This store is always on it. I shop here almost every day. Went this evening at 6 oclock to get something for dinner off the hot bar. Meatloaf was hard and cold and the portion was absolutely tiny the green beans tasted like they were poured straight out of the can into the warmer . Very disappointed....

A wider selection of produce, deli, and frozen items than other nearby grocery stores. Dairy selection could be better, especially plant milk products like yogurt and cream cheese. The salad/fruit/olive bar is well stocked and appealing with items like long-stemmed artichoke hearts, stuffed grape leaves, and caprese salad. Shoppers can buy items in bulk by weight (like peanuts or yogurt raisins). The bakery offers a large selection of fresh breads, muffins, bagels, and other baked goods.

Lots of different products to choose from. The staff is very friendly would recommend

Not worth the Drive from Kings Mountain to go to this Ingles over the one here. Not impressed at all. I Not only go to the grocery store to get food for later I want something to eat now. 11 AM at the Deli. Dont have any Rotesserie Chicken. I get the Pork Loin in Kings Mountain. None of this was out. Even Food Lion would have Rotesserie Chicken and not cost an arm and a leg. Everything else pretty much like all Ingles. Ill never understand only having one Bathroom way in the corner in the Back they all do that. The customer is always last. I wouldnt recommend this store at all to many other Ingles and they arent as busy in case you havent Noticed we are in a pandemic

I go to Ingles to get my chicken salad fix. I love this chicken salad however I dont do grocery shopping there because the prices are through the roof. And the store associates are just not friendly a single bit. At least the ones Ive had interaction with are not friendly or helpful I believe they need to take lessons from Bi-Lo employees

Wonderful experience...however some items from food from hot food bar not so great. Mac n cheese salty..bland blay eye peas but fried chicken really good.

The store itself was nice, but the deli wings and tenders were cooked hard as a rock today. We couldnt even eat them. The pizza was burnt and the hard boiled eggs were the hardest rubber Ive ever tried to eat. Somebody needs to teach them how to not overcook everything in that deli. Wont be returning to the deli for anything cooked.

I literally went in just to use the bathroom and was entertained by some good tea...... it wasnt disruptive.

We stopped for a quick breakfast of croissants and fruit salad! Their croissants are fluffy and light and delicious. The fruit salad was a perfect compliment! Yum!!

Ingles are always clean, well stocked, and almost always have what I need. Downside is you pay a little more here than you would at any of their competition even when stuff here is on sale it usually isnt cheaper. But its worth it for the expanded selection and having what I need personally.

Long lines, unhappy workers, snappy attitudes. Will not be back unless forced to.

It is a extremely clean facility, with people that will help, if you ask. Like most places now of days, you have to interact with them first. Everyone has lost the gift to engage with others. Its really sad. When I was In sells I engaged the customers to see if they needed help with anything, and would talk to them about their family, problems,etc. Noway you will get that kind od service now of days.

Ingles is as any large grocery. A mixture of Ingle brand foods and items as well as a limited amount of brand name foods and items. The store is very clean. However, I prefer shopping at other food marts. My reason is simple. Ingles is far more interested in political demands of the day rather than acting as what Ingles is. A place to purchase food and items that are needed. I dislike hearing a constant reminder over the speaker system regarding my safety with verbal direction as to wearing masks, keeping my distance and using the right food isle to shop. As I am prompted to follow the marked direction steps. In the future I will be shopping on line and small grocery stores for all my food and other items.

Enjoy going to Ingles grocery store yesterday hadnt been in in a while. I was there the week before and purchased an item. And I needed to make an exchange in it and the manager there was really helpful. Thank you for your help

Reminds me a little bit of Publix with the food prep and the bakery plus it has a starbucks inside, very nice and clean place.

Wonderful place to shop, all the employees are always helpful and there is always an employee within reach if you need help the management is even on the floor working, cost a little bit more to shop there compared to Walmart but as with anything you get what what you pay for .....

The grocery store is great but the bakery staff are very rude and not at all helpful. I would definitely not buy baked goods from here. That said, the produce is always fresh, the meat department is well stocked and very helpful and the rest of the store staff are always awesome.

Ingles deli has the best chicken salad youll ever eat. Too bad they wont open some stores near Matthews/Cotswold in Charlotte, because Ingles would put a hurting on Harris Teeter and Food Lion.

Variety!!! Enter, facing Starbucks. Eat-in area. Free-standing, self-serve salad bar (extensive!). Gelato counter along with other hot/cold food counters to order or pick-up ready-made meals (including desserts, Asian, chicken, & more). That is as far as I got since just stopping for a quick bite with a friend. Look forward to returning!!!
