The manager, Jason, is amazing. Seriously, the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever worked with at any AT&T. He provided the best costumer service, all while defusing a delicate situation and still managing to help other costumers. I would choose to go with AT&T over any other network in Sheridan, just because of Jason. He is simply the best and I hope AT&T recognizes how lucky they are to have him!

Those guys at the Sheridan AT&T are extremely knowledgeable and have great service. Both Solomon and the manger Jason have tons of patience when it comes to explaining peoples new devices. Always a pleasure going in for whatever my needs are they handle it in quick and courteous manner. Both need raises!
If you need any kind of help reach out to Solomon (hopefully spelled that right) because he can help you with any issue you have. He has been more than helpful with any issue I have had without breaking a sweat while also handling multiple customers. He needs a pay raise for his professionalism.

The staff was friendly and I didnt wait long to get helped. He was cool with my kiddo running around ths store and explained all the details of the phones very well.
Incredibly inconsistent and slow service. I went twice during their posted open hours, and the store was closed. Then I finally caught them on a day when they were actually working, and it took them over an hour to help me. During that hour, they didnt even acknowledge me or let me know how long it would be. You can tell that theyre the only place in town to get help, so they dont really care if it takes forever or not. Terrible service.

My mom, who is close to 70 years old, is rather technology challenged, and called me when she was having issues purchasing her phones over the website. So I encouraged her to call a local office. She reached out to the Sheridan, Wyoming AT&T office (reps name was Sullivan) to get some help purchasing new iPhones for her and her husband (who is 72 and has kidney disease). Because of COVID-19, she is not wanting to go inside places unnecessarily because he is at high risk. They have been very, very careful for over a year, and were careful for years before due to his disease. Sullivan refused to check her plan, and refused to help her purchase these new phones over the phone. He told her that in order to get any help she has to come into the office. For some, COVID-19 is truly scary. Id recommend AT&T find ways to help seniors purchase phones rather than requiring them to go inside.
This store has been consistently good for the past year with the new manager. I worked with him last year when purchasing my IPhone 11. Yesterday I had a huge phone mess. Solomon spent hours (literally) assisting me.

AT&T customer service is hit and miss, in my past experiences, but todays experience was fantastic. We went in to get more information about a new plan we had heard about from an email. We were greeted promptly by sales associate Chandler, and he explained the plan information and then showed us how it compared to our current plan. The new plan was better in many ways, and Chandler got it set up for us. This was the fastest service experience with any AT&T representative ever!!! Thank you, Chandler at the Sheridan, Wyoming AT&T store, for a job well done...
I was able to get everything I needed done so quickly. Chandler was courteous and helpful, really cut the BS out of the whole thing.
Jason the store Mgr has so much compassion & care for his customers & employees more then I’ve ever seen with any other corporate type of stores, we came in to add few phones and what not & 1 of the 1st word out of his mouth was I can help you with that & hey let’s see if we can save you so money & get your new phones paid for with the saving plus there’s tons of promotions going on. Jason always has the attitude of I can help you & if he doesn’t know the answer he will always find a way to help or lead you in the direction your looking for. My daughters & I came in to get some new phones, with ease & care Jason did everything he & his team could to switch our info from phone to phone even ya not knowing our passwords, plus saved us so much money on the new plans that gave us hot-spiting which I didn’t even know was a option. We will definitely be tell everyone about this wonderful experience!
We have excellent service at this location. However in getting a new phone we realized the phone we replaced was faulty from day one. Of course didn’t figure that out until we got home.

I love our Sheridan store! Everyone one is always so friendly and I have never left without getting my issue resolved or my wants taken care of. They always try to see what they can do to help me save money and they explain everything so it makes sense. Thank you to all the employees :-)

I had been dreading a trip to our local AT&T store due to historic experience wirh long lines and grumpy help. I finally went in to get a new phone and all I can say is WOW. What a difference. Jason the manager helped me and he and the whole store get 10 stars. Really great customer service for all of us who were visiting plus good technical assistance.

I tried to set up a new account and get new phones for my wife and I but they could not figure out how to activate the phones. We spent hours in the store and almost a week calling in and trying to talk to the manager Jason but he would not call us back or communicate any information we had no choice but to ask for our money back. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time!
I had to upgrade to a smart phone. The store was busy. It was nice to be greeted while waiting. The phone purchase was simple and straightforward. I am confident that any questions I may have regarding my plan or phone will be answered promptly and accurately.
The staff is always very friendly and super helpful. I recently had DirectTV installed in my home and their staff made sure everything went as planned and that I was happy!

I have spent weeks trying to get my plan upgraded, new devices, and help with issues that are over a year old. Finally after 3 days straight of being on the 1800 line, and a month of 2-3 days each week in the store, the 1800 got things straightened out. In addition, I asked the gentleman in the store to double check my account to make sure, he said he could not. I was informed that I would have better luck next door at Verizon by this gentleman and that he had ACTUAL customers to help. Apparently, I am not an ACTUAL customer even though I have 3 lines of service and have only ever used AT&T for close to 20 years. I am appalled that I was treated this way and basically told I was not a customer because I had to go through the 1800 management to get help. Wal-Mart has better customer service and I would not recommend this store for more than wiping your shoes off after this final experience.
The customer service at this store is horrible. First of all, they dont answer their store phone or return messages. So I have to drive 35 miles to get answers to my questions about products I purchased from them. The store manager told me she would call me first thing this morning about an issue. Still waiting to hear. Guess Ill be driving up there after work. ATTs 800 number days I have to deal with my point of purchase. If you are thinking of switching to.ATT.....dont.

I went to the Verizon store for help. They were very prompt solving my problem.
Expect very long lines (1 hr plus) any time of day and inconsistent quality of service. Bring a book and a bucket-load of patience.
Was interested in changing services from T-MOBILE to AT&T, was not acknowledged whatsoever and had been waiting for over thirty minutes while the only employee had a liesurely conversation about going to the beach and other vacation plans with another customer who had already been helped and was out the door. Id rather deal with T-MOBILEs poor coverage Than AT&Ts terrible customer service.
