Amazing service. Very helpful, we had a question while we were driving and the gentleman took time to come and explain and even fix the issue. Really appreciate his help and his service.

We were traveling cross country and our tire lost pressure. Being in a part of the country with no phone coverage was very concerning. We asked if they could fit us in to see if they could find the leak. They could not have been more professional, friendly, and timely. They got us in and out in an hour and we are now confident to go on our way. True Daymakers!

Had a balance and rotate done for my tires. They were able to squeeze me in the same day so Im not going to complain about the delays but they estimated 30 minutes and it took almost 90. They present other potential problems and repairs but dont push them like many places. Overall, Im pleased with their work and would use them again. We broke down during a road trip after another repair shop installed a faulty alternator in our car. I called Midas pretty close to closing time but they said if we could get there they would see what they could do to help us out. These guys went above and beyond! They stayed 1.5 hours past closing time and called the previous mechanic for me to see if they could do something about the cost of this repair. Super friendly, clearly communicated what they were doing and why, and explained what went wrong in detail. This was close to the holiday and they were even short staffed. Highly recommend and I sincerely appreciate their help!

We stopped in with a CEL on a VERY busy Saturday. The Midas crew managed to squeeze us into their schedule and get us back on the road quickly! They even stayed late to help us.

Lied to me about a myriad of problems my car has. I went in for a simple oil change and was charged $90. They told me the tire rotation was free, but it wasnt. Staff is incredibly judgmental and not very knowledgeable. Avoid.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!They saved my fishing trip!! Best shop I have ever visited. The owner and staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was running good before sending me on my way.I had to stop in on Saturday afternoon because my truck was overheating. They were able to diagnose the problem, order parts and get it repaired before closing. Maybe Im lucky, but was fully expecting to spend the weekend in Sheridan (great town by the way and friendly people) waiting for my truck to get fixed, but because the team at Midas were so good, my brother and I made it to Montana and still had an evening of fishing!

Was traveling through and had an issue. I was fortunate enough to speak with the owner. He went above and beyond to help diagnose, try to find a loaner and work the issue. He even provided local hiking and fishing advice when we were done. Amazing!

AMAZING!! I was traveling through Sheridan, WY when I got a gnarly hunk of metal stuck in one of my tires. The first place I went barely glanced at the tire and told me Id need to replace all 4....no thanks. Second place I went said they didnt have time for me. Then I got to Midas, absolutely desperate, and told them my dilemma. The woman at the front desk was so relaxed, kind, and understanding, and immediately said, lets look at it and see what we can do. She and a man working there looked at my tire and said they thought it could be patched -- sure enough, just $25 later, I was on my way to yellowstone with a perfectly patched tire. They were SO KIND, efficient, and affordable. I am forever grateful for this store. If I am ever traveling through Sheridan with issues again, they will be my no-brainer stop. I LOVE YALL!!! About 3,000 miles later, still no tire issues. THANK YOU.

On our way out of town, we noticed one of the tires was low on air. It obviously had a leak. We literally pulled into Midas just as we were about ready to pass by it. They were professional, helpful, and quick to fix the flat. Its a rather helpless feeling to not have ones vehicle working. We appreciate them being there, and will certainly use them again. I deleted my first Review. It was rated one Star. Every single issue resolved. It was completely my fault !There are now five Stars. If you remember my first posted Midas Review I want you to disregard all of it.Consider these five Gold Stars instead.Today I met with Sheridan Midas Owner. The answers were Truthful and Honest. With car on the Lift he described in great detail the technicals and used a Spotlight to highlight all components. He explained everything using the technical terms followed by Analogies and terms that I as a Non-Automotive Mechanic would understand. I now know the Technical and layman terms and with his explanation style I felt I came away educated. I, regret wasting my time calling Midas Shops in Montana, all Midas Shops in Wyoming and one in Colorado trying to get a consensus on baseline operations. The owner explained that he knew about that already. I felt embarrassed. He also explained that on my first visit the 2 explanations I received that I felt made no sense actually did make sense. He explained that the first person had been in training for only three weeks when I had my service, and might have been just a little rough but has since aquired additional and improved Experience and skill sets. The two answers did relate and he drew a diagram to explain. We both agreed whole heartedly that Smart Cars made by Mercedes/Diahlmer/Chrysler were nothing but headaches. I replied that I am just gonna go buy a Truck and in a frustated tone he replied that after this Experience with my Smart Car he was done working on them and as the Owner of Sheridan Midas would after today not offer service for Smart Cars again. I sincerely agreed with him.Smart Car Dealership Repairs are located in two States. One in Salt Lake City, Utah and Westminister, Colorado both hundred and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of Miles Away.I regret not returning immediately to Speak with Matt. I have taken my Cars to Midas my entire Adult Life and I will continue to do so.Let me be clear, this was clearly a misunderstanding and I was at fault.Please disregard my first post. I have deleted it and now offer and post this positive experience with Matt and conclude with..It was my fault and I apologize, Sincerely! Follow up 2/10/2021… I got rid of that Dumb Mercedes Smart Car. Engine failed at 38,888 miles, it died young. Discovered Mercedes Dumb Smart Cars are notorious for burning Valves. Discovered Dumb Smart Cars require YOU to check valve clearances every 60,000 miles. YOU have to drop the engine & open it up every 60,000 miles.Get a magnifying Glass and read your manual, its there. No wonder NO-ONE likes working on Dumb Smart Cars. Its NO-WONDER, at all, that Mercedes decided to quit and get out of making Gas Powered Dumb Smart Cars. They quit making them last year!

Owner Matt is very knowledgeable and they stand by their service and will work to get it right. They can get busy and will try to to work in walk-ins but call ahead and schedule an appointment so you don’t have to wait.

Mat was awesome! Really friendly and really saved the day for us. We were driving through Wyoming from Nashville to get to Canada and as it got dark our back left tire fell off and rolled away while we were driving down the highway; apparently the mechanic didnt properly tighten the wheel. Without Mat I dont know how we would have gotten home. We were out the door and back on the road by noon the next day. Thank you Mat!

Staff is always honest and helpful. Prices are fair and they stand by THEIR PARTS AND REPAIRS. They cant guarantee parts you may bring to be installed. If you have an appointment your vehicle is tended to promptly. They are more than willing to work with you without an appointment if they can. All around good business and friendly professional staff. My vehicles go nowhere else.

Had my alignment done and after I left, my car had a hard pull to the left. I called about it and they were quick to fix it with an appointment on a monday. I called twice, at 8am and 8:15am to reschedule; to no avail, I received no phone call and essentially no solution to my problem caused by them. Stay away!!!

They were very helpful to my wife and me. They went over everything that was of a concern and did not try to just add on junk to make a profit. Will be taking my car back to them for future repairs.

I broke down in Sheridan while on a road trip on a Saturday evening.. The employees stayed late that day to find out that I had blown my water pump, unfortunately they couldnt get the part in until Monday morning.. They called around and found me the best rate on a hotel, which happened to be right next door. One of the managers even drove me over to the hotel so I wouldnt have to drag all my stuff over there.. The Manager and one of the mechanics then came in early on Monday morning and had me back on the road by 9:40.. They truly want the extra mile to get me back on the road ASAP.. Excellent customer service and a group of really awesome guys !!

A lot better experience this time than in the past. The customer service was great and then finished with my car faster than the alotted time they provided. The car ran perfect for a road trip we had that day as well.

I took my car in to install some new TPMS sensors and patch a tire. The staff was helpful, quick, and professional. The price was reasonable. Ill be going back for future tire-related work!

They replaced the old rusted muffler on my 78 GMC 2ton dump truck. They did a great job and fast too.

Fixed a flat fast, oil change. Let me know other issues but didn’t upsell and let me walk with the knowledge. In and out under an hour, dealership was a seven day wait here in town?Edited... 60 miles down the road, they only got 5 quarts of the 6.2 I paid for put in my truck. Arg. Low oil and a trip to auto parts after oil change to top off oil? 5 down to a 2. 😭

They got my car in right away and their diagnostic price is very reasonable. They found the problem and even though my car had to be kept over night they found me a ride to get me back home. Awesome customer service.

My husband and I took a long trip out west in August this year. We put so many miles on our car that we needed an oil change. Being so far from home we were afraid someone might take advantage of us. We were so wrong. We saw the Midas shop and they just happened to have a cancellation and were able to get to our oil change immediately. They did a quick, thorough job. The owners were very helpful with information about the area restaurants and shops. He also told us about things to see and better roads to take on our trip. I wish we had a shop with such caring owners in our area.

I rarely review places but had such a pleasant experience here I had to say something. I took my car in for a wheel alignment/balance in hopes it would fix a loud banging noise my car has been making. Im so used to being treated like the dumb woman at car places I was very grateful for the extra time the owner at this Midas branch took to show me just what they found and to give an honest assessment of what needed done. I say honest, b/c he told me the problem, then told me there was no danger in it, and that I didnt need to do anything right now if I didnt want to. Ive rarely run across a car place that doesnt find the problem Im having needs immediate (and costly) attention. Also I should mention I brought my car in later in the afternoon on a Saturday, and all this explaining happened after the store was meant to be closed. The owner was friendly and helpful, as well as the mechanic. Highly recommended!
