I swear I try my best to keep giving this location a chance with my photo orders bc I have a business on the next block. Everytime I submit my order its never ready when it says it is and its never complete. Quite a few times the worker didnt know what to do and sometimes there are disfunction with the printer. All the other locations are consistent. This one never is.

Too many offerings to specialize.... this is highest rating for store which can only offer generic Branding, versus Trendy/Spot Opportunity, customized/focused High VARs.

Friendliest, most helpful and knowledgable staff I have ever encountered at any retail store. I am Latina and have always felt welcomed and that my business was appreciated. I love this store and the people who work there are wonderful. Highly recommend. So glad it is NOT closing!!!! 😎

The pharmacy is fast and helpful, the store is usually tidy and well stocked, the photo department is knowledgeable, and the cashiers are friendly. This is a great choice for a neighborhood pharmacy.Ive since had to lower my score. Twice now I have had a horrible experience with the team member in the photo department. She was rude, ignored me and my wife when we had questions, acted put out for having to assist customers, and did not have the ability to answer our questions. I will still use this location for everything else, but I will never use the photo department there again.

I took a prescription in for a blood pressure cup. The pharmacy didnt even look at the prescription. Nor did they inquire about my insurance. They told me I would have to pay full price. I will be changing to cvs. This makes me extremely aggervated. I wont be back!!!!!!!!!

How racist was it or your employees to stereotype and follow a young Black woman in your store. Its not only this store either as Ive experienced personally being followed and being the only Black person in the store. (With all attention being focused on me and customer service attentiveness being focused on whites)

They need to fire the disrespectful racists they have working for them because if not walgreens will have a lot more problems on their hands instead of reviews. People of color will not spend our money at any of their establishments across the country if we push hard enough.
