I guarantee that you will walk out happy.
This review is for the pharmacy, not the store part. I started having prescriptions filled at this location a few months ago after issues with another CVS. This CVS never seems super busy, but Ive had multiple times where my prescription wasnt filled by the promised time. Not a huge deal for my routine prescriptions (Ive started requesting a time earlier than when Ill actually be there) but it would definitely be frustrating if it happened for a more urgent prescription. Ive also had issues getting requesting new refills through them. Not sure if thats the fault of the location, CVS website, or my doctor though. Ive never had issues with it at other pharmacies but its also been different doctors then. The pharmacy employees arent very personable but theyre not rude either and I wouldnt have an issue with that if I could get my meds on time.Updated: I went there yesterday to get 2 prescriptions that were ready for pick up. I gave the person my info and they said I had 2 ready but then they only gave me one, which I didn’t realize until I got home. I searched my car, thinking one had fallen somewhere, but then I checked my receipt and it only showed one. Then I checked their website and sure enough, that presentation is still there ready for pickup. Very frustrated that their employee and their system allowed this to happen.
Pharmacist is so rude.
Pharmacist is great! She is super helpful and always answers all of our questions. On more than one occasion she got out prescriptions ready very fast for our kids when they were sick!
To give them one star Is being generous, the staff is Lazy and give out false information about inventory.. I went at 1:54 in the afternoon and was completely disgusted with the service. I wont be back.
Pharmacy hours on the website are wrong. Closes at 8pm, not 10pm. Would be beneficial to customers to update this!
The pharmacy on google maps says it’s open until 900 pm. It’s only open to 800 pm on Monday.
Today I was helped by a pleasant worker named Brandon. He really helped me out, it was no just today though he is always very helpful when I shop here.
The manager is of course great to his customers so he can keep his job but treats his employees VERY unfairly. The other employees are great though and keep that store looking perfect!
I advised the tech I would wait for meds, over an hour goes by to hear the pharmacist tell me he didnt know I was waiting. Possibly the worse pharmacy on the East Coast!!!
7 hours later and no prescription. My meds are supposed to be taken once a day and now i have to skip a day AGAIN.This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with a pharmacy.
Good help and friendly staff at this location.
I bought amoxicillin liquid from them for my daughter. I went home put the bag down on the counter and went about my business and then went to give Her the evening dose and it was spilled all over the bag. The cap Was obviously not on tightly. I calledand I asked them to have a new one ready for me when I got there and they said they couldn’t do that because of “the cost“. so I went and presented it to the pharmacist in the same bag they gave it to me with half the liquid spilled all over the bag and she said “these are not made to be thrown around” and I explained to her that I did not throw them around and I put them on the countertop and they leaked all over the place. She then said “well I normally don’t take these back but I’ll take them back now“ to which I replied half of it’s gone because it leaked all over the place and I paid for a full bottle. She never once apologized. “ I know I put the cap on” is all she said. “ these need to be upright or they leak”. Would have been Nice if someone told me that when I picked it up the FIRST time.... Further, I’ve been buying amoxicillin a long time for my kids AND I’m a physician and am around meds all the time. I have never once had a bottle leak on me unless top was not screwed on..... ergo.... a simple apology really Would have been enough...So I had to come out twice in snowstorm to get bottle of amoxicillin and not even so much as an apology. Just attitude and a rude pharmacist making this out to be my fault. Never getting scripts from CVS again!!! There are many options and I will exercise my right to chose- bye bye CVS.....
This place is one of the worse pharmacy ive ever delt with in my life. my brother has been going threw cancer an surgery bc of the cancer for a yr now. my brother takes his meds down to cvs like has past yr. this is mot the first time tgis has happened. insurance wont cover his meds . so lady pharmacy named juul an k.keli embarrass him by say his age an ppl with pain meds .he showed pharmacy lady named juul sn K.keli his whole chest cut open an stampled shut. juul an K.keli wrote on his prescription so that he could not have it filled and to take it somewhere we are able to afford to pay for . my brother cant even walk an they are allowed to make someone suffer bc of there age an insurance not cover it. having wait abother 3 days to get to DC to see doc an get same prescription that the discrimination pharmacy lady named juul and k.keli did to my brother bc of his age. we talked to 3 or pharmacy places they said sgould have never bn wrote on that we could pay sence insurance wouldnt cover.but she messed his whole prescription paper up.. ppl like that should not be allowed to work in a place. reguardless of abuse from ppl that dont need certian medications there are ppl that truley do need reguardless of age. never again will me my family or friends ever go threw cvs again not even for a stick of gum. my brother has bn threw so much with cancer this past year. to have to deal with a lady that dnt like him bc of his age. im sure this is not the first. who knows if this is real name bc they krpt refusing to give our mom the name of the awfulest pharmacist ever.
Filthy store, looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in months. Displays are a mess. Doesnt make me want to shop there again.
Great customer service from Kenneth!!! Very humble! ☺☺☺
The Pharmacy never checks for prescriptions that are called in, doesn’t matter if it’s been 30 mins or 30 hours since the script was called in they always say “We just received it, come back in 15 minutes”. It would be better if they would tell the truth instead of trying to blame the doc for not calling it in until literally the second I go to the counter, every single time.
This place is horrible. The store never opens on time. Today they did not open until 8:20 and when I entered the store the pharmacy was still closed and all the employees were sitting around in the back. When the employees did enter the main portion of the store, the pharmacist Basil, took another 10 minutes to open the pharmacy. He then tried to tell me that he could not fill 1 of my prescriptions because of a bogus reason (all other CVS location have filled them) and the other prescription was unable to be located. These prescriptions were called in yesterday and the pharmacy did not bother to call me to tell me that wouldnt fill the one prescription that they received. Every other location has called me if there was ever a question about filling my prescription. DO NOT GO HERE
Takes 3 hours to fill a prescription. Pharmacy staff was not helpful. Don’t get your prescriptions filled here.
Prices are overinflated. Don’t fall for it. Go a mile down the road and it’ll be cheaper. This whole plaza is overinflated for some reason.
The pharmacy is very hit or miss.
