The store is clean and well organized, the staff friendly and helpful. Im not the easiest customer, as I tend to ask a ton of questions and take my time before making a decision. But Kale was very patient and enthusiastic to answer everything in detail. I was impressed that he sought to understand my personal needs and wants, and didnt pressure me into things I had no use for. Ive had no issues with any of my purchases here. A great experience!

My mom and I spent quite a while evaluating the different plans and options for switching over to Verizon from StraightTalk. I can’t speak highly enough of the Sheridan Wyoming Cellular Plus team-Trent in particular was extremely knowledgeable, conscientious of promotions, phones, prices, and plans, and frankly, he was just plain funny-who doesn’t love a good laugh?! What an awesome experience-even though it took a while to sort out our move over and get all the things transferred, it was made supremely pleasant just because of the overall atmosphere and personality found in that store 😍

I needed to understand my phone plan and how to work out some technical issues with my phone. Sarah walked me through the process of understanding my phone bill and helped me solve the other issues very quickly. I will definitely ask for her help again if anything comes up!

Sarah was really helpful when I had to bring my phone in to help me find some missing photos (my daughter had gotten ahold of my phone -- the perils of a 3-year-old and technology). While there, Sarah pointed out that I was using a pretty old phone and got me a Samsung S20FE, which just feels so much better than my old phone. She even assisted me with getting everything setup and transferred over. I cant thank Sarah enough for helping me find those photos, and for the cool new phone I get to play with!
