The Kroger pharmacy is terrible with customer service. Not because of the people that work there they are wonderful but they’re overworked and since they’re unable to hire it tells me clearly they are under Paying . I have ran businesses all over the country and if you don’t have people waiting at the door for a job it’s because you’re not paying enough. With the profit Kroger makes surely they can afford higher than face wages if not shame on you learn how to run your business just my opinion. And I definitely think the employees are wonderful the one star is a direct reflection of the management of this company.

This Kroger is really convenient for me although the Harpers Point and Mason Kroger’s are not too far. What I have noticed is that this store is looking rundown of late. I really hope that the management is listening as this store looks terrible compared to the other two Kroger stores.

Im a faithful shopper of Krogers, always have been and always will be. I save more money at Krogers than at any other grocery store.

I came with my wife on a Saturday afternoon. This is my neighborhood grocery store and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that this Kroger seems to run out of some items (Propel flavored water particularly) regularly.

Inconsiderate workers on the most majority were rude and not very helpful, its seems they have ample time to socialize with fellow staff members. By far the dirtiest restrooms of ANY public place Ive ever been in.

The stores are all relatively clean. Prices are reasonable. Wide variety. Lines are acceptable, normally when there are more than three people in line theyll open a new register. I am a big fan of the scan and bag system. Saves a lot of time at register.

Shop here often and staff is always helpful. But tonight we brought our four youngest grandchildren to their Trunk or Treat and it was a success!! The kids loved it and the staff was so polite and friendly. They were having as much fun as we did. The Fire dept and Police dept were friendly as always and it was just a fun time!! Thank you so much!! You have won a customer for life!!❤

This is a really nice store. the only reason I shopped at this location is because I was teaching a class at Great Oaks career campus and shopped for items for my baking class and I could always count on them having everything that I needed. This is an important factor when gathering ingredients for a baking class.

This Kroger has sushi, a lunch buffet, and awesome clearance items!! And all are amazing!!Sushi is fresh and great! The buffet has all sorts of variety. And the seasonal clearance items seem to not be a big thing for the locals and you can find a good stock pile even a week or so after the holiday!!The location doesnt seem to get a lot of traffic, yet theyre always busy at lunchtime.

The selection is varied and the prices are usually better than other stores in the area. The company has constant sales and the Free Friday downloads are great. Any time I have ever had an issue at this store, the customer service was spot on and I never left the store feeling like my issues were not properly addressed. To top it all off, the pharmacy staff are very personable and really care about your well being.

As a loyal and long time customer of Kroger I was appalled recently to see almost none of the employees wearing masks. The manger told me that Kroger has plenty of masks but leaves wearing them up to the discretion of each employee. Employees were also not observing the six foot social distancing. This endangers employees and customers and flies in the face of governor Mike DeWines mandate.

Great store to shop.

The store is clean and the shelves are typically stocked. Its rare for this Kroger to run out of advertised items. The bakery is top notch, and the deli is quick. The food cooked in the delis always fresh and delicious.That said, their floral department is really bad. The flowers never look fresh and they never last longer than a couple of days. Their meat department lacks selection, and finding something as standard as a top sirloin steak is always difficult. Their seafood department has an odor that lingers and hangs throughout the store. Their produce selection is limited and thoroughly picked through early. The produce quality is poor.This is an okay place for quick grocery runs, but for your weekly shopping, you are better off shopping elsewhere.

Sharonville is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Cincinnati, and this Kroger there is probably my favorite place to grab groceries! I save money when I shop at Kroger, with my store card, and the produce is always fresh. The self check-outs are always open to scan your own things. Love the particular location of this store as well

This has been my hometown Kroger for over 40 years (it used to be across the street). My last several visits have been very disappointing. Thursday afternoon the week before Christmas and only 2 cashier registers open. Every trash can inside and out was overflowing. The other day I used the self checkout which was awful, as was the mood of the person I asked for help. I never have problems with the self checkout at Target, theirs are always efficient. This location needs to step it up a notch

As a prior “Kroger” employee, and now a road warrior, I travel 9-10 months a year. I try to use Kroger brands as much as possible. Coming to Cincinnati I was was excited to experience the local corporate stores. After visiting three different locations, I will not go to another Kroger in Cincinnati. The worst of the worst for Kroger out of 5 different states that I have been to their stores..Being in the home headquartered region you would expect the best, but I have experienced the worst......

Worst workers! Customer services department !not only the person who works there was rude and called me suspicious,but also the supervisor who agreed with him.I wonder why? Because I was not dressed nice? Since I was in my dirty work clothes? They dont have any idea of the services hat store is providing and what they can do. Took my SSN for the transaction and wright down it on the gift card!!! and also when i ask to destroy it after they refuse to provide the service, they refused to destroy it. Stopped going to this location because it was going downhill. However, we stopped in today and it looked like store had a facelift with product quality and staff. The produce gets an extra star. Amazing Sharonville Kroger!

They have done a great job with their organic produce selection. Sometimes it is past its prime but all-in-all, a good job.

The store is clean and always well stocked. Employees are always willing to help find an item or make suggestions. The checkouts can be lengthy at times but they are usually quick to add workers as necessary to clear a rush. The curbside pickup is very easy and convenient. All employees have been friendly and courteous.

Sad little grocery with a Kroger name tacked to the building. Some of the staff are nice, some just dont want to be there. prices are a little steeper than other Kroger locations, and produce quality (and quantity) are less.Really feels like an old mom&pop grocery or convenience store that was taken over by a big corporation, but the corporation only wanted naming rights.

CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING YOU BUY HERE. I picked up some Simple Truth deli chicken, brought it to work, started to eat it and immediately noticed the rancid smell. It was a week expired. I called and spoke with a store manager who apologized and said theyd check the it over to make sure there were no more with expired dates. I went back the following day for some different items. I walked over to see, out of curiosity, if anyone had gone through the chicken I just bought. They had not. The entire peg of chicken was a week expired and no one took it off after my call. Fast forward 2 weeks. I just picked up several things, including a bag of beet chips, ate one, noticed it was stale and smelled like plastic. I checked the date: 4/4/18. Im writing this on 7/27/18. So check dates or dont shop there as I intend to do. Plus, the place looks outdated and beat up and kept poorly stocked.

This review is for Sharonville Kroger. Catered 2 salad trays for a lunchinar I was doing. Order was on time, perfectly packaged, and was quite tasty. Awesome job deli department!

Always sweet and efficient!

This store has just finished remodeling. However, they tore up all the linoleum off the floor, leaving a bare concrete surface, with cracks in it throughout the store! It looks horrible. This store looked 10 times better when it originally opened about 23 years ago. I sent a letter to the store manager- “Zack” and asked him to have linoleum installed on the floor. I never got a reply from him and he ignored my request.

Great friendly place. The night staff are very friendly and good at remembering faces. I havent had any problems in any way at this store, thy are attentive, loving and quick at servicing their customers with the utmost respect.

The lady at the self checkout was incredibly rude! Didnt have any other issues, but I am thankful I dont frequent this location.

This is a pretty standard Kroger. Ive been in nicer Krogers but it has the essentials for a grocery trip. They are usually pretty good at opening more checkout lanes when they get busy so you dont have to wait in line much. Prices are competitive and they and very rarely are they out of stock of items I need (sometimes when there is a really good sale theyll run out).

Great place for grocery. They have now fancy scan bag and go, I am planning to use it next time I am there.

I love Sharonville Kroger. The staff is always so nice. Theyre is always plenty of ride, which I need. You wont find any nicer.

This is my local grocery spot, primarily because it is the closest to the house. The staff has a few very good workers, and a few consistently bad ones. Ill say that there are more positive workers than negative ones.The meat department is a bit small, and there is not a large variety of seafood. However, the quality is always quite good.There is one small lane for international foods, but the variety within it is more than can be expected.The produce department is actually one of the easier ones to navigate among Krogers Ive been to in the past. Im sure its all subjective, but they arrange their fruits and veggies in such a way that it seems to flow from one category to the next.Six U-Scan express lanes help make shopping pretty quick, in addition to the unusually fast clerks who run the check-out lanes for those who want someone else to scan their goods.The pharmacy is always nice and friendly, and prescriptions have always been filled out pretty quickly.

Nice and honest people! They always help finding things and act happy about helping you and are knowledgeable of the coupons and krogers policy. Would of gave it five stars but it doesnt have all the products I look for in brands, but has a good selection on ethnic foods.

The customer service here is fantastic. Any time I have trouble finding something or ringing up at the self scanner, someone is happy to help with a smile on their face. Today I accidentally left some produce on the scale, and didnt realize it until I was checking out (with two little ones). Terri was nice enough to go back to the produce department for me to see if it was still there, and when she found that its already been put away, she grabbed what I needed herself and brought it back over for me to finish checking out. It would have been such a hassle for me to run back over there, mid-checkout and with two kids in tow, and she was such a big help!

I shop here often since its close to my house. Its clean and Employees are friendly but cashiers are slow. It takes way too long to check out but overall its not a bad place to go.

This Kroger may be older than some but areas have been updated. Great produce, bakery, seafood, meat, pharmacy. Deli. Center aisles well stocks, specials in stock, great. I see other self centered people complaining about the check out. Go to Wal-Mart one time and you will be thankful for this Kroger and there friendly staff. Go in with a bad attitude and youll have a bad experience.

This Kroger is very dirty and they seldom have popular items. The produce is pathetic at best. Good to shop here if you need milk or toilet paper.

This is a nice Krogers. Its not one of the super nice ones with a cafeteria, liquor, etc. But it does have the feature where you can order groceries online and then have them load them in your car so you dont have to go in the store. It can get pretty crowed during peak hours, but the lines are fast. I actually drive past the Kroger in my neighborhood to go to this one.

Veggies sale prices are good Other grocceries are not cheaper than other places. The makeup even on sale is much expensive that other shops for the same brands and same items

This location is the worst Kroger I have ever been to. It is the closest to my house, and that makes it even harder.Check expiration dates at this location . I went in for a quick trip for bread and the bread I wanted was over one month expired and all green. I told someone who said ok we will do something, next day same bread was there!Additionally the store smells weird, has poor produce and the slowest checkout I have ever seen.Not ever shopping there again.

Very disappointed! Workers even concerned about keeping their job. Was difficult to tell the difference between workers and customers for more than one reason! When you have to check out yourself because theres not a cashier it saddens me! When you cant tell that the manager is a manager because shes busy playing on the phone while a worker is trying to talk to her and she cant even keep track of whats being said its very saddening! I dont intend on coming back!!! Store was a mess on top of everything else! Very disappointed in Kroger, appear to be more like a nasty Dollar General!!!

I love this Krogers, its the only one Ill shop at. Im between this one and the one across the street at Harpers Station. Its smaller the folks are friendlier.

Cashier just stood at the register while I bagged all of my own groceries, didnt​ bother to help at all.Update: A lady asked if she could get a piece of meat cut. And the guy just responded with no. After waiting an uncomfortable amount of time without an explanation, she asked why not? I dont have a license when will someone be available? Tomorrow. . . I dont know if he can cut it though. The lady obviously stormed off upset from the terrible service she just got. This store has the laziest employees I have ever seen in a grocery store. Thank goodness Kroger has other nearby stores with better service.

I stopped here on vacation because i forgot to bring butt wipes. I bought them and got a coupon for a free Gatorade. Got the free Gatorade and got another discount coupon for more Gatorade. Ended up spilling some Gatorade in the hotel room and used the butt wipes to clean up. 10/10.

I feel the store lay out is kinda comsumer unfriendly isles are not clearly mark as i walked in the front door the cart placement and register placement is not the way as a consumer friendly market should be layed out. I feel shopping should give you a welcoming feeling As you walk through the front doors not a feeling like this. Its just my opinion. Im no expert but have been to numerous stores and they inviting levelness of this store lacks maybe this is why they are having employees shop for you so that you dont get to see how much disorder is in this chain of stores

They seen to be pushing people to the self-checkouts. Usually only one regular register is open when I am there after work. Unfortunately the self-checkouts are far slower when purchasing a large number of items.

Terrible customer service like always. The cashier said hi how are you very enthusiastically and when I said fine thanks and you? he didnt reply. I said well thats good. after about two minutes of silence then he gave me my change back and said have a nice day while all of my groceries Sat unbagged, this is the shittiest Kroger in the area and at this point Id drive the extra twenty minutes for a better one. Alsi, out of the 20 cash registers, only two of them were operating at 7 oclock... Uscan doesnt work when you have a large cart full of groceries...

Employees shopping for lazy people need to move to the side so others can get past and why cant the shelves be stocked overnight? There were hardly any customers but still had difficult time negotiating through the store.

I live extremely close to the Forest Park Kroger. I refuse to shop there anymore. They are extremely unprofessional and there are always problems with my order. When I ask for anything to be subbed differently it takes forever and I’m treated as if I’m the biggest inconvenience in the world. I have done Clicklist at the Finneytown, Sharonville, Forest Park, and Fairfield Kroger’s. All of them have been a great experience, with the glaring exception of the Forest Park store. I would forgive it if I had this bad an experience once or twice. But it is so frequent that I won’t use this store anymore. This is in no way a disparaging review for any of the other stores and especially not the Fairfield one which has so far been the best of the 4 I have used. But I should not have to drive an extra 30 minutes because the nearby store is so bad. This isn’t just me saying this either. I do delivery as well and this is a problem for pickers as well. Many have said that the Forest Park store is the worst. They have the worst stock, poor layout, long lines, and unprofessional people. I also have 2 friends who also live within a 4 minutes drive of the Forest Park store and both choose to shop the Fairfield store instead. The selection is better and it is cleaner. The other complaint the other made is in the quality of fresh ingredients at the Forest Park store. Finding fresh ingredients of sufficient quality at that store is so hard that he also chooses to drive 30 minutes round trip out of his way.I really hope this ends up getting read. It is a shame to inconvenience an entire area due to a poorly managed and maintained tore. Please reach out to me if you have additional questions. The Forest Park store needs to be improved.
