Always fresh vegetables available, nice grocery store.
Very clean store. They have a huge selection of indian groceries and some specialty indian vegetables and greens, which are not usually found in American stores. Also, the store feels welcoming in terms of cleanliness and the size of the space itself and especially cuz of the ample walking room between the aisles. I like shopping here and dont usually go anywhere else for indian groceries
Very clean and organized store. Great selection of fresh produce and most all Indian food items. I always stop by when in the area.
Pretty descent place to find many Indian vegetables and groceries but little pricey as compare to other similar options in and around the city. Worth trying once if you are new in town.
This place offers fresh vegetables used for Indian food. Almost every thing is available for cooking Indian food
Well, its Patel brothers, does not require introduction. These days i am finding swad brand everywhere in the shop, like swad brand alone for some of the items..I am forced to look for other indian shops for other brands.. otherwise Patel is good for indian groceries.
Everytime I go there I hv found some ripped and sticky vegetables on the rack..which they dont upgrade with the fresh one..They just want to sale it though it would cause some health problem.. They should stop taking Indian people for granted as they knew that Indian people dont have other choice..They really need to learn from US grocery stores..
Staff always sneezes with their mask off at the billing counter
Amazing place to go! Varieties of fruits and veggies i never new existed ha! I go and try something new every week😁
Quiet good range of Indian Food, spices at reasonable prices.
Patel Brothers is a great store. They have a wide variety of food, spices and other grocery items. They have a bulk section for things like flour and rice.Their frozen section is great too. I cant make parathas so we buy ours here!
It is the best store to get Indian food. All vegetables are fresh (except for some) and it does have high prices but sometimes worth it for the pure Indian taste in the United States.
Worst service. No one greets you. Makes me think, the employees are not paid. Also beware of about to expire items kept in shelves. Double check the expiration date
Nice place to shop fresh Indian vegetables, but the cashiers are not very friendly.
Always fresh vegetables and very friendly staff
Didnt have the item which I want and found it in Bomabay grecers to the next door.
One stop for all indian groceries needs
It’s a good place where you get most of the Indian spices
Good place to get indian and bangladeshi items.
Always check expiration date of the product before buying. Ended up buying expired items couple of times. Check the monitor when they add each item for billing they sometimes enter higher price if you are not paying attention. The only reason this store is thriving is because there is no better alternative currently for indian groceries
Good selection. Produce is always fresh.
Variety wise it’s good. But costlier than Bombay Grocers!
Not too friendly.
One of the famous Indian Grocery stores in greater Cincinnati area. Its a franchise of Patel Brothers stores that are present at most of the Midwest and east coast locations across US. This is the choice of many Indians in this area considering they carry almost everything you would need from Indian grocery store. Competitor store is not faraway and they carry pretty much similar stuff as well.Pro-Tip: Finding fresh vegetables is a challenge but they get new stock every Wednesday.
Good location, with almost everything we were looking for.
Good place to shop, weekends are crowded
Well organized store
Very busy. Long line but went thru it quickly enough.
Fresh vegetables and good selection but expensive.
Vast variety. Good selection.
Great store to get south asian foods. Never runs out of stock. Can be little crowded. But it is worth it.
Than every state patel brothers here groceries cost little more
Must Visit if you are looking got Indian grocery. Best prices in town, also have amazing variety. You cannot even imagine what all Indian you can get here. Good for vegetables also. Frozen section is great. In festival season they have huge discounts on few of the products, which you can stock and keep.
Patel Brothers cheat customers by relabeling expiry date on expired products. My daughter bought this snacks and when I tasted, I felt it was made long ago. Then looked at the dates. Looks like it was manufactured in July 2011 or 2015 but they relabeled September 2019 and expiry after 12 months. It is certainly expired. Isn’t it against the FDA laws?
Great place for Fresh vegetables and can find variety of South Indian Grocerry
I never expect 3 star coz- this Sunday i went to patel brother and found out that they had changed double on expensive item...luckily I had looked on receipt in front of cashier.I never paid attention during checkout. I trusted cashier no more after the incident that happened to me..
Nice place to find Indian groceries. They carry good stock of products. It gets really crowded during weekends.Rates are bit high when compared to other Patels I visited in other cities.
Thats one of the finest Indian grocery store in Sharonville. You can find almost all the Indian brands in the store. Nice staff . Easy to locate from main Street. Ample of parking.
Not very American friendly seeing as I couldnt get across to the clerk what I was wanting to get, and with that being said I was given no other choice but to turn around and leave the store bc of the lack of communication between myself and the store employees.
Go to place for everything south asian. Fresh vegetables, rice, lentils, spices, frozen foods, snacks. They have it all
Good place where u get Indians foods and spices including vegetables
Great Indian store...good quality Indian spices and veggies. I love this place when I am away from my home.
Perfect place to find all indian groceries. Though a bit crowded when checking out
Good options
Patel Brothers is an Indian grocery that has everything you could ever want to in cuisine. The prices are competitive. The location in Sharonville is convenient to all of Cincinnati.
A very well stocked and well run Indian grocery store. The fresh vegetables are among the best in Cincinnati, especially if you are looking for Indian specific vegetables. The only negative I can think of is that they offer no discounts or run any promotions unlike other neighbouring Indian grocery stores
Great
Great selection of quality items. Friendly and helpful staff every time we go in. Really enjoy shopping here.
Great place for mideastern food.
Nice place. Very nice people over there. Employees help here.
Very reasonably priced and lots of options for Indian groceries.
Shelves are neatly stacked and set widely apart, floors are clean, and there is good lighting. they have several sev varieties to choose from in these urn like containers. Didnt see all of it though.
Wide variety of produce and grocery items - clean aisles and value for price
Fresh vegetables and you will find everything
Never been in that store. My curiosity always wanted to go in.Yet, never went in.Sorry.I mustve used their parking lot,to get to somewhere else.God Bless!
A lifeline for people of Indian diaspora in the greater Cincinnati area. You will find almost everything here that you find back home, and reasonably priced too. Sweets, savory stuff, lentils, rice, ready-to-eat....you name it. Pretty impressive!
Good place and service. Service can be better for sure.
Serving lot of Indians around, couldnt give more than 3, as their parking is congested, sometime we find expired items, sometimes they hide the exp dates with another label.
A good Indian store with friendly staff and has quite good variety of Indian stuff. I almost find every Indian things that I need in my day-to-day life in this store. Would recommend this place for all your typical Indian requirements.
Need to take care at the counter while paying. They charge 2 time for single item. You need to be care while placing items at the checkout. If you forget to look at the screen you are lost. Please be careful
A lot of varieties and choices. Easy parking lot.
Love to have Indian varieties of food and groceries
Some Products being sold seems expired. Also the customer service is not so good, they are not welcoming at all, the fact may that they are the only major Indian Store, but not anymore..
Lots of stuff. Good quality. Nice people.
Needed fresh water for a baby bottle and didnt have my wallet. They came thru with a free bottle of water. I would take them 100 stars if I could.
Good Indian Grocery
Well stocked with every Indian spice you could hope for, and plenty of curry mixes and 6 or 7 different kinds of lentils. And thats just one aisle. Theyve got another ten that I ignored
Inventory has gone low on certain items. Still cannot get all items needed in 1 trip. Every item has got some price increase now.
As an Indian store, this is good enough. Its not the biggest Patel Brothers I have been to, but there is lack of a few items which you would find in other Patel Brothers. As a Indian grocery store its pretty good, but given that this is the only Patel Brothers in Cincinnati it is a bit underwhelming.
Best place to shop Indian food!
Prices are decent and best place to buy Indian grocery
U almost get everything here.....All brands and almost every required Indian items are covered in this shop......fresh Indian veggies are the plus point
Best place to buy spices in bulk. Fresh veggies all the time. Lots if variety and price is good as well.
Very helpful employees, clean and organized with a good selection of items. Love the store.
Great place to shop. So far I have had good experiences there.
Seemed like an excellent selection, and the store was well organized. The staff couldve been friendlier. Ill be back.
I recommend everyone to check their receipt carefully. I found discrepancy multiple times.
Great produce and spices! There are some things you just cant find at a traditional supermarket and Patel Brothers has a great many of them; from fresh curry leaves to a selection of Cadbury chocolate to dill seeds for pickling. Stock up on rice and spices while youre here!
I prefer this location only for Indian vegetables and groceries. Had bitter experience with mangoes during summer season with most of them spoiled. Some of Indian snacks with Grand Snacks brand also smelled bad after opening. The customer service is ok and won’t call it good. Most of the locations have dedicated staff to put your items in bag or cashier does it sometimes. This location hardly has that practice and we end up packing our own items. I’ve visited Patel brothers in multiple states and cities due to nature of my job and vacations. This location stands at the bottom so far.
You will get almost all the Indian Groceries but please check for the data of expiration. if there is no date of expiry make sure its good. These Stores dont handle this issue properly. else everything over there is good
Fast checkout, most items are available, need tags for aisle
Good and only varietyof Indian foods but this monopoly is not beneficial for customers. As other stores, it doesnt have return policy or member card facility.
A typical Indian grocery store. The only bad part was that they didnt have fresh roti made in store as they do at most other locations. All the other groceries were pretty much the same that youd find at any other Indian grocery mart. The other big difference found was the aisles didnt have a marking to what they hold.i had to wander through the aisles to look for what was needed.
Not very friendly, i didn’t even get a greeting at the cash register and he literally looked in the opposite direction while he handed me my receipt.I didn’t feel welcome there. This is my last time going there07/02/20 12:48 PM Harish
Great place to buy Indian groceries.
Place has a strong smell that I cannot stand. People here dont speak English so I struggled to get help for what I want.their chapati is good tho
Best place for Indian grocery n vegetables. You also can get all the required spices n Gujrati snacks.I also found that you can get Indian rolling pin, worship things n lots of achar, maggie, kissan jam, mustard oil. And many more Indian stuff.
Nice place for indian food Mart you will get get everything
I love this place great selection of things I only wish the people that work there were more pleasant and friendly they just kind of seem to always have frowns on their faces and are very deadpan.
Biggest and best Indian grocery store around Cincinnati area. They pretty much have everything you might need when you are shopping for Indian groceries.
Good.. Very fresh vegetables but a bit expensive. However dont mind shelling out a couple of extra dollars
Very busy on weekends. Fresh grocery
Nice and clean place to shop for your fresh and reasonable price Indian grocery, snacks and sweets.
Good place for Indian grocery and almost everything is available but please do check the expiration date on everything. The prices are high compared to other cities. I find cheaper items in Jungle Jims Indian section.
Good place to shop but horrible staffs with frustrating attitude. They should definitely improve the way of treating their customers. Highly disappointed by their irresponsible attitude.Kind advice to the staffs..please try to do justice to your job that pays you.
